step two, clamping a holding fixture at one end of the advanced small conduit extending out of the tunnel face, sleeving a sliding die sleeve on the outer side of the holding fixture and in sliding fit with the holding fixture, wrapping an elastic grout stop plug on the outer side of the sliding die sleeve, extending an elastic grout stop guide section 4-4 into a gap between the advanced small conduit and the hole wall, sequentially penetrating a connecting anchor bolt 13 through a first connecting cylinder 10, a third connecting cylinder 12 and a second connecting cylinder 11 to hinge two holding clamp plates 1-1, adjusting the grout stop structure to an installation preparation state, as shown in fig. 1, performing operation by one operator, pushing the grout stop structure forwards before applying no clamping force, inserting the elastic grout stop plug of the grout stop structure into the drill hole and manually pushing the elastic grout stop plug, using a spanner to tighten a holding bolt and a nut, fixing the grout stop structure on the advanced small conduit, and providing a stable base for the pushing part of the grout stop structure, at this time, the grout stopping structure is in an installation finished state, as shown in FIG. 2;
thirdly, a rotary thrust sleeve 7 at the rear end of the grout stopping structure is rotated by a wrench, under the rotation action of the rotary thrust sleeve 7, a pushing bolt is pushed to move forwards, the pushing bolt moves forwards and forms forward thrust on a sliding die carrier 2, and the sliding die carrier 2 drives an elastic grout stopping plug assembled integrally with the sliding die carrier to slide forwards along a slide way 1-5 of a holding force clamping plate 1-1;
step four, when the elastic grout stopping plugging section 4-5 is pushed to enter the drill hole for a certain depth, the resistance of the hole wall of the drill hole to the elastic grout stopping plug is increased, the gap between the outer wall of the advanced small catheter and the wall of the drill hole is fully plugged under the action of the elastic force of the elastic grout stopping plug, the application of the jacking force can be stopped, and at the moment, the grout stopping structure forms a plugging state, as shown in fig. 3;
fifthly, after the grout stopping structure is checked and the gap is sealed well, the advanced small conduit grouting operation can be carried out;
after the grouting operation of the advanced small guide pipe is finished, after cement slurry is initially set, rotating a rotating thrust sleeve 7 at the rear end of the grout stopping structure to drive a pushing bolt to move backwards, driving an elastic grout stopping plug assembled with a sliding mould frame to move backwards in a sliding way, and pulling the elastic grout stopping plug out of a gap between the outer wall of the advanced small guide pipe and the wall of a drilling hole;
and step seven, cleaning the grout stopping structure by using a high-pressure water gun, mounting the cleaned grout stopping structure to the pipe orifices of other advanced small pipes to be grouted, and performing grouting operation on the next advanced small pipe to realize the turnover use of the grout stopping structure.
