Referring to fig. 6, the roof support stabilizing apparatus 8 of the present embodiment includes a first support column 81, a second support column 82, a third support column 83, a sixth driving member 84, and a seventh driving member.
Wherein, one end of the first supporting upright 81 of this embodiment is installed on the machine body 1, and the other end is hinged with one end of the second supporting upright 82 and is provided with an opening. In this embodiment, one end of the sixth driving component 84 is hinged to the first supporting upright 81, the other end of the sixth driving component is hinged to the second supporting upright 82, and the sixth driving component 84 stretches and retracts to drive the second supporting upright 82 to rotate relative to the first supporting upright 81, so as to drive the supporting portion 85 to rotate, thereby realizing the lifting and lowering of the supporting portion.
The third supporting column 83 and the seventh driving member (not shown) of the present embodiment are installed in the second supporting column 82 through the opening, one end of the third supporting column 83 of the present embodiment is connected to the seventh driving member, and the other end is installed with a supporting portion 85; the seventh driving part drives the third supporting upright 83 to extend and retract, so as to realize the second-stage lifting of the supporting part 85.
Of course, the height adjustment manner of the top-supporting vehicle-stabilizing device 8 of the present embodiment is not limited to this, and for example, the supporting portion 85 may be directly driven by the oil cylinder to extend or retract, or may be multi-stage extended or retracted.
As shown in fig. 2, during operation, the supporting portion 85 needs to be lifted to completely support the roadway roof, and the lateral thrust of the anchor rod drill carriage to the side anchor rod construction is offset by the supporting force of the supporting and stabilizing device 8, so that the anchor rod drill carriage is safer and more reliable in use.

Claims (10)

1. An anchor rod drill carriage comprises a machine body, a walking device and a drilling device; the walking device is positioned at the bottom of the machine body, and the drilling device is positioned on the front side of the machine body;
it is characterized by also comprising a swinging device; the swinging device is arranged on the machine body and can rotate to a vertical state and a horizontal state around a first axial direction;
the drilling device is arranged on the swing device and rotates synchronously with the swing device.
2. The rock-bolt drill carriage of claim 1, wherein the oscillation device includes a first mounting mechanism and a first drive member;
the first mounting mechanism is rotatably mounted on the machine body through a first rotating device, and the drilling device is mounted on the first mounting mechanism;
one end of the first driving component is hinged to the machine body, the other end of the first driving component is hinged to the first mounting mechanism, and the first driving component stretches and retracts to drive the first mounting mechanism to rotate.
3. The rock-bolt drill carriage of claim 2, wherein the oscillation device further comprises a second drive member; the first mounting mechanism comprises a sliding seat, a first sliding block and a first sliding frame;
the sliding seat is respectively connected with the first rotating device and the first sliding block;
the first sliding block is mounted on the first sliding frame in a sliding mode;
one end of the second driving part is connected with the first sliding block, the other end of the second driving part is connected with the first sliding frame, and the second driving part stretches and retracts to drive the first sliding frame to lift.
4. The rock-bolt drill carriage of claim 3, wherein the oscillation device further comprises a third drive member; the first mounting mechanism further comprises a second sliding frame and a second sliding block;
the second sliding block is arranged on the second sliding frame, and the drilling device is connected with the second sliding block;
one end of the third driving part is connected with the second sliding frame, the other end of the third driving part is connected with the second sliding block, and the third driving part stretches and retracts to drive the second sliding block to lift.
5. The rock-bolt drill carriage of claim 1, further comprising a second swivel device;
the second rotating device is arranged on the swinging device, the drilling device is arranged on the second rotating device and driven by the rotating device to rotate around a second axial direction, and the first axial direction is parallel to the second axial direction.
6. The rock-bolt drill carriage of claim 5, wherein the drilling device comprises a second mounting mechanism, a third mounting mechanism, a fourth drive member, and a drilling mechanism;
the second mounting mechanism is mounted on the swinging device; the fourth driving component is arranged on the second mounting mechanism and is connected with the third mounting mechanism;
the drilling mechanism is arranged on the third mounting mechanism and can rotate around a third axial direction under the drive of the fourth driving part, and the third axial direction is vertical to the second axial direction.
7. The rock-bolt drill carriage of claim 6, wherein the third mounting mechanism includes a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate, and a connecting plate;
the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are arranged in parallel, and the connecting plates are respectively connected with the first mounting plate;
the fourth drive component has opposite first and second rotational ends; the first rotating end is connected with the first mounting plate, the second rotating end is connected with the second mounting plate, and the third mounting mechanism and the drilling mechanism are driven to swing through the first rotating end and/or the second rotating end.
8. The rock-bolt drill carriage of claim 6, further comprising a fifth drive member;
the drilling mechanism is hinged on the third mounting mechanism;
one end of the fifth driving component is hinged to the third mounting mechanism, and the other end of the fifth driving component is hinged to the drilling mechanism, so that the drilling mechanism is driven to swing in the front-back direction of the machine body through the extension and retraction of the fifth driving component.
