the maintainer in-place prompting module 3232 is used for prompting the position of the fault facility according to the identification result of the maintainer identification module 3231; when the serviceman identification module 3231 outputs the identification information, the serviceman-in-place prompt module 3232 outputs a prompt to prompt the serviceman of the location of the faulty facility.
When detecting that the maintainer enters the identification range, the maintainer identification module 3231 identifies the identity of the maintainer; when the identity of the maintainer is identified to be in accordance with the information of the maintainer, outputting identification information; meanwhile, when the maintainer in-place prompting module 3232 detects that the maintainer identification module 3231 outputs identification information, the maintainer in-place prompting module outputs prompting information to prompt the maintainer of the position of the faulty property, so that the maintainer can quickly find the position of the faulty property, and the maintenance efficiency of the faulty property is improved.
According to the invention, by arranging the property facility information system 1, the property facility maintenance personnel management system 2 and the property facility maintenance system 3, the precise management of the property facility can be realized, the property management level is improved, and the property management efficiency is further improved; by arranging the running data testing module 132, the acquired data can be detected, so that the accuracy of the detected data is ensured, and resource waste caused by wrong data is avoided; by arranging the equipment maintenance simulation module 22, the maintenance personnel can keep proficiency in maintenance work, and the maintenance efficiency of the property facility is ensured.

1. A TnPM-based property facility management system, characterized in that: comprises a property facility information system (1), a property facility maintenance personnel management system (2) and a property facility maintenance system (3),
the property facility information system (1) stores property facility information and acquires failure facility information;
the property facility maintenance personnel management system (2) stores information of property facility maintenance personnel;
and the property facility maintenance system (3) allocates maintenance tasks to each maintainer according to the property facility information stored by the property facility information system (1) and the property facility maintainer information stored by the property facility maintainer management system (2) when acquiring fault facility information, arranges and combines the maintenance task execution sequence of each maintainer, calculates the path walking amount of each arrangement and combination according to the arrangement and combination of the maintenance task execution sequence, and sets the maintenance task execution sequence with the minimum path walking amount as the shortest task walking path.
2. The TnPM-based property management system of claim 1, wherein: the property facility information system (1) includes:
a property facility information module (11) for storing property facility information, wherein the property facility information at least comprises property facility position information;
the property facility positioning module (12) is used for positioning the property facility and comparing the positioning result with the property facility information according to the property facility information; when the positioning result is the same as the property facility information, outputting positioning qualified information; after the property facility maintenance system (3) receives the positioning qualified information, the property facility maintenance system (3) allocates maintenance tasks and carries out path planning;
the property facility operation monitoring module (13) is used for acquiring the state data of the property facility operation and detecting the acquired data to judge whether the property facility operates normally; and when the operation fault of the property facility is detected, outputting fault property facility information.

and the operation data testing module (132) is used for performing simulation test according to the data collected by the operation data collecting module (131) to judge whether the property facility is in a normal working state, and when the collected data is tested to be not in accordance with the requirement, judging that the property facility has an operation fault and outputting fault property facility information.

5. The TnPM-based property management system of claim 4, wherein: the maintenance plan planning module (32) comprises a path planning module (321), the path planning module (321) comprising:
a maintenance path obstacle monitoring module (3212) which monitors whether an obstacle exists in the maintenance path, and outputs path obstacle information when the obstacle exists in the maintenance path;
the maintenance path planning module (3211) determines a property maintenance sequence according to the information of the property of different types, the information of maintenance personnel and a corresponding fault handling scheme, and plans a maintenance path according to the fault position, the position of the property and the position information of the maintenance personnel when the information of the fault property is received; and when the path obstacle information is received, the maintenance path planning module (3211) replans and plans a maintenance path according to the path obstacle information, the current position information of the maintainers and the position information of the fault facilities, and replaces the previous maintenance path with the new maintenance path.

The TnPM-based property management system of claim 5, wherein: the path planning module (321) further comprises an inspection path planning module (3213), and the inspection path planning module (3213) allocates a daily inspection task to each maintainer according to the information of the different kinds of property facilities, the information of the maintainers and the path obstacle information and plans an inspection path.

the maintainer identification module (3231) detects the in-place situation of maintainers according to the information of the maintainers; when the fact that a maintainer enters an identification range is monitored, the identity of the maintainer is identified; when the identity of the maintainer is identified to be in accordance with the information of the maintainer, outputting identification information;
the maintenance staff in-place prompting module (3232) is used for prompting the position of the fault facility according to the identification information of the maintenance staff identification module (3231); when the fact that the maintainer identification module (3231) outputs identification information is detected, a prompt signal is output to prompt the position of the faulty property.
