Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a medical early warning method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The medical early warning method is applied to computer equipment and used for medical early warning, and the medical early warning speed is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the medical early warning method includes:
at a first time, medical qualification information for a plurality of medical units and practice information for a plurality of doctors is received 101.
The first time may include a plurality of first sub-times. For example, the first sub-times are first 08 in 2020, second 08 in 2020, third 08 in 2020, and fourth 08 in 2020.
Medical qualification information of one medical unit may be received on month 1 of 2020, medical qualification information of another medical unit may be received on month 2 of 2020, medical information of one doctor may be received on month 3 of 2020, and medical information of another doctor may be received on month 4 of 2020.
The plurality of medical institutions and the plurality of doctors may send medical qualification information and practice information to the computer device through clients.
102, calculating the medical qualification expiration time of each medical institution according to the medical qualification information of the medical institution, and calculating the practice expiration time of each doctor according to the practice information of the doctor.
In a specific embodiment, the calculating the medical qualification expiration time of each medical unit according to the medical qualification information of the medical unit includes:
acquiring an early warning time threshold;
when receiving the medical qualification information of the medical institution, calculating the medical qualification expiration time of the medical institution according to the medical qualification information and the early warning time threshold; or (b)
When the history prescription information corresponding to the medical institution is acquired, calculating the medical qualification expiration time of the medical institution according to the medical qualification information and the early warning time threshold.
The early warning time threshold may be a time period of the early warning or a time proportion of the early warning.
For example, the early warning time threshold is 9 days, the actual expiration time of medical qualification in the medical qualification information is 30 days of 2020, and the expiration time of medical qualification in the medical unit is 21 days of 2020.
For example, the early warning time threshold is 99% of time, the effective start time in the medical qualification information is 1 day, the effective end time is 100 days, and the medical qualification expiration time of the medical unit is 99 days.
103, associating and storing a plurality of medical qualification information of medical units with consistent medical qualification expiration time to obtain a plurality of medical qualification information groups, and associating and storing a plurality of practice information of doctors with consistent practice expiration time to obtain a plurality of practice information groups.
The plurality of medical qualification information sets and the plurality of practice information sets are calculated and stored in advance to avoid the situation that the computer equipment has instantaneous high concurrence and high calculation amount.
For example, a plurality of medical qualification information associations having medical qualification expiration times of 2020, 08, 29 are stored as one medical qualification information group; and storing a plurality of medical qualification information associations with medical qualification expiration time of 2020, 08 and 30 days as another medical qualification information group. Storing a plurality of practice information associations with a practice expiration time of 2020, 08 and 29 days as a practice information group; a plurality of the license information associations whose expiration time is 30 days of 08 in 2020 are stored as another set of the license information.
104, acquiring a plurality of prescription information at a second time after the first time, wherein each prescription information comprises medical unit information, doctor information and prescription drug information.
After receiving medical qualification information of a plurality of medical units and practice information of a plurality of doctors at the first time, prescription information transmitted by the plurality of medical units and the plurality of doctors through clients may be received at a second time.
For example, for a given medical unit, prescription information sent by the given medical unit via the client may be received at a second sub-time 2020, month 08, 03 after receiving medical qualification information for the given medical unit at a first sub-time 2020, month 08, 01. The second sub-time of receiving prescription information for the given medical unit is subsequent to the first sub-time of receiving medical qualification information for the given medical unit. For another given medical unit, after receiving medical qualification information for the given medical unit on 08-04 of a first sub-time 2020, prescription information sent by the given medical unit through the client may be received on 05 of a second sub-time 2020.
For a given prescription information, prescription drug information of the given prescription information is a unique drug identification; the prescription medicine information of the given prescription information is a unique identification of a doctor and corresponds to the doctor who inputs the prescription medicine; the medical unit information of the given prescription information is a unique identification of the medical unit and corresponds to the medical unit to which the doctor who inputs the prescription medicine belongs.
105, determining a target set of medical qualification information having a medical qualification expiration time consistent with the second time, and determining a target set of practice information having a practice expiration time consistent with the second time.
The medical qualification expiration time may be a pre-set time before the actual expiration time of the medical qualification. For example, the actual medical qualification expiration time of the medical qualification information set is 30 days 08 in 2020, the medical qualification expiration time of the medical qualification information set is 22 days 08 in 2020, and the preset time is 8.
The second time may be a current time.
For example, the current time is month 08 and 22 in 2020, and the medical qualification expiration time of the first medical qualification information set is month 08 and 22 in 2020. The medical qualification expiration time of the second medical qualification information set is 25 days 08 in 2020. The first set of medical qualification information is determined as the target set of medical qualification information.
For another example, the current time is 23 days 08 in 2020, and the first set of practice information has a practice expiration time of 24 days 08 in 2020. The second set of practice information has a practice expiration time of 2020, month 08 and 23. The second set of practice information is determined to be the target set of practice information.

The calculating the state score of the computer equipment at each historical time according to the preset concurrency weight and the preset use ratio weight comprises the following steps:
multiplying the reciprocal of the concurrency corresponding to the historical time by the preset concurrency weight to obtain a first score;
multiplying the CPU utilization rate corresponding to the historical time by the preset utilization rate weight to obtain a second score;
and calculating the sum of the first score and the second score to obtain a state score of the computer equipment at the historical time.
The calculating the current state threshold according to the current concurrency and the current CPU utilization comprises:
multiplying the current concurrency quantity by the preset concurrency quantity weight to obtain a third score;
