Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the following detailed description of the specific embodiments of the present disclosure will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the disclosure, are not intended to limit the disclosure.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and the above-described figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order; moreover, embodiments of the present disclosure and features of embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" for representing elements are used only for facilitating the description of the present disclosure, and are not of specific significance per se. Thus, "module," "component," or "unit" may be used in combination.
In the current voice access scheme, a single voice response measure is generally adopted, each terminal and each application are relatively isolated, and the method is only suitable for single switching of single communication, cannot cope with multiple-request concurrent scenes between different terminals and different applications, and particularly when complex scenes such as voice peripheral switching and fallback are involved, the problems of silence conversation, earphone flashing, fallback failure, communication interruption and the like are often caused, great trouble is brought to users, and user experience is greatly influenced.
In order to solve the above problems, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a pairing priority relationship between a terminal device and a voice device is agreed from multiple dimensions of the terminal, an application, and the like, and then a response measure of voice switching is determined according to the pairing relationship between the terminal devices, the call condition of the application to voice, the priority, and the like, and an applicable voice access scheme is provided. The method is good in flexibility and strong in practicability, is widely suitable for voice switching and fallback between different applications and different devices, can provide an accurate and effective solution to the problems of voice switching and fallback between different applications and devices, is particularly suitable for complex business scenes of multiple concurrent requests and frequent switching in mobile and remote offices, provides intelligent and seamless switching experience for users, and helps to build a terminal operation strategy with the user experience as the first under a large market route.
In this embodiment, before performing the voice access procedure, a policy is first configured for the terminal device: the configuration parameters mainly include a terminal, a portable voice device, a family list (family play), an application, a software list (APP play), a terminal priority, an application priority, a configuration priority, a switching and the like.
The terminal is a voice service acceptance terminal and has voice capability, data processing and computing capability, and intelligent devices such as mobile phones, computers and tablets are common; a portable voice device (i.e., a voice access device) refers to a wireless portable device that can be used for voice communications, such as a bluetooth headset. It should be noted that, the present embodiment is mainly used for solving the problems of unsmooth voice switching and fallback related to the wireless intelligent terminal, and the following description will take voice communication connected with the earphone as an example.
Family play, for describing terminals having a pairing relationship with the above-mentioned earphone, is generally as described above. And each terminal in Family has established a pairing binding relationship with the earphone, and can directly establish connection. In Family, the terminals are ordered according to the order of priority, the priority is the priority of the terminals, and generally, the terminals can be combined with the setting of applicable scenes, such as the priority of computers in fixed places and offices over mobile phones and the priority of mobile phones in public places over computers.
The application refers to an application party initiated by voice, and is borne on the terminal, and when the application is used, the voice function of the terminal is called to communicate, such as telephone, weChat, nail, QQ social application and the like.
And the APP plan is used for describing different applications which are borne on the same terminal and have calling requirements on voice equipment or functions of the terminal. The application in the same plan is carried by the same terminal, and in use, the application will request to call the voice function of the terminal, as described above. Applications are ordered in plan by a defined priority.
The application priority refers to the priority of the application layer, describes the response priority sequence of each application to the same voice resource request, and is preset according to the user requirement. Configuration priority refers to priority under application specific configuration parameters. The priority ordering among applications refers to the application priority first, and the priority is configured for the reference application with the equivalent application priority. For example, a call may be rated with a WeChat (voice/video) priority, but a certain leader or member of a group may be rated higher than WeChat voice with others. For applications with configuration priority settings, the priority is higher than other peer applications without configuration priority.
The switching refers to switching of voice, and may relate to switching of voice hardware equipment, or may be switching of the same voice hardware between different connections.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a voice access method according to an embodiment of the disclosure, where the method includes steps S101-S104.
In step S101, after the application in the own device receives the voice request, it is determined whether the own device is connected to the target voice access device, and if the target voice access device is connected, step S102 is executed.
In this embodiment, the target voice access device may be an earphone, by determining whether the terminal is currently connected with the earphone in a wireless manner, if so, in step S102 and subsequent steps, further acquiring application information of the requested voice, and only if the application of the requested voice is in a preset APP plan, allowing access to the earphone device, so as to ensure effective access of the voice request, and avoid the situation that the voice device is disconnected without any reason by an application request not in the APP plan under the use condition, thereby causing communication interruption; if the current terminal is not connected to the earphone, it is indicated that the earphone may not be activated by the current terminal to establish a connection, or that the earphone has established a connection with another terminal, and at this time, earphone switching between terminals is required, for example, refer to the following embodiments.
In step S102, application information of the voice request is acquired.
In step S103, it is determined, based on the application information, whether the application receiving the voice request is in a preset application list, and if so, step S104 is performed.
Specifically, firstly, the application information of the voice request, namely, the application name, the parameters and the like of the earphone are acquired, whether the current requested application is in the APP (i.e., a preset application list) is judged, if so, the request voice application has the right of being connected to the earphone, and by firstly judging whether the request voice application is in the APP and then carrying out voice access, the problems of no-cause interruption of voice communication and the like caused by the overuse of the earphone can be effectively avoided.
In step S104, an application that receives a voice request is accessed to the target voice access device.
In this embodiment, by determining whether the terminal is connected to the earphone, and further determining whether the application receiving the voice request is in the APP plan after determining that the terminal is connected to the earphone, and further determining that the application receiving the voice request is accessed to the target voice device, the application under the same terminal and added into the APP plan is timely connected to the earphone and completes voice communication, so that the problems of incapacitating interruption of voice communication, poor user experience and the like caused by voice response and switching confusion when multiple service requests are concurrent or when the earphone is connected to other terminals can be effectively solved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a voice access method according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure, and based on the first embodiment, the present embodiment considers that the current terminal does not establish a connection with the target voice access device temporarily, and specifically, after step S101, steps S201 to S205 are further included.
In step S201, if the target voice access device is not connected, acquiring terminal information of the own device;
in step S202, whether the self device is in a preset terminal list is determined based on the terminal information of the self device, and if so, step S203 is executed;
in step S203, it is determined whether the target voice access device is connected to other terminal devices, if the target voice access device is not connected to other terminal devices, step S204 is executed, otherwise, step S205 is executed;
in step S204, the own device is connected to the target voice access device, and the step of acquiring the application information of the voice request is performed.
Specifically, when the self device is not connected to the target voice access device, judging whether the terminal information of the self device is in a terminal list (Family play), when the terminal list is in the terminal list, further judging whether the voice access device establishes connection with other terminal devices, and when no other terminal device establishes connection with the voice access device, directly establishing connection with the self device and executing subsequent steps. When the current other terminal equipment and the voice access equipment are connected, the terminal priority between the terminal equipment and the other terminal equipment needs to be further judged so as to realize the switching of the voice access equipment between the terminals, thereby guaranteeing the ordering and the effectiveness of the voice access.
It should be noted that, when the terminal priority of the device of the new voice request is higher than the terminal priority of other currently connected terminal devices, the application priority, the configuration priority and the like do not need to be considered any more, and when the terminal list and the application list conditions are satisfied, the terminal connection and the application access can be directly established with the voice access device, so as to realize the rapid switching of the voice request.
In step S205, it is determined whether the terminal priority of the own device is higher than the terminal priority of the other terminal device, if the terminal priority of the own device is higher than the terminal priority of the other terminal device, step S204 is executed, otherwise, the flow is ended.
When the target voice access device is connected with other terminal devices, the voice switching problem among different terminals is related at the moment, and the current voice access scheme directly connects the request terminal to the voice access device when receiving the voice request, so that voice switching is disordered.
In some embodiments, other cases are considered when the terminal priority of the self device is not higher than the terminal priority of other terminal devices, wherein when the terminal priority of the self device is lower than the terminal priority of other terminal devices, the switching of the voice connection terminal and the application is not considered, and the flow is ended; when the terminal priority of the own device is the same as the terminal priority of the other terminal devices, it is further determined whether to perform voice switching by applying the priority, specifically, when it is determined that the terminal priority is the same, the own device also establishes a connection with the target voice access device, if the other terminal devices are currently connected with the voice access device but are not applied to access the voice access device, steps S101-S104 are directly performed, and when the voice access device accesses the application of the other terminal devices, that is, when the call may be in progress, it is determined whether to perform voice switching by determining the application priority of the own device and the application priority of the other terminal devices in combination with the embodiment described later. It can be understood that if other terminal devices establish a connection with the target voice access device and access related applications, the other terminal devices are illustrated in the terminal list and the applications are in the application list, which is not described herein.
In practical applications, the situation of voice switching and fallback between different terminals of the same application may also be encountered, and some embodiments further optimize the voice access flow by setting the configuration priority of the application. The voice switching between different terminals of the same application and fallback comprise switching of the same application on different voice equipment and switching of the same application on different terminals (application bearing terminals).
Wherein the switching of the same application on different voice devices comprises active switching and passive switching. Passive switching refers to the situation that the current voice equipment is abnormal (such as the headset is not powered on, the network is abnormal, the connection is disconnected too far away or the bluetooth is manually turned off, etc.), so that the voice of the application in progress cannot be continued. The active switching refers to the situation that the terminal actively connects with the peripheral (bluetooth is opened, close-range pairing connection, etc.) when the user manually starts or the connection condition is satisfied. If the currently used voice equipment is a peripheral equipment, requesting to call a terminal local voice function, and switching the current communication voice to the terminal local, if the peripheral equipment is recovered and the current communication is not finished yet, checking whether the stability of the peripheral equipment meets the fallback condition (such as first fallback, no fallback failure, retry and the like in the appointed time), if so, fallback the voice to the original peripheral equipment, otherwise, keeping in the current voice communication mode; if the current use is the local voice of the terminal, when the system receives the connection prompt of the new voice peripheral, the system checks whether the peripheral meets the switching condition (such as stable connection in about time, no flash break, etc.), and switches the current voice to the newly connected peripheral. If the handover fails, the original voice communication is maintained/dropped. Wherein, the voice access equipment is arranged outside.
The handover of the same application on different terminals generally refers to the situation that the same application is concurrent with voice communication at different bearer terminals. And different contacts with the same micro signal send out voice or video communication requests through the mobile phone and the computer respectively. If the same application only allows one connection (the application itself has voice channel limitation), firstly acquiring the configuration priority of the application, judging whether the new request and the current connection have configuration priority settings, if not or if the new request priority is not higher than the current connection, not responding to the new request, otherwise, switching the connection to the new request, ending the current terminal voice connection (not involving voice switching and involving application connection switching), further, if the current connection uses a voice peripheral, judging whether the terminal to which the new request belongs is in a family play of the peripheral, if so, activating the connection between the peripheral and the new terminal (the terminal to which the new request belongs), and switching the newly established communication voice to the peripheral.
If the same application allows multi-communication concurrency, each terminal respectively communicates and further judges whether the switching of the voice equipment is involved or not. If the terminal to which the new request belongs and the terminal to which the current communication belongs use respective voice functions, voice switching is not needed, and each terminal keeps using the respective communication of the existing voice functions. If the current connection uses the voice peripheral, judging whether the terminal to which the new request belongs is in a family play of the peripheral, if so, further judging the priority of the terminal in the family play of the current terminal and the terminal in which the new request exists (such as a mobile phone is higher than a computer), if the priority of the new terminal (the terminal in which the new request exists) is higher than that of the current terminal (the peripheral), switching the current communication from the peripheral to the local voice of the terminal, activating the connection between the peripheral and the new terminal, and switching the newly established communication voice to the peripheral, if the local voice switching fails, and keeping the current communication not switched. If the priority of the new terminal is not higher than that of the current terminal, peripheral switching is not involved, and each terminal communicates.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a voice access method provided in the third embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to solve the problems of voice access and handover when other applications are accessed by a voice access device, the present embodiment determines whether to perform handover of voice by determining application priorities among different applications based on the first embodiment, and avoids the problem of voice access confusion, specifically, steps S301 and S302 are further included after determining whether an application receiving a voice request is in a preset application list based on the application information (i.e., step S103), and before accessing the application receiving the voice request to the target voice access device (i.e., step S104).
In step S301, if the target voice access device is in the preset application list, it is determined whether the target voice access device has been accessed to other applications, and if the target voice access device has been accessed to other applications, step S302 is executed.
In step S302, it is determined whether the application priority of the application receiving the voice request is higher than the application priority of other applications that the target voice access device has currently accessed, and if so, step S104 is executed to access the application receiving the voice request to the target voice access device.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the judging of the application priority of the application receiving the voice request and the application priority of other applications to which the target voice access device has been accessed currently includes two cases, namely, comparing the priorities of different applications of the same terminal, that is, comparing the priorities of different applications of different terminals, that is, comparing the priorities of other applications of other terminal devices with the same terminal priority of the same terminal device, that has been accessed to the voice access device.
Specifically, for the voice switching and fallback between different applications (connections) of the same terminal, when the system receives a new voice request from the same terminal to which the current connection belongs, the switching between different applications or connections of the same terminal is triggered. Firstly, acquiring application information of the voice request, judging whether the newly requested application and the current application are in the same APP plan, if not, the new request is not responded, if yes, further acquiring application priorities of the new application and the current application in the plan, if the new application priority is lower than the current application and is not responded, if the new application priority is higher than the current application priority, responding to the new request, switching voice to the new connection after connection success, keeping or ending original communication (according to requirements), if the application priorities of the new application and the current application are equivalent, triggering switching judgment between different connections of the same application, further acquiring configuration priorities of the new application and the current application (if the new application has the configuration priority and is higher than the current application (the current configuration priority is lower or not configured priority), responding to the new request, switching voice to the new connection after connection success, keeping or ending original communication (according to requirements), and if the new application does not respond to the new request. Further, if voice switching occurs, after the new communication is finished, checking whether a voice request waiting for recovery exists, if so, recovering the waiting connection and dropping the voice back to the communication; if the new request and the current connection belong to different contacts or communication modes of the same application, the configuration priority of the application is obtained, whether the configuration priority problem exists between the new request connection and the current connection is judged, if yes, the connection with the high configuration priority is responded preferentially, and the configuration priority is not repeated here.
For the voice access flow between different applications of the same terminal, whether the voice request is occupied by other applications of the current terminal or not is judged, namely whether two applications need to be connected to the earphone for voice communication under the same terminal or not, and at the moment, the switching between different applications or connections of the same terminal needs to be started, so that the quick access and effective communication of the voice request are ensured.
Further, for the voice switching and fallback among different applications of different terminals, switching judgment and selection are performed according to the sequence of the priority of the terminal and the priority of the application:
it is first determined whether the new requesting application and the current application (the application to which the currently ongoing voice communication belongs) are involved in a handover of the voice device. If the peripheral switching is not involved (the terminal to which the new request belongs and the terminal to which the current communication belongs use respective voice functions), the voice switching is not required, and the terminals keep using the respective communication of the existing voice functions. If the current connection uses a voice peripheral, the voice peripheral is the only voice peripheral in the pairing range of the new request terminal, whether the terminal to which the new request belongs is in a family play of the peripheral is judged, if yes, the priority of the terminal in the family play of the current terminal and the terminal in which the new request exists (such as a mobile phone is higher than a computer in preference to the mobile phone) is further judged, if the priority of the new terminal (the terminal in which the new request exists) is higher than that of the current terminal (the peripheral), the current communication is switched from the peripheral to the local voice of the terminal, the connection between the peripheral and the new terminal is activated, and the newly established communication voice is switched to the peripheral according to the flow, if the local voice switching fails, the current communication is kept not switched. If the priority of the new terminal is lower than that of the current terminal, peripheral switching is not involved, and each terminal communicates. If the priority of the new terminal is the same as that of the current terminal, further checking the application priorities of the new application and the current application, if the new application priority is higher than that of the current application, switching the current terminal to local voice, switching the peripheral to the new terminal connection, if the new application priority is equal to that of the current application priority, further checking the configuration priorities of the new application and the current application, if the configuration priority of the new application is higher than that of the current connection, switching the current terminal to local voice, and switching the peripheral to the new terminal connection. Otherwise, the current voice is kept not to be switched. If the voice switching occurs, the original communication is not finished after the new communication is finished, the original connection can be restored and the voice can be dropped back to the communication.
In practical application, the number of the types of terminals and applications may be multiple, and the configuration and the sorting are performed according to the policies and priorities, so that the mechanism is as above and will not be described herein.
