Fig. 13 illustrates the flexible display panel and the flexible element of fig. 12 flexing. The embodiment shown in fig. 12 is different from the embodiment shown in fig. 10 in that each of the bodies 112 and 114 has an extension E, and the extension E extends to the middle section G3 to support the third section 126 of the flexible display panel 120. Thus, in the unfolded state shown in fig. 12, the flexible display panel 120 is supported more completely and has a flatter surface.
In summary, the flexible element is disposed in the gap between the flexible display panel and the hinge, so that the flexible element prevents external dust and particles from entering the gap. Furthermore, the first magnetic object and the second magnetic object included in the flexible element are attracted by the magnetic attraction force, so that the filling layer between the first magnetic object and the second magnetic object is kept in a state of being close to the first magnetic object and the second magnetic object. Therefore, in the process that the flexible display panel bends along with the unfolding and closing of the two bodies, gaps are not generated among the first magnetic objects, the filling layer and the second magnetic objects, and dust and particles can be prevented from accumulating between the flexible display panel and the hinge.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
