The wireless screen transmitter performs protocol conversion on the request or the data, so that the mobile terminal can normally read the request or the data sent by the conference tablet.
In the data updating method provided by this embodiment, the conference tablet is not directly connected to the internet, but is connected to the internet through the wireless screen transmitter and the mobile terminal, the conference tablet and the wireless screen transmitter transmit data through a preset network transmission protocol, the mobile terminal and the server transmit data through the network transmission protocol of the internet, and the conference tablet sends a software version query request or a download request to the server through the wireless screen transmitter and the mobile terminal in sequence, and receives a software version query response or a latest software data packet through the wireless screen transmitter. In the updating scheme, the conference flat plate is not directly connected with the Internet, so that the safe upgrading of the conference flat plate can be ensured, and the content on the conference flat plate is prevented from being stolen by the outside.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a data updating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, the data updating apparatus 600 includes: an acquisition module 601 and a processing module 602.
An obtaining module 601, configured to obtain software version information of a latest receiving end on a server through a transmission screen source end;
a processing module 602, configured to determine whether to update the software data packet of the receiving end by comparing the latest software version information of the receiving end with the local software version information of the receiving end;
the obtaining module 601 is further configured to obtain, by the transmission screen source, the latest software data packet of the receiving end on the server when the processing module 602 determines to update the software data packet.
In a possible implementation manner, the data updating apparatus 600 transmits data with the front end of the screen through a preset network transmission protocol.
The data updating apparatus of this embodiment may be disposed in the conference tablet, and is configured to execute each step of the conference tablet in the embodiments shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a data updating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 9, the data updating apparatus 700 includes: a receiving module 701 and a transmitting module 702.
A receiving module 701, configured to receive a software version query request from a receiving end, where the software version query request is used to query the latest software version information of the receiving end on a server;
a sending module 702, configured to forward the software version query request to the server;
the receiving module 701 is further configured to receive a software version query response returned by the server, where the software version query response includes latest software version information of the receiving end;
the sending module 702 is further configured to send the latest software version information of the receiving end to the receiving end.
In a possible implementation manner, the receiving module 701 is further configured to receive a download request from the receiving end, where the download request is used to request a latest software data package of the receiving end;
the sending module 702 is further configured to send the download request to the server;
the receiving module 701 is further configured to receive the latest software data packet of the receiving end returned by the server;
the sending module 702 is further configured to send the latest software data packet of the receiving end to the receiving end.
The data updating apparatus of this embodiment may be a mobile terminal having a wireless screen transmission function, and is configured to execute each step of the wireless screen transmitter in the embodiments shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a data updating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 10, the data updating apparatus 800 includes: an acquisition module 801 and a processing module 802.
An obtaining module 801, configured to obtain software version information of a latest receiving end on a server through a wireless screen transmitter;
a processing module 802, configured to determine whether to update the software data packet of the receiving end by comparing the latest software version information of the receiving end with the local software version information of the receiving end;
the obtaining module 801 is further configured to obtain the latest software data packet of the receiving end on the server through the wireless screen transmitter when the processing module 802 determines to update the software data packet.
In a possible implementation, the data updating apparatus 800 further includes: a sending module 803 and a receiving module 804.

Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a data updating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 11, the data updating apparatus 900 includes: a receiving module 901, a sending module 902 and an obtaining module 903.

a sending module 902, configured to forward the software version query request to a screen source end;

the sending module 902 is further configured to send the latest software version information of the receiving end to the receiving end.
In a possible implementation manner, the receiving module 901 is further configured to receive a download request from the receiving end, where the download request is used to request the latest software data package of the receiving end;
a sending module 902, further configured to forward the download request to the screen transmitting source;
the obtaining module 903 is further configured to obtain, through the screen transmitting source, the latest software data packet of the receiving end on the server;
the sending module 902 is further configured to send the latest software data packet of the receiving end to the receiving end.
The data updating apparatus of this embodiment may be a wireless screen transmitter, and is configured to execute each step of the wireless screen transmitter in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a data updating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 12, the data updating apparatus 1000 according to the present embodiment includes:
at least one processor 1001 (only one processor is shown in FIG. 12); and
a memory 1002 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory 1002 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 1001, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 1001, so that the data updating apparatus 1000 can perform the steps of the conference tablet in any one of the foregoing method embodiments, which have similar implementation principles and technical effects, and are not described herein again.
Alternatively, the memory 1002 may be separate or integrated with the processor 1001.
When the memory 1002 is a device independent of the processor 1001, the data update apparatus 1000 further includes: a bus 1003 is used to connect the memory 1002 and the processor 1001.
Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a data updating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 13, the data updating apparatus 1100 according to the embodiment includes:
at least one processor 1101 (only one processor is shown in FIG. 13); and
a memory 1102 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory 1102 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 1101, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 1101, so that the data updating apparatus 1100 can perform the steps of the mobile terminal in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5, or perform the steps of the wireless screen transmitter in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, which implement similar principles and technical effects, and are not described herein again.
Optionally, the memory 1102 may be separate or integrated with the processor 1101.
When the memory 1102 is a device separate from the processor 1101, the data update apparatus 1100 further includes: a bus 1103 for connecting the memory 1102 and the processor 1101.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer executing instruction is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when the processor executes the computer executing instruction, the method implements each step of the conference tablet in any one of the foregoing method embodiments.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer-executable instruction is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when a processor executes the computer-executable instruction, the steps of the mobile terminal in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5 are implemented, or the steps of the wireless screen transmitter in the embodiment shown in fig. 6 are implemented.
It should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the present invention may be embodied directly in a hardware processor, or in a combination of the hardware and software modules within the processor.
The memory may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may further comprise a non-volatile storage NVM, such as at least one disk memory, and may also be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.
The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.
The storage medium may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in any of the electronic devices described above.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A data updating method is characterized by being applied to a receiving end, wherein the receiving end is connected with a transmission screen source end through a local area network, and the transmission screen source end is connected with a server through the Internet;
the method comprises the following steps:
the receiving terminal acquires the latest software version information of the receiving terminal on the server through the transmission screen source terminal;
the receiving end determines whether to update the software data packet of the receiving end by comparing the latest software version information of the receiving end with the local software version information of the receiving end;
and when determining to update the software data packet, the receiving terminal acquires the latest software data packet of the receiving terminal on the server through the transmission screen source terminal.
2. A data updating method is characterized in that the method is applied to a transmission screen source end, the transmission screen source end is connected with a receiving end through a local area network, and the transmission screen source end is connected with a server through the Internet;
the method comprises the following steps:
the screen transmission source end receives a software version query request from the receiving end, wherein the software version query request is used for querying the latest software version information of the receiving end on the server;
the screen transmission source end forwards the software version query request to the server;
the screen transmission source end receives a software version query response returned by the server, wherein the software version query response comprises the latest software version information of the receiving end;
and the transmission screen source end sends the latest software version information of the receiving end to the receiving end.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
the screen transmission source end receives a downloading request from the receiving end, wherein the downloading request is used for requesting the latest software data packet of the receiving end;
the screen transmission source end sends the downloading request to the server;
the screen transmission source end receives the latest software data packet of the receiving end returned by the server;
and the transmission screen source end sends the latest software data packet of the receiving end to the receiving end.
4. A data updating method is characterized by being applied to a receiving end, wherein the receiving end is connected with a wireless screen transmitter through a local area network, the wireless screen transmitter is connected with a screen transmitting source end, and the screen transmitting source end is connected with a server through the Internet; the method comprises the following steps:
the receiving terminal acquires the latest software version information of the receiving terminal on the server through the wireless screen transmitter;
the receiving end determines whether to update the software data packet of the receiving end by comparing the latest software version information of the receiving end with the local software version information of the receiving end;
and when the software data packet is determined to be updated, the receiving end acquires the latest software data packet of the receiving end on the server through the wireless screen transmission device.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the receiving end obtains the latest software version information of the receiving end on the server through the wireless screen transmitter, and the method comprises the following steps:
the receiving terminal sends a software version query request to the server sequentially through the wireless screen transmitter and the screen transmitting source terminal, wherein the software version query request is used for querying the latest software version information of the receiving terminal on the server;
and the receiving terminal receives a software version query response returned by the server through the wireless screen transmitter, wherein the software version query response comprises the latest software version information of the receiving terminal.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the acquiring, by the receiving end, the latest software data packet of the receiving end on the server through the wireless screen transmitter when determining to update the software data packet comprises:
the receiving terminal sends a downloading request to the server sequentially through the wireless screen transmitter and the screen transmitting source terminal, wherein the downloading request is used for requesting the latest software data packet of the receiving terminal;
and the receiving terminal receives the latest software data packet of the receiving terminal on the server through the wireless screen transmission device.
7. A data updating method is characterized by being applied to a wireless screen transmitter, wherein the wireless screen transmitter is connected with a screen transmitting source end, the wireless screen transmitter is connected with a receiving end through a local area network, and the screen transmitting source end is connected with a server through the Internet; the method comprises the following steps:
the wireless screen transmitter receives a software version query request from the receiving end, wherein the software version query request is used for querying the latest software version information of the receiving end on the server;
the wireless screen transmitter transmits the software version query request to the screen transmitting source end;
the wireless screen transmitter acquires a software version query response returned by the server through the screen transmitting source end, wherein the software version query response comprises the latest software version information of the receiving end;
and the wireless screen transmitter transmits the latest software version information of the receiving end to the receiving end.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
the wireless screen transmitter receives a downloading request from the receiving terminal, wherein the downloading request is used for requesting the latest software data packet of the receiving terminal;
the wireless screen transmitter transmits the downloading request to the screen transmitting source end;
the wireless screen transmitter acquires the latest software data packet of the receiving terminal on the server through the screen transmitting source terminal;
and the wireless screen transmitter transmits the latest software data packet of the receiving end to the receiving end.
9. A data update apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the data update apparatus to perform the method of any of claims 1, 4-6.
10. A data update apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the data update apparatus to perform the method of any one of claims 2, 3, 7, 8.
