When the cable is cut, the two clamp handles are tightly held, the first cutting blade 6 and the first supporting piece 9 are close to each other, so that the first cutting blade 6 is in contact with the cable and gradually starts to cut, and the insulation layer on the outer side of the cable can be cut off along the circumferential direction of the cable by rotating the tool or the cable.
The first cutting blade 6 is used for cutting along the radial direction of the cable, so that annular cutting marks can be formed along the circumferential direction of the cable or an insulating layer can be broken through compared with the conventional middle-tooth-shaped structure, the operation is more labor-saving, and the cutting length can be controlled conveniently to meet the use requirement; when the two forceps handles are tightly held, the elastic piece 5 can provide resistance, so that the cutting depth can be controlled, and the metal wire is prevented from being damaged due to over-deep cutting; and after the elastic piece 5 is compressed to the maximum, the elastic piece 5 can not be compressed again, the maximum cutting depth can be limited, the metal wire is protected, and meanwhile, after the tool is used, the elastic piece 5 can automatically reset the two clamp bodies 1 without manually resetting the clamp bodies 1 by an operator.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 5 is a spring, and the elastic member 5, the first supporting member 9 and the first cutting blade 6 are all disposed on the handle.
In other embodiments, the elastic member 5 is a spring, and the elastic member 5, the first support 9 and the first cutting blade 6 may be provided on the jaw.
In order to make the cable more stable during cutting, the top surface of the first supporting member 9 is provided with a first bearing groove, two ends of the first bearing groove in the length direction penetrate through the first supporting member 9, and the extending direction of the first blade 62 is perpendicular to the length direction of the first bearing groove.
When the cable is cut, the cable is placed in the first bearing groove, a certain positioning effect can be achieved on the cable, the cable is prevented from moving in the cutting process, and therefore unnecessary scratches are generated on the surface of the cable and even redundant length is cut.
Specifically, the first bearing groove comprises a bottom surface for bearing the cable, and the bottom surface is an arc surface matched with the outer surface of the cable; and the distance between the two side surfaces is gradually increased from bottom to top.
The surface of the first bearing groove can be further provided with an anti-slip layer, the anti-slip layer can increase the friction force of the cable, and the cable is prevented from sliding in the first bearing groove when the operating personnel rotate the clamp body 1 to cut the cable.
In this embodiment, the first cutting blade 6 may be fixed to the holder by screws. Specifically, in order to avoid the influence of the direct contact between the screw and the blade on the strength of the first cutting blade 6, the first cutting blade 6 comprises a first mounting block 61 and a first blade 62, the first mounting block 61 and the forceps body 1 are fixed through the screw, a mounting groove is formed in the first mounting block 61, and one end of the first blade 62 can extend into the mounting groove and is tightly matched with the mounting groove so as to fix the mounting block and the first blade 62.

In this embodiment, the second cutting blade 3 and the forceps body 1 may be fixed by screws, and the fixing structure thereof may be the same as that of the first cutting blade 6, which is not described herein again. Specifically, in order to avoid the direct contact of the screw and the blade to influence the strength of the second cutting blade 3, the second cutting blade 3 includes a second mounting block 32 and a second blade 31, the second mounting block 32 and the caliper body 1 are fixed by the screw, a mounting groove is provided on the second mounting block 32, and one end of the second blade 31 can extend into the mounting groove and is tightly fitted with the mounting groove to fix the second mounting block 32 and the second blade 31.
In this embodiment, the second cutting blade 3 and the second support 2 are both disposed on the head of the pliers, and in other embodiments, the second cutting blade 3 and the second support 2 may also be disposed on the handle of the pliers.
In this embodiment, a second bearing groove is formed on the top surface of the second supporting member 2, two ends of the second bearing groove in the length direction penetrate through the second supporting member 2, and the extending direction of the second cutting blade 3 is parallel to the length direction of the second bearing groove.
In order to prevent the cable from rotating during cutting, the cross section of the second bearing groove is in a V shape.
The surface of the second bearing groove can be further provided with an anti-slip layer, the anti-slip layer can increase the friction force of the cable, and the cable is prevented from rotating in the second bearing groove when an operator uses the pliers body 1 to cut the cable. In order to distinguish the first bearing groove, a first anti-slip layer is arranged on the surface of the first bearing groove, and a second anti-slip layer is arranged on the surface of the second bearing groove.
In this embodiment, the insulating sleeve 8 is sleeved outside the forceps handle to improve the use safety.
In this embodiment, the height of the first cutting blade 6 on the forceps body 1 is adjustable, and the height is used to adjust the distance between the cutting edge of the first cutting blade 6 and the first support 9, so as to limit the maximum cutting depth of the first cutting blade 6, and protect the metal wire.
