Abstract
The invention relates to the field of fire alarm equipment, in particular to a fire alarm controller and a mounting structure of a loop card and a motherboard thereof, which comprises a plug box assembly and a loop card assembly, wherein the motherboard is mounted at the bottom of the plug box assembly, and a plurality of loop card assemblies are inserted into the plug box assembly and connected with the motherboard; the inserting box assembly is provided with a fastener matched with the loop card assembly in a buckling mode or a pin hole mode; and a guide part of the limiting and restricting loop card assembly is arranged in the plug-in box assembly. The loop card assembly comprises a support, and the support is provided with a clamping groove for inserting a loop card; the end surface of the clamping groove is provided with a loop clamping hook, and the loop clamping hook is connected with a loop clamping buckle; the folding extension in both ends of support forms folding trip, folding trip and subrack subassembly buckle cooperation. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the parts required by the fixed loop card are reduced, the fixed loop card assembly and the plug box assembly are connected through the buckles, the installation time is saved, and the installation procedures are reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fire alarm equipment, in particular to a fire alarm controller and a mounting structure of a loop card and a motherboard thereof.
Background
The circuit board mounting structure of the fire alarm controller generally comprises a plug box, a plug box bottom plate, a mother plate, a circuit board, a guide bracket, a fixed bracket and the like. The fire alarm controller is part of a fire detection system and each loop card is responsible for connecting each bus loop to the control system.
The fire alarm controller product loop card mounting type is composed of a loop card assembly and a plug box assembly, wherein the loop card assembly is composed of a loop card and a loop card metal mounting bracket, and the connection of the loop card and the loop card metal mounting bracket is generally realized by using screws, as shown in fig. 5. The plug box assembly consists of a metal plug box, a metal plug box bottom plate, a mother plate and a guide bracket, wherein the mother plate is firstly installed on the metal plug box bottom plate by using screws, and then the metal plug box bottom plate and the mother plate are installed on the bottom of the metal plug box by using screws; the guide support is made of plastic materials, and is installed inside the metal plug box in a clamping mode to form a plug box assembly, as shown in figure 6. The cooperation of the loop card assembly and the jack box assembly is realized through the guide bracket and the screw connection, as shown in fig. 7.
In summary, in the prior art, the installation type of the loop card of the fire alarm controller product has the disadvantages of large number of required parts, long installation time, multiple assembling and disassembling processes and complex disassembly.

The present invention is directed to a fire alarm controller and a circuit card and motherboard mounting structure thereof, so as to solve the problems of the background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a mounting structure of a loop card and a motherboard of a fire alarm controller comprises a plug box assembly and a loop card assembly, wherein the motherboard is mounted at the bottom of the plug box assembly, and a plurality of loop card assemblies are inserted into the plug box assembly and connected with the motherboard; and the inserting box assembly is provided with a fastener matched with the loop card assembly in a buckling mode or a pin hole mode.

The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, an installation structure of a loop card and a motherboard of a fire alarm controller includes a box insertion assembly and a loop card assembly, wherein the motherboard is installed at the bottom of the box insertion assembly, and a plurality of loop card assemblies are inserted into the box insertion assembly and connected with the motherboard; and the inserting box assembly is provided with a fastener matched with the loop card assembly in a buckling mode or a pin hole mode.
Specifically, the circuit card assembly 10 includes a bracket 2, specifically, the bracket is made of resin and made into a plastic bracket 2, the bracket 2 is provided with card slots for inserting the circuit cards, and the number of the brackets is the same as that of the circuit cards; firstly, respectively inserting and fixing the loop cards 1 in the brackets 2, then inserting the loop cards 1 and the brackets 2 into the box inserting assembly, and butting one end of each loop card 1 extending out of each bracket against a mother board arranged at the bottom of the box inserting assembly; sequentially inserting the loop card 1 and the bracket 2 into the plug-in box assembly and fixing to ensure that the loop card 1 is normally connected with the motherboard; the parts required by the fixed loop card are reduced, the buckle is adopted to replace the thread connection fixed loop card assembly and the plug box assembly, and the installation time is saved.
Referring to fig. 1, in another embodiment of the present invention, a guiding member for limiting the position of the loop card assembly is disposed in the inserting box assembly 11.
Specifically, the guide part is a guide groove 12, symmetrical guide grooves 12 are formed in two sides of the inner surface of the inserting box assembly at intervals and used for limiting and constraining the loop card 1, the loop card is inserted into the inserting box assembly to play a role in guiding, the lateral displacement of the loop card is limited, and the loop card 1 is guaranteed to be normally connected with a mother board.
Preferably, the bracket is provided with a guide rib 13 matched with the guide groove 12, and the width of the guide rib 13 is the same as that of the guide groove 12; the guide groove 12 is matched with the guide rib 13 to fix the loop card.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a loop hook 6 is disposed on an end surface of the slot, and the loop hook 6 is connected to the loop card 1 in a snap-fit manner.
Specifically, the widths of two ends of the clamping groove are reduced to form a limiting groove 3, the width of the limiting groove 3 is close to the thickness of the loop card, a loop card hook 6 is arranged on one side, far away from the clamping groove, of the limiting groove 3, and after the loop card is inserted into the clamping groove, the loop card hook 6 is embedded into a bayonet 5 arranged on the loop card to fix the loop card in the clamping groove.
Referring to fig. 2-3, in an embodiment of the present invention, two ends of the bracket 2 are folded and extended to form folding hooks 4, and the folding hooks 4 are snap-fitted to the box inserting assembly.
Specifically, after the bracket 2 inserted with the loop card is inserted into the box inserting assembly, the loop card is fully abutted against the mother board 9, and the folding hook 4 is buckled on the box inserting assembly, so that the bracket 2 inserted with the loop card is fixed.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the socket assembly 11 includes a socket, the motherboard is mounted at the bottom of the socket, a plurality of circuit card assemblies are inserted into the socket, and the motherboard is connected to the circuit card assemblies.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the fastening member includes hooks 14, and the hooks 14 are disposed on two sides of an outer edge of the receptacle.
The clamping hook 14 is matched with the folding clamping hook 4 in a buckling mode, and the support 2 inserted with the loop card is fixed in the inserting box.
The manufacturing materials of the plug-in box assembly and the loop card assembly are resin, specifically, the manufacturing material of the plug-in box is resin, and the manufacturing material of the support 2 is resin. The circuit card is prevented from being damaged by collision in the installation process due to the fact that the circuit card is made of resin materials, the guide groove 12 is favorably formed in the inserting box, and the hook 14 and the folding hook 4 matched with the hook 14 are favorably manufactured. The installation of the loop card is limited and restricted through the guide groove 12, so that the use of guide supports is reduced, namely, the use of parts is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, in another embodiment of the present invention, a fire alarm controller includes a main controller and a circuit card and motherboard mounting structure of the fire alarm controller as described above, wherein the main controller is disposed on a motherboard and is respectively connected to circuit card assemblies.
The installation structure of the loop card and the motherboard of the fire alarm controller comprises a plug box assembly and loop card assemblies, wherein the motherboard is installed at the bottom of the plug box assembly, and a plurality of loop card assemblies are inserted into the plug box assembly and connected with the motherboard; the inserting box assembly is provided with a fastener which is in snap fit with the loop card assembly; the main controller is respectively connected with the field equipment units corresponding to the loop cards through the loop cards, and the field equipment units realize actions of fire detection, alarming, displaying and the like.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, respectively inserting and fixing the loop cards 1 in the brackets 2, then inserting the loop cards 1 and the brackets 2 into the box inserting assembly, and butting one end of each loop card 1 extending out of each bracket against a mother board arranged at the bottom of the box inserting assembly; and sequentially inserting the loop card 1 and the bracket 2 into the plug-in box assembly and fixing to ensure that the loop card 1 is normally connected with the motherboard.
It should be noted that the main controller adopted by the present invention is an application of the prior art, and those skilled in the art can implement the functions to be achieved according to the related description, or implement the technical characteristics to be achieved through the similar technology, and will not be described in detail here.

Claims (9)
1. A mounting structure of a loop card and a motherboard of a fire alarm controller comprises a plug box assembly and a loop card assembly, wherein the motherboard is mounted at the bottom of the plug box assembly; and the inserting box assembly is provided with a fastener matched with the loop card assembly in a buckling mode or a pin hole mode.
2. A fire alarm controller circuit card and motherboard mounting arrangement as recited in claim 1 wherein said box assembly is provided with guides for spacing and constraining the circuit card assembly.
3. A fire alarm controller circuit card and motherboard mounting structure as recited in claim 1 wherein said circuit card assembly includes a bracket having a slot for receiving a circuit card.
4. The structure of claim 3, wherein the end surface of the engaging groove is provided with a loop engaging hook, and the loop engaging hook is engaged with the loop engaging hook.
5. A fire alarm controller loop card and motherboard mounting structure as recited in claim 3 wherein the two ends of said bracket are folded and extended to form folding hooks, said folding hooks snap-fit with the box assembly.
6. A fire alarm controller circuit card and motherboard mounting arrangement as recited in claim 1 wherein said box subassembly includes a box, said motherboard is mounted to the bottom of said box, a plurality of said circuit card assemblies are inserted into said box, and said motherboard is connected to said circuit card assemblies.
7. The structure of claim 6, wherein the fastening member includes hooks provided at both sides of the outer edge of the insertion box.
8. A fire alarm controller circuit card and motherboard mounting structure as recited in claim 1 wherein the material of construction of said receptacle assembly and circuit card assembly is resin.
9. A fire alarm controller, comprising a main controller and a mounting structure of the loop card and the motherboard of the fire alarm controller according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the main controller being provided on the motherboard and being connected to loop card assemblies, respectively.
