Description

Health supervision object addressing method, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the technical field of urban planning and supervision, and in particular, to a hygiene supervision object addressing method, an electronic device, and a storage medium.
Background
Health supervision work is an important component of civilized city construction in the national urbanization development process. In order to ensure that the health supervision result of the object to be supervised is fairly disclosed and avoid the influence of individual subjective factors of health supervisors, the health supervision work adopts a double-random task allocation mechanism, namely, the randomly selected health supervisors are used for carrying out the health supervision on the randomly extracted object to be supervised.
The "double random" task allocation mechanism, although able to guarantee fairness of health supervision, also has an impact on health supervisor deployment: in order to execute the task of the health supervision work, a health supervisor needs to go to the address of an object to be supervised firstly, however, the supervised object is often wide in coverage area, large in quantity, complex in type composition and irregular in address distribution, and a 'double random' task allocation mechanism inevitably makes the health supervisor unfamiliar with the area where the object to be supervised is located, so that the health supervisor needs to expend a great deal of energy in finding, determining and going to the address of the object to be supervised, and the overall efficiency of the execution of the health supervision work is greatly reduced; the health supervisors cannot combine the work tasks by means of some existing auxiliary tools, and the tasks may be crossed and repeated when different health supervisors execute the tasks, so that the waste of human resources is caused.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of promoting a better understanding of the objects, aspects and advantages of the present disclosure, reference is made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
It is to be noted that unless otherwise defined, technical or scientific terms used in one or more embodiments of the present specification should have the ordinary meaning as understood by those of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs. The use of "first," "second," and similar terms in one or more embodiments of the specification is not intended to indicate any order, quantity, or importance, but rather is used to distinguish one element from another. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that the element or item listed before the word covers the element or item listed after the word and its equivalents, but does not exclude other elements or items. The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships may also be changed accordingly.
In one aspect, one or more embodiments of the present specification provide a hygiene monitoring object addressing method.
As shown in fig. 1, a hygiene supervision object addressing method provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification includes:
s1: acquiring current position information of a health supervisor, setting a health supervision radius, and determining an initial supervision area according to the current position information and the health supervision radius;
s2: acquiring a health supervision administrative subarea graph, and judging whether the initial supervision area covers a plurality of health supervision administrative subareas according to the health supervision administrative subarea graph;
referring to fig. 2, the health supervision administration section is shown.
Point P in fig. 2 represents the current location of the health supervisor, the health supervision radius is set according to the average work efficiency of the health supervision work, for example, each health supervisor can perform the health supervision work in the area with radius of 2km on average per day, the health supervision radius is set to 2km, the circular area determined by the health supervision radius of 2km with point P as the center of the circle is the initial supervision area, and the dotted circle part in fig. 2 represents the initial supervision area.
Fig. 2 shows a part of the city, which includes a plurality of health supervision administration areas: A. b, C, D, E, F, G, determining whether the initial supervised area includes multiple subareas according to the partition map of health supervised administration shown in fig. 2 after determining the initial supervised area, and optionally determining whether a boundary line or a boundary point of health supervised administration subareas exists in the initial supervised area; as shown in fig. 2, the initial supervision area centered on point P is covered with a plurality of health supervision administration divisions (A, B, C, D).
S3: if a plurality of the health supervision administrative divisions are covered, dividing the initial supervision area into a plurality of supervision sub-areas according to the health supervision administrative division map;
referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of the initial supervision area is shown.
The initial supervision region covers a plurality of health supervision administration partitions (A, B, C, D), which are divided into a plurality of supervision sub-regions, namely supervision sub-region a ', supervision sub-region B', supervision sub-region C 'and supervision sub-region D' corresponding to health supervision administration partition A, B, C, D.
S4: selecting a target supervision area from a plurality of supervision sub-areas according to the health supervision authority information of the health supervisor;
according to the health supervision authority information of the health supervisor, whether the health supervisor has authority to execute health supervision on a supervision subarea can be determined. For example, for four of the supervision sub-areas a ', B', C ', D', when it can be determined that the health supervisor has authority to perform supervision only on the sub-area C 'according to the health supervision authority information, the supervision sub-area C' is the target supervision area that is finally selected, or it is possible that both the sub-areas C 'and D' have authority to perform supervision, the supervision sub-areas C ', D' are combined to form the target supervision area, or both the supervision sub-areas C 'and D' are the target supervision areas.
S5: and inquiring a health supervision object in the target supervision area, determining address information of an object to be supervised corresponding to the health supervisor, and pushing the address information.
Taking the supervision subarea C ' as the target supervision area as an example, health supervision query is performed in the supervision subarea C ', and some optional health supervision object query methods screen out the health supervision objects in the area range of the supervision subarea C ' from all health supervision objects according to pre-entered health supervision object address information as the objects to be supervised corresponding to the health supervisors, and push the corresponding address information at the same time.
The method for addressing the health supervision object comprises the steps of firstly dividing an initial supervision area according to a health supervision administrative subarea graph, then selecting a corresponding and associated target supervision area from a plurality of supervision sub-areas according to the health supervision authority of a health supervisor, directly reducing the range of the health supervisor for searching the target object from a large overall city range to the target supervision area by adopting the mode, and then inquiring and determining the address information of the object to be supervised on the basis of the target supervision area. Compared with the method for directly querying the target object in a large range from the whole, the sanitary supervision object addressing method firstly reduces the query range to the target supervision area and then queries, so that the address query difficulty and the calculation workload are reduced, and the query efficiency is improved; in addition, the health supervisor can go to the corresponding position in a small range according to the address query result, the travel path can be determined and selected more quickly and easily without deviation, and the possibility of wasting energy and doing useless work is further reduced; in addition, the division is carried out by taking the health supervision administrative division diagram as a basis, so that the division can be combined with the actual health supervision task allocation condition, the condition that tasks are crossed and repeated when different health supervisors execute the tasks can be avoided, and the human resources are saved.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, the obtaining a health supervision administrative partition map includes:
acquiring a geographical image of a health supervision overall execution area;
carrying out gridding management division on the health supervision task by combining the geographic image;
and dividing the geographic image into a plurality of health supervision administrative subareas according to a management division result to obtain the health supervision administrative subarea graph.
As shown in fig. 2, as long as two parts of information contents are included, one part is a geographical image including actual distribution information of roads, communities, cells and the like, and the other part is the health supervision administrative division map for embodying the health supervision task grid management division result, i.e. different areas divided by black lines in fig. 2. It should be understood that when the health supervision task is actually subjected to the grid management division, the division is more considered by the task allocation jurisdiction on the administrative level, and the jurisdiction areas under which different health authorities, health supervision groups or health supervisors are responsible are different, while the result of the grid management division of the health supervision task is often inconsistent with the actual distribution of roads, communities, cells and the like, as shown in fig. 2, the health supervision administrative division a/B includes two different cells, and the health supervision forming division C/G includes only a part of a large-area cell. Some existing addressing methods rely on map software and the like for assistance, but because differences exist between actual distribution conditions of a health supervision administrative district and roads, communities, cells and the like, existing methods often enable health supervisors to enter unauthorized supervision areas for health supervision, problems can be brought to health supervision work, or different health supervisors repeatedly supervise certain health supervision objects, and the like. The division is carried out by taking the health supervision administrative subarea chart as a basis, so that the division can be combined with the actual health supervision task allocation condition, the condition of task intersection and repetition when different health supervisors execute tasks can be avoided, and the human resources are saved.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, in a health supervision object addressing method, the health supervision authority information is determined according to a health supervision task assignment result;
the health supervision task allocation method comprises the following steps:
randomly selecting at least one health supervision administrative district from a plurality of health supervision administrative districts;
randomly dispatching one of said health supervisors to be responsible for supervising said at least one health supervision administrative division;
the health supervisor has the right to perform health supervision on the at least one health supervision administrative district, and does not have the right to perform health supervision on the rest health supervision administrative districts.
The health supervision authority information is used for reflecting the corresponding relation between a health supervisor and a health supervision administrative subarea, the health supervisor supervises only the health supervision administrative subarea which is authorized to execute supervision, and different health supervisors are responsible for different health supervision administrative subareas, so that omission of health supervision objects is avoided, and repeated supervision of the health supervision objects is avoided.
One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a hygiene supervision object addressing method, further including:
determining the distance between the corresponding object to be supervised and the health supervisor according to the address information;
determining a hygiene supervision execution sequence according to the distance between the object to be supervised and the hygiene supervisor, wherein the shorter the distance between the object to be supervised and the hygiene supervisor is, the earlier the hygiene supervision execution sequence of the corresponding object to be supervised is;
and generating a health supervision recommended path according to the health supervision execution sequence, and pushing the recommended path.
The health supervision object addressing method also generates a recommended path for a health supervisor according to the address information, the basis for generating the recommended path is the distance between the object to be supervised and the health supervisor, the recommended path generated in the way is a common shortest path, and the health supervisor carries out health supervision work according to the recommended path, so that the energy consumed in the path can be greatly reduced, and the overall work efficiency of the health supervision work is improved.
An alternative embodiment is that the execution order is determined in dependence of the path distance between the object to be supervised and the health supervisor. The path distance refers to the length of the shortest possible path between the health supervisor and the object to be supervised. And after the supervision of the first object to be supervised is finished, selecting one object to be supervised with the shortest path distance from the rest objects to be supervised as a next destination by taking the current position of the health supervisor as a starting point, and then sequentially going to a plurality of objects to be supervised to execute the health supervision work. In this way, the generated recommended path is the optimal path.
One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a hygiene supervision object addressing method, further including:
acquiring object attribute information of the object to be supervised;
determining the hygiene supervision execution priority corresponding to the object to be supervised according to the object attribute information;
and determining a health supervision execution sequence according to the health supervision execution priority, generating a health supervision recommended path according to the health supervision execution sequence, and pushing the recommended path.
In the actual health supervision work process, the characteristics of large quantity and complex type composition of the health supervision objects need to be considered, and the health supervision work of a toilet supervisor is known by combining the actual situation, so that the priority needs to be determined according to the object attribute information of the object to be supervised. For example, the objects to be supervised may include schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, shops, office buildings and the like, wherein the importance of health supervision for the hospitals is higher than that of other units, so that the health supervision execution priority of the hospitals is higher than that of other units, and the importance of the hotels and the restaurant health supervision except for the hospitals is higher than that of the schools, the shops and the office buildings, so that the health supervision execution priority of the hotels and the restaurants is higher than that of the schools, the shops and the office buildings. The type of the object to be supervised can be determined according to the object attribute information, the above mode can be combined with the actual situation, the importance degree of different objects to be supervised is reflected, and the sanitation supervision work effect is better. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the object attribute information may also include information on each aspect of unit area, working property, number of workers, etc. of the corresponding object to be supervised.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, a health supervision object addressing method is provided, in which the object attribute information includes historical supervision result data;
and if the corresponding object to be supervised has the history record with unqualified supervision according to the history supervision result data, the object to be supervised has higher health supervision execution priority, and the more unqualified supervision times, the higher the corresponding health supervision execution priority.
The historical supervision result data is the embodiment of the corresponding object to be supervised in the aspect of sanitary construction, and if the object to be supervised has the historical record with unqualified supervision, the object to be supervised possibly has a sanitary problem, so that the object to be supervised needs to be supervised intensively.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a health supervision object addressing method is provided, in which the object attribute information further includes administrative complaint data;
if the corresponding object to be supervised has the sanitary complaint record according to the administrative complaint data, the sanitary supervision execution priority of the object to be supervised is the highest;
if the plurality of the objects to be supervised have the sanitary complaint records, the plurality of the objects to be supervised are subjected to priority arrangement according to the historical supervision result data, and the rest of the objects to be supervised without the sanitary complaint records are subjected to priority arrangement according to the historical supervision result data.
In addition to the historical supervision result data, whether a person complains on the object to be supervised is also a very important signal, and if the object to be supervised has a sanitary complaint record, the object to be supervised has a higher possibility of having a sanitary problem, so that important supervision is more required for the object to be supervised. By adopting the mode, the method can be combined with the actual situation, the importance degree of different objects to be supervised is reflected, and the sanitation supervision work effect is better.
One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a hygiene supervision object addressing method, further including:
when the health supervisor goes to a corresponding position according to the address information to execute health supervision on the object to be supervised, real address information of the object to be supervised is obtained;
and comparing the real address information with the address information, if the real address information and the address information have deviation, adding an error mark aiming at the object to be supervised and updating the address information into the real address information.
In some optional embodiments, the querying of the health supervision object in the target supervision area is performed according to pre-entered health supervision object address information, the pre-entered health supervision object address information is likely to be not accurate enough or not accurate enough in an actual health supervision work process, and in the health supervision object addressing method, when the real address information is deviated from the address information, the address information is updated to the real address information. Therefore, when other health supervisors carry out health supervision later, the condition of address information deviation can not occur any more, and the health supervisors can conveniently and quickly find the corresponding object to be supervised according to the correct address information and carry out health supervision work.
In another aspect, one or more embodiments of the present specification provide a hygiene monitoring object addressing electronic device.
The electronic device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the following method:
