Abstract

The invention discloses a public culture service field information sharing exchange method and device based on CIEM, wherein the method comprises the following steps: determining an information exchange interface based on a pre-established mapping relation between system fields and a data element dictionary in the prior public culture service field; and constructing a shared exchange platform according to the information exchange interface so as to complete information exchange through the shared exchange platform. Technical Field

Background
Public cultural service capabilities typically include all systems, system components, platforms, control stations, and information networks, etc. of cultural venues, cultural administration organizations, cultural groups, cultural specialists/practitioners, etc. Generally, public culture service capability is an integral part of national culture management and administration, and tasks that it can support include public culture efficacy assessment, public culture service resource management, public culture service resource recommendation, and the like.
Standardized information exchange inside and between systems/networks is an important contributor to improved information sharing and understanding at the traffic level. Furthermore, standardized information exchange enables automation between different information systems/networks and provides machine-to-machine interfaces. Creating these information exchanges needs to be supported by a common schema that is tailored to the specific information sharing needs between data sharing partners.
However, the current public culture service area lacks the ability to effectively exchange information, resulting in "chimney" operational command and control in a platform, system, or service. In response to this problem, conventional platform or system centric information exchange techniques offer some improvements in specific task areas, but do not apply to the full functional scope of public culture services and are generally not scalable or reusable.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a CIEM-based public culture service field information sharing exchange method and device, which establish standardized public culture service field information exchange and realize visible, accessible, understandable, credible and interoperable data.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Many actions are being taken to improve public culture service information sharing, increase reliance on government owned business assets, and use common control and data dissemination systems. Some systems use well known data standards to transfer data. However, most of the information exchange in public culture services does not rely on well-known standards, nor does it require the mandatory establishment of common standards between public culture service communities.
The national information exchange model (CIEM) is an XML-based extensible markup language (Extensible Markup Language, XML) information exchange framework that follows the basic methodology of the us information exchange model (NIEM). CIEM is an operation-related and authenticated method for improving information interoperability and understanding between different users through the structured use of XML-based information exchange. CIEM provides a framework with consistency, using consistent naming and design rules, and repeatable development processes to create information exchanges. It maintains repositories in the CIEM core and domain through which data interface tools are stored for reuse by the original information exchange partner or new users. Key attributes of CIEM include:
(1) A wide range of government agencies and non-government organization users.
(2) Consistent with government guidelines.
(3) A pattern specification library that can be used for current and future data interface production.
(4) The information communication composition and scale can be quickly modified.
(5) Independent of the availability of existing system and platform data management designs.
(6) Federal designs support automated, machine-to-machine information exchange without the need for central control functions between systems.
The data pattern specification in the public culture service field comprises data concepts and definitions, including theoretical publications, culture standards, culture specifications, community vocabulary and the like. Furthermore, the term "data" in the present invention means a formalized representation of a fact, concept or instruction in a form suitable for communication, interpretation or processing by human or machine means; the term "information" refers to the meaning expressed by data placed in context.
As shown in fig. 1, the multi-source heterogeneous data of public culture service fields such as cultural stadiums, facility equipment, performance activities, expert personnel, teaching activities, performance programs, personnel (video) behaviors, group moods, pleasure indexes and the like are built by adopting an object-association modeling technology and a collaborative modeling mode, a standard model of a hierarchy-association organization is built, and a universal data language and a unified data interface between information systems of the public culture service fields are built. The modeling method of ontology, RDF, semantic net, knowledge graph and the like is applied, and a public culture service field CIEM model which is in the form of a knowledge graph and comprises a multi-type data model is constructed according to a data cross-domain sharing exchange modeling specification, wherein the model mainly comprises a cultural stadium data model, a facility equipment data model, a performance activity data model, an expert personnel data model, a teaching activity data model, a performance program data model, a personnel behavior data model, a group behavior data model and the like.
Based on this, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for sharing and exchanging information in a public culture service domain based on CIEM, which is applied to the public culture service domain, as shown in fig. 2, and includes the following specific steps:
