The present disclosure provides a data management method, system, electronic device and computer-readable storage medium, which aim to solve the above technical problems of the prior art.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present disclosure and how to solve the above technical problems in specific embodiments. These several specific embodiments may be combined with each other below, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method of a data management method, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S101: displaying a task page comprising at least one functional interface;
step S102: receiving function operations corresponding to the function interfaces triggered by a user through the function interfaces;
step S103: executing data management operation according to the functional operation;
wherein, at least one function interface includes the target input interface, through each function interface, receives the user-triggered and corresponding function operation of each function interface, includes:
a target entry input by a user is received through the target input interface.
Where a task page may generally display the goals of the employee, department, or company and overall layout information that identifies the measurable key achievements achieved by each goal, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the task page may include a task page generated using the OKR management tool.
At least the target input interface is included in the task page, and it can be understood that data management generally performs various data management operations on the input target, so the target input interface in the task page is generally necessary.
And, when the task page includes the target input interface, the target entry input by the user may be received through the target input interface. The target item generally refers to "what we want to do", which is qualitative. Taking a net appointment car travel company as an example, the target items can be to recruit more drivers, improve regional coverage, improve driver satisfaction and the like.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the at least one functional interface may also be: the system comprises a permission setting interface, a historical version viewing interface, a comment updating interface, a concern interface or a conversation initiating interface.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, at least a function interface comprising a target input interface is displayed in a task page, a target item input by a user is received through the target input interface, and then a function operation which is triggered by the user and corresponds to other function interfaces is received based on other function interfaces, so that the operation is convenient, and a reasonable target can be formulated by staff; meanwhile, data management operation is performed according to the functional operation, timeliness, effectiveness and interactivity of cooperative office work can be guaranteed, and management and progress control of targets are facilitated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, when the task page includes a target input interface through which a target entry input by a user is received, a data management operation is performed, including at least one of:
and setting the alignment target item of the target item according to the target item.
It is understood that after the user inputs the target entry in the target input interface, if the input target entry is the personal target of the employee, other employee targets, department targets, company targets, and even company strategies may be set as the alignment target entry in order to ensure the focus of the whole-employee targets.
And updating the progress information of the target item according to the target item.
In the process of completing the target, the user can record the progress information of the target in real time so as to fully know the degree of grasp of the target. It will be appreciated that, when an object is entered, a time limit requirement for the object is often followed, so by recording the progress information of the object in real time, the degree of confidence in the object can be fully appreciated so that the object can be adjusted or ended in advance.
And updating the key achievement information of the target item according to the target item.
After the target items are determined, key achievements can be set for the target items, the number of the key achievements can be one or multiple, the specific set number is not limited, but the key achievements are quantifiable. Specifically, taking a network car appointment travel company as an example, when the target item is to improve the coverage of the area, the key achievement information may be that the coverage rate of the active city is improved to 75%, the pick-up interval in the traffic peak coverage area is reduced to less than 10 minutes, and the like. The scalability of the key outcome may consist in digitizing the key outcome.
After updating the key achievement information of the target entry, the data management method further comprises the following steps:
setting a coefficient of key achievement information;
or setting a score for key outcome information.
It can be understood that a plurality of pieces of set key achievement information generally have emphasis points, and a coefficient is set for the key achievement information, so that in the actual operation process, the key achievement information with higher weight can be completed preferentially, and the whole target item can be promoted.
The key achievement information may be scored according to a specific working condition, and optionally, the completion condition of the key achievement information may be declared according to a scoring score, for example, the weight of the key achievement information a is 0.8, but the score of the key achievement information is 80, and then the overall completion condition of the key achievement information a on the target item is 64%.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, where when a task page includes a permission setting interface, receiving, through each interface function, a function operation triggered by a user and corresponding to each function interface, including:
receiving a first click trigger operation input by a user through an authority setting interface;
performing data management operations according to functional operations, including:
and setting the viewing permission of the task page content based on a first click triggering operation on the permission setting interface, wherein the task page content comprises any one of a target entry, an alignment target entry, progress information, key achievement information, a coefficient of the key achievement information and a score of the key achievement information.
It can be understood that, in order to ensure that some security services are not leaked, a permission can be set for the content of the task page, specifically, the permission can be set for the period of the current task, or a certain target entry, key achievement information of the certain target entry, and other content of the task page; the content of the task page can be set with viewable users and non-viewable users, and the viewing authority can be set according to departments where the employees are located or the levels of the employees.
Optionally, in order to prevent the leak of the confidential service from being revealed by the checking of the employees of the non-local company, the authority of the whole task can be set in the background, and the employees of the non-local company cannot check the task. The safety of the task content is further guaranteed.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, where when a task page includes a history version viewing interface, receiving, through each functional interface, a functional operation triggered by a user and corresponding to each functional interface, includes:
receiving a second click triggering operation input by a user through a historical version viewing interface;
performing data management operations based on functional operations, including
And displaying the task page content of the corresponding historical version based on a second click triggering operation on the historical version viewing interface.
It is understood that the entire task page content is not uniform, and the user can modify the task page content according to the need or goal. However, in the prior art, after the task page content is usually modified, the task page content before modification is often not stored, which is not beneficial to review.
According to the method and the device for displaying the task page content, after the user modifies the task page content, the content before modification can be stored in a snapshot, a historical version viewing interface is provided on the task page, and when the user wants to compare differences before and after modification, the historical version viewing interface can be clicked to display more historical version task page content.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, where when a task page includes a comment updating interface, receiving, through each functional interface, a functional operation triggered by a user and corresponding to each functional interface, where the functional operation includes:
receiving comment information of a user on the task page content through a comment updating interface;
performing data management operations according to functional operations, including:
and updating the task page content according to the comment information.
It can be understood that, because the task is generally established from bottom to top, when there are many members in a department or a company, it is troublesome to perform collaboration in a conventional conference-opening manner, and the effect of asynchronous collaboration cannot be achieved.
The embodiment of the disclosure can realize the asynchronous cooperation effect through a comment mode, specifically, a comment updating interface is provided in the task page, the members in a company or a department can comment on the task page contents of other members, optionally, a certain part of contents in the task, such as a certain target entry or certain key result information, can be subjected to region selection comment, and the whole task page contents can also be subjected to global comment. The task page formulator can selectively modify the content of the current task page according to the received comments.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, when a task page includes an attention interface, receiving, through each function interface, a function operation triggered by a user and corresponding to each function interface, including:
receiving a third click triggering operation input by a user through the attention interface;
performing data management operations according to functional operations, including:
and marking the task page corresponding to the attention interface based on a third click triggering operation on the attention interface, and storing a task page maker of the task page corresponding to the attention interface in a preset attention list.
It can be understood that, for a company or a department, because there are many members, when it is desired to quickly access the task homepage of another member, it is common to search for another member through the search box and then view the task homepage, but this often fails to pay attention to its dynamics, and when it is desired to view the task homepage of the member again, it is necessary to search again, and for the members in the upper and lower level relationships or the members belonging to a certain project team, frequent searches prevent communication and are not good for cooperation.
The method and the device for processing the task page solve the problem of communication obstacles by setting the attention interface on the task page, specifically, the task page content of other members can be checked for the first time through searching, the attention interface is clicked on the task page of other members, the members are stored in the preset attention list, when the task page content of the members needs to be accessed again, the members can be directly clicked in the preset attention list for checking, frequent searching is not needed, and the smoothness of communication is guaranteed. Optionally, when the content of the task page of the concerned member is updated, the concerned member can be reminded in a predetermined concerned list in a small red dot, head portrait jumping or dynamic +1 manner, so that the member can know the update dynamics in time.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, when a task page includes an initiation session interface, receiving, through each function interface, a function operation triggered by a user and corresponding to each function interface, including:
receiving a fourth click triggering operation input by a user through the initiation session interface;
performing data management operations according to functional operations, including:
and calling the instant messaging application and displaying a session page of the instant messaging application based on a fourth click triggering operation on the initiation session interface so that the user can perform information interaction with other users through the session page.
It can be appreciated that when the task page content of other members is questioned without the member's contact address being available to the member, the two parties do not communicate smoothly, resulting in inefficient work.
The embodiment of the disclosure solves the contact problem by combining the task page with the instant application software. Specifically, an initiating session interface is set on a task page, and an instant messaging application is called to perform information interaction with a maker of the task page by clicking the initiating session interface. Illustratively, when member a browses the task page of member b, member a launches the session interface in the task page of member b, and the browser jumps to the session page of the instant messaging application.
One possible implementation is provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure,
receiving review reminding information sent by the instant messaging application according to a preset frequency;
and when detecting that the user triggers the viewing of the review reminding information, displaying historical session information corresponding to the review reminding information through a session page of the instant messaging application.
It will be appreciated that in general, during the completion of an object in a task, the effect of focusing on the object can be achieved if the object can be reviewed frequently. However, the traditional way of relying on active human review has great subjectivity, and the subjectivity easily influences the focus of the whole department or company on the target.
The embodiment of the disclosure helps each member to review the target by setting a review reminder, specifically, receives the review reminder message displayed on the instant messaging application according to the predetermined frequency, and when the user clicks the review reminder message, the task page corresponding to the review reminder message can be quickly opened, so that the review effect is achieved.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the at least one functional interface may further be: the system comprises a permission setting interface, a historical version viewing interface, a comment updating interface, a concern interface or an initiation conversation interface.
