Detailed Description
The principles and spirit of the present invention will be described with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments. It is understood that these embodiments are given only to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and to implement the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention in any way. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
The technical solution of the present invention is further elaborated below with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating an application scenario of a file control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a user 101 logs in a network disk through a network disk client 102 or a network disk Web interface, and uploads a file to be stored in a network disk storage 105. If the file has a high requirement for file fidelity, with the requirement to revoke the file, the file may be set to have a revocation attribute when the file is uploaded. A folder in the network disk storage 105 may also be set to have a revocation attribute by the network disk server 104, and all files uploaded to the folder have the revocation attribute. It is also possible to select a file or a folder setting to set it as having a revocation attribute after uploading the file. For files with revocation attributes, the network disk server 104 converts them into files of a specific format, such as: files of a particular format have a particular file suffix name so that the file can only be opened using a web disk application. And the network disk server 104 may control that files with revocation attributes can only be downloaded to a specific storage path through the network disk client 102 or the network disk Web interface 103, so that when the network disk server 104 receives a file revocation instruction, the corresponding file can be deleted from the default storage path.
Revocation attributes for files may be time sensitive, for example: and in the set time of uploading to the network disk storage 105, the network disk server 104 controls the file to be converted into a specific format, controls the network disk client 102 or the network disk Web interface 103 to open the file only by using the network disk application, and controls the file to be downloaded only to a default storage path, and when the file is copied to other positions, the network disk application cannot continue to open the file. And after the set time is exceeded, the file is converted into a file format which can be normally opened by a terminal such as a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like, and at the moment, the file can be normally downloaded, can be downloaded to a storage path specified by a user, and can be normally downloaded, copied, checked, edited and the like. For files with high content uncertainty or high security requirement and no permission of random propagation, the file revocation method can also permanently have a revocation attribute so as to revoke the file at any time.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic implementation flow diagram of a file control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, a file control method according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a network disk server, and at least includes the following operation flows: operation 201, detecting a file withdraw instruction; in operation 202, when a file revocation instruction is detected, whether a file to be revoked corresponding to the file revocation instruction has a revocation attribute is determined; an operation 203 of, when the file to be revoked has the revocation attribute, revoking the file to be revoked from the network disk storage; operation 204, detecting whether the file to be withdrawn is downloaded; in operation 205, upon detecting that the file to be revoked is downloaded, the downloaded file to be revoked is revoked.
At operation 201, a file revocation instruction is detected.
For example, the user logs in the web disk through the web disk client, and sends a file revocation instruction for the file 1.
In operation 202, when a file revocation instruction is detected, it is determined whether a file to be revoked corresponding to the file revocation instruction has a revocation attribute.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when a file revocation instruction is detected, determining whether a file to be revoked corresponding to the file revocation instruction has a revocation attribute is performed by: in response to the file withdrawing instruction, determining a storage path of the file to be withdrawn corresponding to the file withdrawing instruction; judging whether the file to be withdrawn has a withdrawal attribute or not according to the storage path of the file to be withdrawn; when the storage path shows that the file stored in the corresponding folder has the revocation attribute, the file to be revoked is determined to have the revocation attribute.
For example, a user sets a folder in the network disk storage to support file withdrawal, and may set the folder to have a withdrawal attribute when the folder is newly created, or may set the folder to have a withdrawal attribute after the operation of creating the folder is completed. If a file folder is set to have a revocation attribute, all files stored under the folder have the revocation attribute. When the file withdrawing instruction is detected, whether the file to be withdrawn has the withdrawing attribute is judged according to the storage path of the file to be withdrawn corresponding to the file withdrawing instruction. For example, it may be determined whether a folder in which a file to be revoked is stored corresponding to the file revocation instruction is set to have a revocation attribute before the file revocation instruction is detected. And if the storage path shows that the file stored in the corresponding folder has the revocation attribute, determining that the file to be revoked has the revocation attribute.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when a file revocation instruction is detected, determining whether a file to be revoked corresponding to the file revocation instruction has a revocation attribute is performed by the following operation steps: responding to the file withdrawing instruction, and judging whether a withdrawing attribute setting instruction of the file to be withdrawn and/or a folder corresponding to a storage path of the file to be withdrawn is received before the file withdrawing instruction is received; and when the receipt of the revocation attribute setting instruction is confirmed, determining that the file to be revoked has the revocation attribute.
For example, when a file revocation instruction is detected, according to a file identifier of a file to be revoked corresponding to the file revocation instruction, it is determined whether a revocation attribute setting instruction of the file to be revoked is received before the file revocation instruction is received, and when it is determined that the revocation attribute setting instruction is received, it is determined whether the corresponding file to be revoked has a revocation attribute. For example: whether the file to be withdrawn has the withdrawal attribute can be judged according to the file name of the file to be withdrawn or the identity of the user uploading the file and other information. Specifically, according to the file name of the file to be revoked, it is determined whether a revocation attribute setting instruction of the file is received before the file revocation instruction is detected, and if the revocation attribute setting instruction of the file is received before the file revocation instruction is detected, it is determined that the file has a revocation attribute. The condition that whether the file has the revocation attribute or not is judged according to the user identity of the uploaded file can be that the network disk server presets that the files uploaded by a certain user all have the revocation attribute, so that when a file revocation instruction is detected, the identity of the user of the file to be revoked corresponding to the file revocation instruction is determined, whether the file uploaded by the user has the revocation attribute or not is determined according to the identity of the user, and if the file uploaded by the user has the revocation attribute, the file to be revoked is determined to have the revocation attribute.
When the file withdrawal instruction is detected, whether a withdrawal attribute setting instruction of the folder corresponding to the storage path is received or not can be determined according to the storage path of the file to be withdrawn before the file withdrawal instruction is received. For example: the method comprises the steps that a user creates a folder on a network disk storage through a network disk server, the created folder A is set to have a withdrawal attribute, and when a file withdrawal instruction is detected, if a file to be withdrawn corresponding to the file withdrawal instruction belongs to the folder A, the file to be withdrawn corresponding to the file withdrawal instruction is judged to have the withdrawal attribute.
In operation 203, when the file to be revoked has the revocation attribute, the file to be revoked is revoked from the network disk storage.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the retrieving the file to be retrieved from the network disk storage includes at least one of: deleting the file to be withdrawn from the network disk memory; the control network disk application prohibits opening the file to be revoked.
For example, when determining that the file to be revoked has the revocation attribute, the network disk server may delete the file to be revoked from the network disk storage according to the file identifier of the file to be revoked, for example: and searching the file according to the file name, and deleting the file.
When the file to be revoked has the attribute to be revoked, the file can be marked to be unreadable by the way of setting the attribute of the file. For example: for a file with a revocation attribute, the network disk server converts the file format of the file into a file only supporting the network disk application to open, the network disk application can only be applied to open the file in a time period in which the file has the revocation attribute, and if a file revocation instruction of the file is detected in the time period, the file can be marked as not viewable by the network disk application, so that a user cannot view the file.
At operation 204, it is detected whether the file to be revoked is downloaded.
For example, whether the file to be revoked is downloaded or not can be determined according to the file download record of the network disk server. The network disk server can also check the operation state of the current file, such as: and whether a user opens the file B or not and the identity identification and other information of the user opening the file B exist at present.
In operation 205, upon detecting that the file to be revoked is downloaded, the downloaded file to be revoked is revoked.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that the file to be revoked is downloaded, the revocation method revokes the downloaded file to be revoked includes at least one of: deleting the file to be withdrawn from a preset default downloading path of the file with the withdrawing attribute; controlling the network disk application to forbid opening of the downloaded file to be withdrawn; the controlling network disk application closes the file to be withdrawn which is operating.
For example, for a file with a revocation attribute, the network disk server controls that the user can only download the file to a default download path, such as: the method comprises the steps of setting a default download path in the installation position of the application program of the network disk client, setting a default download path for file downloading when a user logs in a Web interface of the network disk, and the like. When the network disk server detects the file withdrawing instruction, the file to be withdrawn corresponding to the file withdrawing instruction can be downloaded and deleted from default.
For files with revocation attributes, the network disk server can convert certain files into a specific file format which can be opened only by a network disk application when receiving revocation attribute setting instructions for the files. Or when a revocation attribute setting instruction for a certain folder is received, all files under the folder are converted into a specific file format.
When the file to be withdrawn is detected to be downloaded, the network disk server can find the file downloading record according to the file identification and other information of the file to be withdrawn, and delete the corresponding file from the default downloading path. For the file which is being viewed or edited when the file withdrawing instruction is received, the network disk server can control the mode of closing the network disk application of the client which is logged in by the user viewing or editing the file, and close the file to be withdrawn.
The file control method, the device and the computer readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention set the withdrawing attribute of a file with privacy protection requirements, when the file withdrawing instruction is detected, if the file to be withdrawn corresponding to the file withdrawing instruction has the withdrawing attribute, the file to be withdrawn is withdrawn from a network disk memory, whether the file to be withdrawn is downloaded is detected, and if the file is detected to be downloaded, the downloaded file to be withdrawn is withdrawn at the same time. Therefore, the file revocation operation can be supported, the corresponding file can be directly deleted in the network disk memory, and other users can not download or check the file. And, for the file with the revocation attribute, the control file can only be downloaded to the default storage path when the file is downloaded, so that the downloaded file can be directly deleted. In addition, for the file with the revocation attribute, when the file is stored in the network disk memory, the file is converted into the file which can only be opened by the network disk application, and when the file is revoked, the file can be revoked by controlling the network disk application to prohibit the network disk application from opening the file, so that the file privacy security of a user is fundamentally ensured.
Similarly, based on the above file control method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a program is stored, and when the program is executed by a processor, the processor is caused to perform at least the following operation steps: operation 201, detecting a file withdraw instruction; in operation 202, when a file revocation instruction is detected, whether a file to be revoked corresponding to the file revocation instruction has a revocation attribute is determined; an operation 203 of, when the file to be revoked has the revocation attribute, revoking the file to be revoked from the network disk storage; operation 204, detecting whether the file to be withdrawn is downloaded; in operation 205, upon detecting that the file to be revoked is downloaded, the downloaded file to be revoked is revoked.
