Background
When the 3#4# centrifugal fan in the electric draught fan area of the power generation workshop of the power energy department of the steel production workshop is started, a fan inlet door needs to be opened in 3S so as to avoid the fan from surging. At present, a manual operator is generally adopted for starting the machine, the manual operator needs to be manually evaluated and continuously clicked by fingers, and the risk of failure of starting the machine due to errors exists. The inlet valve manual operator has low operation sensitivity, high spare part purchase cost and short service cycle; the function of the inlet valve manual operator is programmed into a computer, after DCS programmers enter computer pictures, the opening key and the key are set, and workers can hardly open the inlet valve manual operator to the angle of 45 degrees from 0 degree in 3S by clicking with a mouse. Therefore, a method for opening the inlet valve of the electric fan by one key is urgently needed to be designed so as to solve the problem of failure in starting the electric fan caused by quickly opening the inlet valve by manually operating a manual operator or a mouse.

4) the control software background program is provided with a timer, when an IN port of the timer is TRUE, a Q outlet of the timer outputs a pulse with the width of PT, when a key control program inputs 1 to FALSE, the value of input 2 is output, when the input 1 is TRUE, the value of input 3 is output, and the slow opening and one-key release of an inlet valve are realized by matching with the timer;
5) when an inlet valve release button of a fan is clicked, the valve position feedback of an inlet valve is less than or equal to 45 degrees, and a valve closing button is not clicked, a timer sends out a pulse with the width of PT, when the valve position feedback of the inlet valve is less than or equal to 45 degrees, a key control program inputs 1 and outputs a value of input 3 when the value is TRUE, namely 20S, the timer PT is 20S, the sent pulse width is 20S, the inlet valve controls to continuously open a valve and outputs 20S, and one-key opening of a key input port valve is completed;
6) when the power-off is needed, a main motor stop button on the control software is clicked to perform integral power-off, and the stop state of the main motor displays the running state of the stopped main motor.
