Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器,包括第一通道红外滤光片、第二通道红外滤光片以及第三通道红外滤光片,第一通道红外滤光片的中心波长为2700±30nm(带宽180nm),用于检测水汽浓度;第二通道红外滤光片的中心波长为3330±30nm(带宽180nm),用于检测含水汽的甲烷浓度;第三通道红外滤光片中心波长为3900±30nm(带宽160nm),用作参比通道。通过同步监测水汽和甲烷(含水汽)浓度,来实现甲烷浓度的数据修正,可以获得真实的甲烷浓度数据,实现抗水汽干扰的效果;相比于原有双通道传感器,只增加了一个通道,成本只增加了约三分之一,远低于TDLAS技术的甲烷传感器成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及甲烷检测技术领域,涉及一种抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器。
背景技术
非色散红外气体传感技术(NDIR)是一种具有高精度、高可靠性特点的气体探测技
术。如图1所示,一般包含红外光源、具有气体扩散功能的测量气室、滤光片、探测器,由红外
光源发出的红外光线经过测量气室,气体分子吸收部分特定波长的红外光,使得探测器接
收到的红外光衰减,被吸收的红外光的强度与气体浓度符合朗伯-比尔吸收定律,即,通过计算可以获得气体浓度,其中I为
探测光强,I0为入射光强,μ为气体吸收系数,L为气室的光程,另外气体吸收系数和光程为
常数。通常情况下光源发出的光强I0是变化的,为此一般使用双通道红外探测器,即测量通
道T和参比通道R。通过计算和分析两个通道信号的比值K=UR/UT,来消除光源的影响。最后通
过试验来标定探测器信号K和实际气体浓度C之间的关系,拟合给出气体浓度值。
但该方法有一个理论基础,所选测量通道的透光光谱范围内须只有一种气体具有明显吸收峰,无其他气体成分的吸收干扰。如图2所示,各种气体在中红外波段有各自专属的指纹光谱,但是遗憾的是,甲烷气体的指纹光谱区3.33μm(对应波数3000cm-1)处存在水汽的弱吸收,如图3所示。
因此,在高湿环境下(这里对应为绝对湿度),常常会发现甲烷气体探测器的读数偏高,这就是因为水分子的吸收也被计入甲烷的吸收,导致测量浓度偏大,这给红外甲烷传感器在高湿环境中的使用中带来了较大的不利影响。对此,目前普遍的解决方案是:
1)内置除湿剂,减小探测环境湿度;
2)加热传感器探头使得内部环境温度较高,水汽不易进入气室;
3)加入温、湿度探头,监测环境温湿度,修行测试数据修正。
以上方法只能短时间内改善测量准确度,并不能根除测不准的现象,同时存在一些弊端:1)除湿剂需要更换,更换周期不能确定;2)加热方式破坏了测试环境;3)温湿度探头监测的是相对湿度,修正准确度较差;4)数据修正往往重复性较差,主要是湿度测量和甲烷测量的原理不同导致的。
虽然近年出现的可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS:Tunable Diode LaserAbsorption Spectroscopy)可以实现免水汽干扰测量甲烷浓度,但其设计更加复杂,成本更是NDIR红外气体传感器的7~10倍,影响了该类型传感器的推广应用。
为此,开发一款既能够避免水汽干扰又不会明显增加成本的甲烷探测器成为市场的迫切需求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的就是针对以上存在的问题,提供一种能够避免水汽干扰又不会明显增加成本的抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器的技术方案如下:
所述的三通道红外甲烷探测器包括第一通道红外滤光片、第二通道红外滤光片以及第三通道红外滤光片,所述的第一通道红外滤光片的中心波长为2700±30nm,用于检测水汽浓度;所述的第二通道红外滤光片的中心波长为3330±30nm,用于检测含水汽的甲烷浓度;所述的第三通道红外滤光片的中心波长为3900±30nm,用作参比通道,通过同步检测水汽浓度和含水汽的甲烷浓度,获得抗水汽干扰的甲烷浓度,
所述的第一通道红外滤光片的通带宽度为180nm±20nm,截止区400nm~2550nm和2850nm~10000nm范围内的最大透射率小于1%;
所述的第二通道红外滤光片的通带宽度为180nm±20nm,截止区400nm~3180nm和3480nm~10000nm范围内最大透射率小于1%;
所述的第三通道红外滤光片的通带宽度为160nm±20nm,截止区400nm~3750nm和4050nm~10000nm范围内的最大透射率小于1%,
所述的三通道红外甲烷探测器获得的抗水汽干扰的甲烷信号值K3=K2-σK1,其中,K2为含水汽的甲烷信号值,等于第三通道和第二通道的信号比值;K1为水汽的信号值,等于第三通道和第一通道的信号比值;σ为修正系数。
较佳地,基于K1、K2的数值对σ进行分段修正。
较佳地,所述的三通道红外甲烷探测器包括管帽,所述的管帽设置3个安装孔,所述的3个安装孔分别用于安装第一通道红外滤光片、第二通道红外滤光片以及第三通道红外滤光片。
本发明的抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器,通过同步监测水汽和甲烷(含水汽)浓度,来实现甲烷浓度的数据修正,可以获得真实的甲烷浓度数据,实现抗水汽干扰的效果;相比于原有双通道传感器,只增加了一个通道,成本只增加了约三分之一,远低于TDLAS技术的甲烷传感器成本。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的技术内容,特举以下实施例详细说明。
如图3所示,通过研究发现,在2.7μm(对应波数为3703 cm-1)处水汽有很大的吸收系数,约是3.33μm处吸收系数的100倍,同时该2.7μm处甲烷气体几乎没有吸收。这非常有利于利用灵敏的信号(2.7μm通道水浓度)来监测不灵敏的信号(3.33μm通道水浓度)。
因此,如图4~5所示,本发明提供的抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器包括第一通道红外滤光片、第二通道红外滤光片以及第三通道红外滤光片,分别为:2.7μm通道,3.33μm通道和3.9μm通道。第一通道用于检测水汽的绝对湿度(体积浓度);第二通道用于检测含水汽的甲烷浓度;第三通道为参比通道,以此同步监测水汽和甲烷(含水汽)浓度,来实现甲烷浓度的数据修正,可以获得真实的甲烷浓度数据,实现抗水汽干扰的效果。
具体地,如图4~5所示,三通道的滤光片的特征光谱特点分别为:
第一通道:中心波长2700±30nm,通带宽度为180nm±20nm,截止区400nm~2550nm和2850nm~10000nm范围内最大透射率小于1%;
第二通道:中心波长3330±30nm,通带宽度为180nm±20nm,截止区400nm~3180nm和3480nm~10000nm范围内最大透射率小于1%;
第三通道:中心波长3900±30nm,通带宽度为160nm±20nm,截止区400nm~3750nm和4050nm~10000nm范围内最大透射率小于1%。
所述的三通道红外甲烷探测器获得的抗水汽干扰的甲烷信号值K3=K2-σK1,其中,甲烷(含水汽)K2用来表征甲烷和水汽混合的信号大小,为含水汽的甲烷信号值,等于第三通道和第二通道的信号比值;水汽系数K1用来表征水汽的信号大小,为水汽的信号值,等于第三通道和第一通道的信号比值;σ为修正系数,这里σ并非一个常数,所以可以根据K1和K2的数据范围进行分段修正,例如,如下表提供的分段方法。即根据经验将甲烷系数K1设置出高、中、低3个区间,将水汽系数K2也设置出高、中、低3个区间,这样就会有下表的9种组合情况。针对每种组合情况给定一个修正系数σ,这样就实现了针对不同浓度甲烷和不同浓度水汽的分段修正。也可以根据实际环境经常使用的低甲烷高水汽浓度的情况进一步细分,以获取更精确的修正系数。
由于3个通道基于相同的NDIR原理,相同的测试环境,相同的数据采集频率(同步),水汽的检测和扣除更加准确可靠,因此其抗水汽干扰能力明显提升。
如图6所示,为本发明提供的抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器,管帽上设置3个φ2.5mm的安装孔用于安装3个通道的滤光片。除管帽外,TO封装三通道红外甲烷探测器还包括灵敏元、PCB板、底座等。
红外光源以1或2Hz频率闪烁,发出的红外光经过气室内气体的吸收后到达探测器,探测器各通道经过滤光片后,使不同波长范围的光照射到相应的传感器灵敏元上,灵敏元优选为热释电或热电堆元件,尺寸不大于1.5×1.5mm2;各通道的灵敏元将接收到的光信号转化为电信号,并经过电路系统输出为采集电压(或电流)信号;根据探测器的采集信号计算K1和K2,微处理器芯片利用实验标定的拟合参数,计算出甲烷系数K3,最后根据K3值拟合出测试甲烷浓度值。
如图7所示,在20℃环境温度,3种不同水汽浓度条件下测试的K3与甲烷浓度的拟合图。K3-1、K3-2和K3-3代表高、中、低水汽浓度干扰情况下,实际甲烷浓度和K3的拟合值曲线,通过图中可以看到3条曲线基本重合,即采用该修正方法的K3值具有抗水汽干扰的效果。
本发明的抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器,通过同步监测水汽和甲烷(含水汽)浓度,来实现甲烷浓度的数据修正,可以获得真实的甲烷浓度数据,实现抗水汽干扰的效果;相比于原有双通道传感器,只增加了一个通道,成本只增加了约三分之一,远低于TDLAS技术的甲烷传感器成本。
在此说明书中,本发明已参照其特定的实施例作了描述。但是,很显然仍可以作出各种修改和变换而不背离本发明的精神和范围。因此,说明书和附图应被认为是说明性的而非限制性的。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器,其特征在于,所述的三通道红外甲烷探测器包括第一通道红外滤光片、第二通道红外滤光片以及第三通道红外滤光片,所述的第一通道红外滤光片的中心波长为2700±30nm,用于检测水汽浓度;所述的第二通道红外滤光片的中心波长为3330±30nm,用于检测含水汽的甲烷浓度;所述的第三通道红外滤光片中心波长为3900±30nm,用作参比通道;所述的三通道红外甲烷探测器设置成通过同步检测水汽浓度和含水汽的甲烷浓度,获得抗水汽干扰的甲烷浓度,
所述的第一通道红外滤光片的通带宽度为180nm±20nm,截止区400nm~2550nm和2850nm~10000nm范围内的最大透射率小于1%;
所述的第二通道红外滤光片的通带宽度为180nm±20nm,截止区400nm~3180nm和3480nm~10000nm范围内最大透射率小于1%;
所述的第三通道红外滤光片的通带宽度为160nm±20nm,截止区400nm~3750nm和4050nm~10000nm范围内的最大透射率小于1%,

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器,其特征在于,基于K1、K2的数值对σ进行分段修正。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗水汽干扰的三通道红外甲烷探测器,其特征在于,所述的三通道红外甲烷探测器包括管帽,所述的管帽设置3个安装孔,所述的3个安装孔分别用于安装第一通道红外滤光片、第二通道红外滤光片以及第三通道红外滤光片。
