Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention concept of the invention is as follows:
referring to fig. 1a, a plurality of law enforcement recorders (law enforcement recorder 1, law enforcement recorder 2 … …, N representing a positive integer) are connected to the same router, and the plurality of law enforcement recorders are located on the same local area network. One law enforcement recorder is manually upgraded in advance, and an upgrade package is stored in the law enforcement recorder. The management software is installed in one computer and the computer on which the management software is installed is added to the local area network. The router is configured with a preset SSID (Service Set Identifier), and the computer is configured with a preset IP (Internet Protocol) address.
These law enforcement recorders are activated by a designated activation means, such as simultaneously activating the record key and the record key of the law enforcement recorder. The execution recorder started by the starting mode automatically searches the preset SSID and is connected to management software in a computer through the IP address. And the management software reads the version number of each law enforcement recorder and judges whether the law enforcement recorder needs to be upgraded or not based on the version number.
And then the management software divides the mutual-help upgrading groups, wherein one mutual-help upgrading group comprises a law enforcement recorder to be upgraded and an upgraded law enforcement recorder. During the first division, only one upgraded law enforcement recorder may be in the local area network, so that a mutual-aid upgrade group can be divided, and the upgraded law enforcement recorder and any one or more non-upgraded law enforcement recorders are divided into the same mutual-aid upgrade group. The management software issues the same SSID for the law enforcement recorder in the same mutual-aid upgrading group, and the SSID issued by the management software for the mutual-aid upgrading group is different from the preset SSID. The law enforcement recorders in the same mutual-aid upgrading group communicate on the basis of the same SSID, the upgraded law enforcement recorders in the group send upgrading packages to the uneupgraded law enforcement recorders in the group, and the uneupgraded law enforcement recorders in the group are upgraded on the basis of the upgrading packages, so that point-to-point mutual-aid upgrading is realized.
Assuming that only one upgraded law enforcement recorder in the local area network is the law enforcement recorder 1 during the first division, the law enforcement recorder 1 and the law enforcement recorder 2 are divided into the same mutual-help upgrading group, and the management software issues the same SSID to the law enforcement recorder 1 and the law enforcement recorder 2. Law enforcement recorder 1 and law enforcement recorder 2 are disconnected from the management software, and then law enforcement recorder 1 and law enforcement recorder 2 establish a connection based on the same SSID: for example, the law enforcement recorder 1 starts a WiFi (wireless internet access) hotspot based on the SSID, and the law enforcement recorder 2 connects to the WiFi hotspot based on the SSID; alternatively, the law enforcement recorder 2 opens a WiFi hotspot based on the SSID, and the law enforcement recorder 1 connects to the WiFi hotspot based on the SSID, so that a connection is established between the law enforcement recorder 1 and the law enforcement recorder 2.
The law enforcement recorder 1 sends the upgrade package to the law enforcement recorder 2, then the law enforcement recorder 1 is disconnected with the law enforcement recorder 2, the law enforcement recorder 1 is connected with the management software again based on the preset SSID, the management software continues to divide the law enforcement recorder 1 into other mutual-help upgrade groups, and the law enforcement recorder 1 continues to help other law enforcement recorders to be upgraded. The management software issues different SSIDs for different mutual aid upgrade groups.
And after receiving the upgrade package sent by the law enforcement recorder 1, the law enforcement recorder 2 carries out upgrading based on the upgrade package, and becomes an upgraded law enforcement recorder after upgrading is completed. The law enforcement recorder 2 is connected with the management software again based on the preset SSID, the management software reads the version number of the law enforcement recorder 2, and the law enforcement recorder 2 is determined to be the upgraded law enforcement recorder. The management software continues to divide the law enforcement recorder 2 into other mutual-aid upgrading groups, and the law enforcement recorder 2 continues to help other law enforcement recorders to upgrade.
If the idle upgraded law enforcement recorder exists in the local area network, or the upgraded law enforcement recorder which does not participate in the mutual-aid upgrading group exists, or the upgraded law enforcement recorder which is not connected with the upgraded law enforcement recorder exists in the network domain, the management platform can divide the mutual-aid upgrading group in real time until all the law enforcement recorders in the local area network are upgraded.
Therefore, through the point-to-point mutual-help upgrading, the upgraded law enforcement recorder is changed from one to two and then from two to four, infection-type upgrading is realized, and upgrading efficiency is high. And the data packets are transmitted in the mutual-aid upgrading group without passing through a router, so that the network bandwidth is saved. If the scheme is adopted in scenes needing large-batch upgrading, the labor consumption is less, the upgrading efficiency is higher, and less network bandwidth is occupied.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention provides a terminal equipment upgrading method applied to a management platform, a terminal equipment upgrading method applied to first terminal equipment, a management platform, a terminal equipment upgrading device corresponding to the first terminal equipment, electronic equipment and an upgrading system.
First, the method for upgrading the terminal device applied to the management platform will be described in detail below. The management platform may be a hardware device or a software program, and the specific form is not limited. The management platform and the plurality of terminal devices are located in the same network domain. The terminal equipment can be a law enforcement recorder or other equipment, and the specific type is not limited.
Referring to fig. 1b, the management platform and a plurality of terminal devices (terminal device 1, terminal device 2 … …, terminal device M, where M represents a positive integer) may be connected to the same network switching device, and the network switching device may be a router or other switching devices, which is not limited specifically. The management platform and the plurality of terminal devices are located in the same local area network. One or more terminal devices in the local area network can be upgraded in advance, and the specific number of the terminal devices upgraded in advance is not limited. The upgrade mode of the pre-upgrade is not limited, for example, the upgrade mode may be manual upgrade, or upgrade through a cloud server, and the like, and is not listed one by one. Thus, the upgraded terminal device and the non-upgraded terminal device exist in the local area network. The upgraded terminal device stores an upgrade package.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for upgrading a terminal device applied to a management platform according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
s201: and dividing at least one mutual-aid upgrading group based on the upgrading state of each terminal device. Wherein, one mutual-aid upgrading group comprises at least one terminal device to be upgraded and at least one upgraded terminal device.
The "upgrade status" mentioned in this embodiment indicates whether the terminal device is upgraded, and may include both upgraded and non-upgraded statuses. As described above, a plurality of terminal devices in the network domain are upgraded in advance, so that the terminal device to be upgraded and the upgraded terminal device exist in the network domain at the same time.
For example, in one case, a mutual-aid upgrade group includes a terminal device to be upgraded and an upgraded terminal device, and the upgraded terminal device subsequently assists the terminal device to be upgraded to perform upgrade. Or, in another case, one mutual-aid upgrade group includes a plurality of terminal devices to be upgraded and one upgraded terminal device, and the subsequent upgraded terminal device assists the plurality of terminal devices to be upgraded to upgrade. The specific grouping case is not limited.
S202: for each mutual-aid upgrading group, issuing the same first network identification to each terminal device in the mutual-aid upgrading group, so that the terminal device to be upgraded in the mutual-aid upgrading group obtains an upgrading packet from the upgraded terminal device in the mutual-aid upgrading group through the received first network identification and upgrades the terminal device; the first network identifiers issued aiming at different mutual aid upgrading groups are different.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal devices in the same mutual-aid upgrade group communicate with each other through the same network identifier, and in order to distinguish the network identifier from the network identifiers in other contents, the network identifier issued by the management platform to the mutual-aid upgrade group is called a first network identifier. In one case, the first network Identifier may be a first Service Set Identifier (SSID), and each terminal device in the same mutual aid upgrade group communicates via the same SSID, for example, any one terminal device in the group starts a WiFi hotspot based on the SSID, and other terminal devices in the group connect to the WiFi hotspot based on the SSID, so that the terminal devices in the group can communicate with each other. Or, in another case, the first network identifier may be a bluetooth pairing identifier, and each terminal device in the same mutual-aid upgrade group performs communication through bluetooth pairing. Or, each terminal device in the same mutual-aid upgrade group communicates through other near field communication modes, and the first network identifier may be a network identifier in a corresponding near field communication mode, which is not limited specifically.
As described above, the upgraded terminal device has the upgrade package stored therein. For a mutual-aid upgrading group, the upgraded terminal equipment in the group sends the upgrading packet stored by the upgraded terminal equipment to the non-upgraded terminal equipment in the group, and the non-upgraded terminal equipment in the group is upgraded based on the upgrading packet. The data packets are transmitted in the mutual-aid upgrading group without passing through network switching equipment, so that the network bandwidth is saved.
After the management platform executes S202, it may continue to return to execute S201, and the process is cycled until all the terminal devices are upgraded.
The upgraded terminal equipment in the group becomes upgraded terminal equipment after the upgrade is completed, so that the upgraded terminal equipment in the group can participate in other mutual-aid upgrade groups when the upgrade is returned to execute S201, and the upgraded terminal equipment in the group can still continuously participate in other mutual-aid upgrade groups after the upgrade package is sent to the same group of the uneupgraded terminal equipment, so that the infected upgrade of the terminal equipment can be realized, and the upgrade efficiency is improved.
As described above, the management platform issues different first network identifiers for different mutual aid upgrade groups; in one case, after the law enforcement recorders in the mutual aid upgrade group are disconnected, the first network identifier used by the mutual aid upgrade group may be used by other mutual aid upgrade groups.
In an embodiment, before S201, a connection may be established with each terminal device in the same network domain through a preset second network identifier, and an upgrade state of each terminal device is obtained.
For example, the second network identification may be a second Service Set Identification (SSID). The second SSID may be a preconfigured SSID, and each terminal device is connected to the management platform through the same SSID. Alternatively, the second network identifier may also be other network identifiers used for distinguishing different networks, and the specific type is not limited. In one embodiment, an IP address may be configured for the management platform in advance, and each terminal device is connected to the management platform through the second SSID and the IP address.
For example, the management platform may obtain the upgrade status of each terminal device by determining the version number of each terminal device.
In one case, each terminal device may register with the management platform, so that the management platform obtains information of each terminal device in the local area network. For example, the management platform may obtain a version number of each terminal device, and determine whether the terminal device needs to be upgraded by checking the version number.
The "upgrade" mentioned in the embodiment of the present invention may be understood as: and upgrading the operating system, the installed application software, the configuration file and the like of the terminal equipment, wherein the specific upgrading object is not limited. Correspondingly, the management platform may determine version numbers of various upgrade objects such as an operating system, application software, or a configuration file, and obtain the upgrade state of the terminal device.
In this embodiment, after the management platform issues the same first network identifier to each terminal device in the mutual-aid upgrade group in S202, the management platform may disconnect from each terminal device in the mutual-aid upgrade group.
After each terminal device in the mutual-aid upgrading group is disconnected with the management platform, the mutual-aid upgrading group is connected with other terminal devices in the same group based on the first network identification and carries out mutual-aid upgrading. For the upgraded terminal equipment in the group, after the upgrade package is sent to the non-upgraded terminal equipment in the group, the terminal equipment is disconnected from the non-upgraded terminal equipment, and then the connection is established with the management platform through the second network identifier, so that the management platform can continue to divide the terminal equipment into other mutually-aided upgrade groups to help other terminal equipment to upgrade. And for the non-upgraded terminal equipment in the group, after the upgrading is completed based on the upgrading packet, the connection with the management platform is established through the second network identifier. At this time, the non-upgraded terminal devices in the group become upgraded terminal devices, the management platform updates the upgrade state of the terminal devices, the management platform can continue to divide the terminal devices into other mutual-aid upgrade groups, and the terminal devices continue to help other terminal devices to upgrade.
For example, in one case, if there is an idle upgraded terminal device in the network domain, or an upgraded terminal device that does not participate in the mutual aid upgrade group, or an upgraded terminal device that is not connected to an upgraded terminal device, and there is still an unequipped terminal device in the network domain, the management platform may divide the mutual aid upgrade group in real time, so that the upgrade efficiency may be further improved. In one case, after the management platform is connected with the terminal equipment, the upgrading state of the terminal equipment is obtained, so that the mutual-help upgrading groups can be divided in real time.
With the embodiment of the invention shown in fig. 2, on the first hand, for the same mutual-aid upgrade group, the upgraded terminal devices in the group send the upgrade package to the terminal devices to be upgraded in the group for upgrading, and the upgrade package does not need to be manually imported, so that the labor is saved; in the second aspect, after the terminal equipment to be upgraded is upgraded, the terminal equipment to be upgraded can participate in other mutual-aid upgrading groups as the upgraded terminal equipment, and the upgraded terminal equipment can still continuously participate in other mutual-aid upgrading groups after sending the upgrading packet to the non-upgraded terminal equipment in the same group. In the third aspect, the data packets are transmitted in the mutual-aid upgrading group without passing through network switching equipment, so that the network bandwidth is saved.
The following describes in detail a terminal device upgrade method applied to the first terminal device. The first terminal device may be any one of a plurality of terminal devices located in the same network domain as the management platform, and is referred to as the first terminal device for the purpose of distinguishing the description from other terminal devices in the network domain.

The first network identification is used for communication between upgraded terminal equipment and non-upgraded terminal equipment in the same mutual-aid upgrading group. In order to distinguish from the network identifiers in other contents, the network identifier issued by the management platform to the mutual aid upgrade group is called a first network identifier.
The mutual-aid upgrading groups are divided by the management platform, and one mutual-aid upgrading group comprises at least one terminal device to be upgraded and at least one upgraded terminal device. In the above, the process of dividing the mutual-aid upgrade groups by the management platform has been described in detail, and will not be described herein again.
S303: and establishing connection with the upgraded terminal equipment in the mutual-aid upgrading group to which the first terminal equipment belongs through the first network identifier.
In one case, the first network Identifier may be a first Service Set Identifier (SSID), and each terminal device in the same mutual aid upgrade group communicates through the same SSID. In one embodiment, a first terminal device opens a WiFi hotspot based on a first service set identifier, and other terminal devices in the same mutual aid upgrade group connect to the WiFi hotspot based on the first service set identifier. Or, in another embodiment, the first terminal device connects, based on the first service set identifier, a WiFi hotspot turned on by other terminal devices in the same mutual aid upgrade group based on the first service set identifier. In other words, any terminal device in the group may open the WiFi hotspot based on the SSID, and other terminal devices in the group connect to the WiFi hotspot based on the SSID, so that communication may be performed between the terminal devices in the group.
S305: and receiving an upgrade package sent by the connected upgraded terminal equipment.
S307: and upgrading is carried out based on the upgrading packet.
The upgraded terminal devices all store the upgrade packages, and the terminal devices of the same mutual-aid upgrade group can realize mutual-aid upgrade. The data packets are transmitted in the mutual-aid upgrading group without passing through network switching equipment, so that the network bandwidth is saved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, S300 is performed before S301: and establishing connection with the management platform through a preset second network identifier. After S301, S302 is executed: and disconnecting from the management platform. S305 is followed by S306: disconnecting from the connected upgraded terminal device. S307 is followed by S308: and establishing connection with the management platform through the second network identifier.

In this embodiment, after the first terminal device sends the upgrade package to the non-upgraded terminal device in the same group, the management platform is reconnected, the management platform can continue to divide the first terminal device into other mutual-aid upgrade groups, and the first terminal device continues to help other terminal devices to upgrade, so that infected upgrade is achieved, and upgrade efficiency is high.
In one embodiment, the second network identification is a second SSID. The first terminal device can establish connection with the management platform through a second SSID and a preset IP address, wherein the IP address is configured for the management platform in advance.
In one embodiment, the S300/S500 may include: after the first terminal equipment is started in a specified starting mode, connection is established with the management platform through a preset second network identifier; the specified starting mode is as follows: and simultaneously triggering at least two keys of the first terminal equipment.
By applying the embodiment, the terminal equipment can be automatically upgraded after being started. The inventor finds that if the terminal device is started according to a conventional starting mode (such as triggering a start-up key), the upgrading scheme is automatically executed, so that the normal use of the terminal device is influenced, and after all, the terminal device needs to be upgraded when the terminal device is not started every time. In the embodiment, an unconventional starting mode is adopted, and the terminal equipment can automatically execute the upgrading scheme only after being started by the unconventional starting mode, so that the problem that the normal use of the terminal equipment is influenced is solved.
The unconventional starting mode can be as follows: and simultaneously triggering at least two keys of the first terminal equipment, thus not influencing the original functions of the keys and having simple operation. For example, the terminal device is a law enforcement recorder; the unconventional starting mode comprises the following steps: and simultaneously triggering a recording key and a video key of the law enforcement recorder.
By applying the embodiment of the invention, on the first hand, for the same mutual-aid upgrading group, the upgraded terminal equipment in the group sends the upgrading packet to the terminal equipment to be upgraded in the group for upgrading, the upgrading packet does not need to be manually introduced, and the manpower is saved; in the second aspect, after the terminal equipment to be upgraded is upgraded, the terminal equipment to be upgraded can participate in other mutual-aid upgrading groups as the upgraded terminal equipment, and the upgraded terminal equipment can still continuously participate in other mutual-aid upgrading groups after sending the upgrading packet to the non-upgraded terminal equipment in the same group. In the third aspect, the data packets are transmitted in the mutual-aid upgrading group without passing through network switching equipment, so that the network bandwidth is saved.
