In practical application, the average delivery cycle of the supplier can be obtained as the historical average delivery cycle by obtaining the time from the behavior of purchasing determined by a buyer in a manner of making a money or the like to the delivery completion of the supplier in all transaction lists or in the transaction list of the recent predetermined time period according to the transaction history in the historical transaction information of the supplier. Therefore, the buyer can conveniently select the supplier and the seller under the condition of considering the self purchasing term.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the information pushing method further includes: and dynamically updating historical data and historical transaction information of the supplier and the seller according to the user behavior, and storing the updated historical data and historical transaction information to the local.

Fig. 2 illustrates an operation flow between a purchasing party and a supplier and a platform in an information pushing method provided by an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 2, a buyer initiates bidding, a platform checks the bidding of the buyer, then the platform distributes bidding information, the platform acquires relevant information of the buyer, a supplier and a seller and a purchased commodity and sends the information to an intelligent algorithm module according to categories, the platform recommends the supplier and the transaction price in the process of the supplier responding to the quotation, then the bidding result is reviewed, the result is disclosed and the purchase is executed.
In an embodiment, the information pushing apparatus of this specification is applied to a government purchasing platform, see fig. 3, and fig. 3 shows an information extraction flow chart in the information pushing method provided in an embodiment of this specification, in a government unit side 301, a government registers an account number, supplements user information, and then issues purchasing information, so that the platform acquires corresponding purchasing information, then the platform extracts information, specifically extracts keywords from the purchasing information, where the extracted government side keyword information includes purchasing units, purchasing commodities, unit prices of expected commodities, purchasing quantities, locations of purchasing units, purchasing time limits, selection preferences, limiting conditions, and the like, and then the government unit side screens suppliers, successfully tenders and trades, completes commodity reception, and then evaluates the experience of suppliers and tenders, and issues new bidding information. At the supplier and seller side 302, the supplier and seller registers and logs in, the user information is supplemented, the commodity is sold on shelves, the price and the inventory are supplemented, the commodity is successfully bid, traded and delivered, and the commodity delivery is completed, so that the platform acquires the supplier and seller information, then the platform extracts the supplier and seller information, specifically, keywords are extracted from the supplier and seller information, and the extracted supplier and seller keyword information comprises the commodity to be sold, the price of the commodity to be sold, the commodity inventory, the location of the supplier and seller, the distance between the supplier and the buyer, the service provision and the corresponding service period (after-sale maintenance service and corresponding free maintenance period), the service capacity (whether the commodity is delivered to the home), the latest period of the purchase and other purchase requirements, and in addition, the historical transaction information (transaction history, transaction price and the like) of the supplier is acquired. On the platform side 303, the platform operator configures a classification tag for the goods for identifying the category of the goods.
Government units, suppliers and platform operators can continuously generate data in the process of using platform products, the platform can continuously extract and arrange user historical data to form different information types, and finally the different information types are collected and enter the intelligent algorithm module. For example, the extracted procurement information, supplier and seller information, historical transaction information, and commodity classification labels are input to the intelligent algorithm module.
The massive historical data of the platform does not exist as redundant information any more, but becomes information with profitability. In the process of data collection and arrangement, at least a plurality of channels such as supplier transaction information, purchasing unit information, a commodity inventory system, online commodity real-time prices and the like need to be opened, and the capability of communicating a plurality of backgrounds is also beneficial to forward development of the platform.
Fig. 4 shows an intelligent algorithm recommendation flow chart in the information push method provided in an embodiment of the present specification, referring to fig. 4, information extracted by a platform is input into an intelligent algorithm module, data identification and conversion are performed, matching degrees of various suppliers and sellers are calculated, a recommended supplier and seller list is determined according to weight scores, then commodity classification is compared, a recommended bargain price interval of purchased commodities is obtained according to historical bargain prices of commodities of the same category, then the platform performs information display, and a government unit side displays high-quality supplier information and the recommended bargain price interval. The information is collected, extracted and converted by a platform and then input to an intelligent algorithm module, and a recommended supplier and seller is obtained in a weight calculation mode; and after obtaining the supplier and seller list, obtaining the historical transaction price of the same type of purchased commodities of the suppliers and sellers, and obtaining the recommended transaction price interval of the current purchased commodity. The intelligent algorithm module performs weighting calculation by combining multiple kinds of information of the platform, and the effectiveness of the recommendation information is guaranteed. And the recommendation algorithm can be optimized and the precision can be improved by increasing the number of users, the operation data of the users, the number of commodities and the like. The continuously improved recommendation precision can also improve the viscosity of the user, attract the entrance of new users and finally achieve the aim of improving the market share; by utilizing the internet and the platform big data technology, the commodity price tends to be stable, and the sustainable development of the platform trading behavior is ensured. Meanwhile, the recommendation of high-quality merchants can promote the merchants to be good and bad, and the benign competition of the merchants is guided.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a purchasing party display interface provided in the information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where in a process of responding to a quote by a supplier after the purchasing information of the purchasing party is published, a platform displays a recommended dealer to the purchasing party and displays a recommended transaction price. The purchasing party can send an invitation to the supplier and the seller according to the list of the recommended suppliers and the seller shown on the interface, and the supplier and the seller are invited to participate in bidding, or the platform can push corresponding purchasing information to the purchasing party, so that the economy and the efficiency of bidding behaviors are guaranteed. In addition, the information pushing method avoids the problem of cost sinking caused by information asymmetry. By utilizing the dealer recommendation and the price recommendation, the purchasing behavior is more fair and transparent, the use threshold of staffs of the purchasing party is also reduced, the flat price bidding and purchasing can be ensured by utilizing the recommendation information, and the actual benefit of the purchasing party is ensured. On one hand, the decision efficiency can be improved, and the bidding behavior with low price and high quality can be ensured only by selecting according to the recommendation; on the other hand, the related knowledge threshold of a decision maker can be reduced, the tenderer is not required to have the commercial knowledge of related products, and the cost increase caused by no specialization is avoided.
In an embodiment of the present specification, after determining a list of recommended suppliers, identifying a role of a platform user, if the list is a government unit, pushing a matching list of suppliers to the platform user, if the list is a supplier, determining whether the list is in the recommended list, if the list is yes, pushing purchasing plan information to the platform user, if the list is not in the recommended list, not pushing a corresponding purchasing plan to the platform user, and if the platform user is satisfied with a recommended scheme, contacting the other party through a communication interface provided by the platform to perform purchasing negotiation.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the present specification further provides an information pushing apparatus embodiment, and fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of an information pushing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes:
a first obtaining module 602 configured to obtain purchase information issued by a purchasing party, wherein the purchase information includes purchase object information;
a second obtaining module 604, configured to obtain supplier information of a related supplier and seller and historical transaction information of the supplier and seller according to the purchase object information;
a first determining module 606 configured to determine suppliers and distributors to be pushed according to weights of the purchase information, the supplier and distributor information and the supplier and distributor information;
a second determining module 608 configured to determine a recommended transaction price for the purchasing object by the to-be-pushed supplier according to target historical transaction information related to a first category of objects in the historical transaction information, wherein the first category of objects and the purchasing object belong to the same category;
a first pushing module 610 configured to push the supplier to be pushed and the recommended transaction price to the buyer.
The information pushing device according to the description recommends high-quality suppliers and prospective transaction prices by using the historical data information, so that the purchasing behavior is efficient, economic and transparent, and the transaction efficiency of the purchasing behavior is improved.
Optionally, the target historical transaction information is historical transaction information of the supplier to be pushed, and the second determining module is further configured to:
and acquiring the historical transaction price of the supplier to be pushed for the first class of objects in the historical transaction information, and determining the recommended transaction price of the supplier to be pushed for the purchasing object by adopting a preset first value-taking rule according to the historical transaction price.
Optionally, the supplier information includes dynamic supply information of suppliers and historical reference information of a preset type extracted from historical data of suppliers, and the first determination module is further configured to:
obtaining the matching degree of the dynamic supply information and the purchasing information;

The components of the computing device 700 include, but are not limited to, memory 710 and a processor 720. Processor 720 is coupled to memory 710 via bus 730, and database 750 is used to store data.
Computing device 700 also includes access device 740, access device 740 enabling computing device 700 to communicate via one or more networks 760. Claims (20)

1. An information pushing method, comprising:
acquiring purchasing information issued by a purchasing party, wherein the purchasing information comprises purchasing object information;
acquiring supplier information of related suppliers and sellers and historical transaction information of the suppliers and the sellers according to the purchase object information;
determining suppliers and distributors to be pushed according to the weights of the purchase information, the supplier and distributor information and the supplier and distributor information;
determining a recommended transaction price of the supplier and seller to be pushed for a purchasing object according to target historical transaction information related to a first class of objects in the historical transaction information, wherein the first class of objects and the purchasing object belong to the same class;
and pushing the supplier to be pushed and the recommended transaction price to the purchasing party.
2. The information pushing method according to claim 1, wherein the target historical transaction information is historical transaction information of the to-be-pushed seller, and determining the recommended transaction price of the to-be-pushed seller for a purchase object according to target historical transaction information related to a first class of objects in the historical transaction information comprises:
and acquiring the historical transaction price of the supplier to be pushed for the first class of objects in the historical transaction information, and determining the recommended transaction price of the supplier to be pushed for the purchasing object by adopting a preset first value-taking rule according to the historical transaction price.
3. The information push method according to claim 1, wherein the supplier information includes dynamic supply information of suppliers and historical reference information of preset types extracted from historical data of suppliers, and determining suppliers to be pushed according to weights of the purchase information, the supplier information and the supplier information includes:
obtaining the matching degree of the dynamic supply information and the purchasing information;
and determining suppliers to be pushed according to the matching degree, the weight of the dynamic supply information, the historical reference information and the weight of the historical reference information.
4. The information pushing method according to claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a deletion and/or a sorting of the dynamic provisioning information and the historical reference information by a purchasing party;
adjusting the weight of the dynamic provisioning information and the weight of the historical reference information according to the pruning and/or ranking.
5. The information pushing method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and correcting the category to which the purchase object belongs.
6. The information pushing method according to claim 3, further comprising:
determining the historical average delivery cycle of the supplier to be pushed according to the historical transaction information;
and pushing the historical average delivery cycle to a purchasing party.
7. The information pushing method according to claim 3, wherein determining the supplier to be pushed according to the matching degree, the weight of the dynamic supply information, the historical reference information, and the weight of the historical reference information comprises:
determining a recommended value corresponding to each supplier and seller by using a preset second value-taking rule according to the matching degree, the weight of the dynamic supply information, the historical reference information and the weight of the historical reference information;
and sequencing suppliers according to the recommended value, and determining a preset number of suppliers as the suppliers to be pushed according to the sequencing result.
8. The information pushing method according to claim 7, further comprising:
and respectively determining corresponding second value-taking rules aiming at each item of dynamic supply information and historical reference information, wherein the second value-taking rules are determined according to the matching degree of each item of dynamic supply information and the purchase information or the historical data of suppliers and sellers.

The information pushing method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising: and dynamically updating historical data and historical transaction information of the supplier and the seller according to the user behavior, and storing the updated historical data and historical transaction information to the local.
10. The information pushing method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising: and pushing corresponding purchasing information to the to-be-pushed supplier and seller.
11. An information pushing apparatus, comprising:

a second determination module configured to determine a recommended transaction price of the supplier and seller to be pushed for a purchase object according to target historical transaction information related to a first class of objects in the historical transaction information, wherein the first class of objects and the purchase object belong to the same class;
the first pushing module is configured to push the supplier to be pushed and the recommended transaction price to the buyer.
12. The information pushing device according to claim 11, wherein the target historical transaction information is historical transaction information of the supplier to be pushed, and the second determining module is further configured to:
and acquiring the historical transaction price of the supplier to be pushed for the first class of objects in the historical transaction information, and determining the recommended transaction price of the supplier to be pushed for the purchasing object by adopting a preset first value-taking rule according to the historical transaction price.
13. The information pushing device according to claim 11, wherein the supplier information includes dynamic supply information of suppliers and historical reference information of a preset type extracted from historical data of suppliers, and the first determining module is further configured to:
obtaining the matching degree of the dynamic supply information and the purchasing information;
and determining suppliers to be pushed according to the matching degree, the weight of the dynamic supply information, the historical reference information and the weight of the historical reference information.
14. The information push device according to claim 13, further comprising:
a receiving module configured to receive a pruning and/or ranking of the dynamic provisioning information and the historical reference information by a purchasing party;
an adjusting module configured to adjust the weight of the dynamic provisioning information and the weight of the historical reference information according to the pruning and/or ranking.
15. The information pushing device according to claim 11 or 12, further comprising:

and pushing the supplier to be pushed and the recommended transaction price to the purchasing party.
20. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions, which when executed by a processor implement the steps of the information pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
