The special repair glue for the chemical milling protective glue comprises 6-10% of silicon dioxide by mass, namely the mass percentage of the silicon dioxide is more than or equal to 6 and less than or equal to 10%, and typical but non-limiting contents can be 6%, 6.5%, 7%, 7.5%, 8%, 8.5%, 9%, 9.5% or 10%.
Particularly, in the special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive, if the addition amount of the silicon dioxide is higher than 10%, the resin cannot completely coat the silicon dioxide, and the silicon dioxide reacts with alkali, so that the heat resistance and the alkalinity are poor; if the addition amount of the silicon dioxide is less than 6 percent, the time for the product to settle is shortened, and meanwhile, the adhesion of a paint film on the aluminum alloy is too good and the paint film is not easy to peel off due to too low pigment ratio.
Further, the filler is added into the special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive, and the addition amount of the filler accounts for 8-12% of the total mass, preferably 8.5-10% or 9-11%.
The special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive comprises 8-12% of the filler by mass, namely, the filler is more than or equal to 8 and less than or equal to 12% by mass, and typical but non-limiting contents can be, for example, 8%, 8.5%, 9%, 9.5%, 10%, 10.5%, 11%, 11.5% or 12%.
Particularly, in the special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive, if the addition amount of the filler is higher than 12%, the color ratio of the formula is too high, and the dried paint film has poor acid and alkali resistance and cannot be bonded with a chemical milling adhesive film; if the addition amount of the filler is less than 8 percent, the color ratio is too low, the temperature resistance is poor, the adhesive force on the aluminum alloy is too good, and the aluminum alloy cannot be peeled off.
Further, the auxiliary agent is added into the special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive, and the addition amount of the auxiliary agent accounts for 1-1.5%, preferably 1.2-1.4% of the total mass.
The repair adhesive special for the chemical milling protective adhesive comprises 1-1.5% of the auxiliary agent by mass, namely the auxiliary agent is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 1.5% by mass, and the typical but non-limiting content can be 1%, 1.1%, 1.2%, 1.3%, 1.4% or 1.5%.
Particularly, in the special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive, if the addition amount of the auxiliary agent is higher than 1.5%, the application amount is too high, so that the drying speed of the product is reduced; if the addition amount of the auxiliary is less than 1%, bubbles in the product cannot be completely eliminated.
Further, the mixed solvent is added into the special repair glue for the chemical milling protective glue, and the addition amount of the mixed solvent accounts for 57-64%, preferably 58-62% or 59-63% of the total mass.
The mass percentage of the mixed solvent contained in the special repair glue for the chemical milling protective glue is 57-64%, namely the mass percentage of the mixed solvent is more than or equal to 57 and less than or equal to 64%, and typical but non-limiting contents can be 57%, 57.5%, 58%, 58.5%, 59%, 59.5%, 60%, 60.5%, 61%, 61.5%, 62%, 62.5%, 63%, 63.5% or 64%.
Particularly, in the special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive, if the addition amount of the mixed solvent is higher than 64%, the solid content and viscosity of the product are too low, which is not beneficial to product construction; if the amount of the mixed solvent is less than 57%, the viscosity of the product becomes too high to be defoamed, and the presence of bubbles affects the final acid-base resistance of the product.
To be noted: all the technical features mentioned herein, as well as preferred features, may be combined with each other to form new solutions, if not mentioned specifically.
Unless otherwise defined, technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as is familiar to those skilled in the art.
In a second aspect of the present invention, some embodiments provide a preparation method of the repair adhesive special for chemical milling protective adhesive with quick-drying property, including the following steps:
adding chlorinated rubber resin and plasticized resin into part of mixed solvent, and stirring to completely dissolve and uniformly mix the chlorinated rubber resin and the plasticized resin; adding silicon dioxide, filler and auxiliary agent, uniformly mixing, grinding, adding the rest mixed solvent, filtering and packaging to obtain the special quick-drying repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the mass of the partial mixed solvent is selected to be 75-95%, preferably 75-80%, of the total mass of the mixed solvent, and a typical but non-limiting content may be, for example: 75%, 76%, 77%, 78%, 79% or 80%. In an embodiment of the present invention, the mass ratio of acetone to butanone in the partial mixed solvent to the mass ratio of acetone to butanone in the residual mixed solvent may be the same or different.
In the embodiment of the invention, 75-95% of mixed solvent is added when the chlorinated rubber resin and the plasticized resin are stirred and dissolved when the chlorinated rubber resin and the plasticized resin are kept in the range, so that the viscosity during stirring can be kept at the best; if the content of the mixed solvent is too large, the nonvolatile content is too low, and the formed coating film cannot resist hot acid and hot alkali for a long time.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the stirring speed is 1500r/min for completely dissolving and uniformly mixing the chlorinated rubber resin and the plasticized resin.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method of adding the filler and the auxiliary agent and then uniformly mixing is selected as stirring, the stirring speed is 800-1500r/min, the volatilization amount of the mixed solvent can be kept at the minimum within the stirring speed range, and the solid content and the viscosity data are ensured to meet the requirements during the detection of the final product.
In one embodiment of the invention, the obtained special quick-drying repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive has the solid content of 40 +/-2% and the viscosity of 40-60 s.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, a preparation method of the repair adhesive special for chemical milling protective adhesive with quick-drying property is provided, which includes the following steps:
respectively adding chlorinated rubber resin and plasticized resin into 80% of mixed solvent, stirring at high speed (800 plus 1500r/min) to completely dissolve and uniformly mix the chlorinated rubber resin and the plasticized resin, adding filler and auxiliary agent, uniformly mixing by using a high-speed stirrer (800 plus 1500r/min), grinding in a sand mill (preferably, grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 30 mu m), adjusting the solid content to be 40 +/-2% by using the remaining 20% of mixed solvent and the viscosity to be 40-60s, and filtering to obtain the special quick-drying repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive.
In order to facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be further described with reference to the following specific examples.
Example 1
12g of chlorinated rubber CIIR1068 resin (Exon, USA), 2g of chlorinated rubber CBK139 resin (agency of Utility company, Inc. in Shanghai rock), 2g of plasticizing resin dibutyl phthalate and 1g of No. 52 liquid paraffin are dissolved in a mixed solvent of 5g of acetone and 40g of butanone, the resin is completely dissolved by a high-speed stirrer (800-; adding 7g of talcum powder, 3g of sericite, 0.4g of BYK-410 and 0.5g of YCK-2160, mixing by using a high-speed stirrer (800 plus 1500r/min), grinding in a sand mill to the fineness of 30 mu m, adjusting the solid content and the viscosity to 41.3 percent by using 2.5g of acetone and 6g of butanone, and filtering and discharging to obtain the special quick-drying repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive.
Coating the special quick-drying repair glue for the chemical milling protective glue on a thoroughly dried chemical milling glue film (a chemical milling glue film used in a chemical milling procedure in aircraft skin processing), wherein the test method and the test result are shown in table 1, the alkali liquid in table 1 is sodium hydroxide alkali liquid, and the alkali concentration is 150-180 g/L; the acid solution is nitric acid, and the acid concentration is 150-.

Example 2
11g of chlorinated rubber CIIR1068 resin, 4g of chlorinated rubber S-20 resin, 3.0g of dibutyl phthalate as plasticizing resin, 0.5g of dioctyl phthalate, dissolving in a mixed solvent of 6.5g of acetone and 43.5g of butanone, completely dissolving the resin by using a high-speed stirrer (800- & gt 1500r/min), and adding 9.5g of ED-30 gas silicon; adding 8g of talcum powder, 3.5g of kaolin, 0.4g of BYK-430, 0.5g of YCK-2160 and 0.2g of BYK-431, mixing by using a high-speed stirrer (800 plus 1500r/min), grinding in a sand mill to the fineness of 30 mu m, adjusting the solid content and the viscosity to 39.6 percent by using 2g of acetone and 6.5g of butanone, filtering and discharging to obtain the special quick-drying repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive.
Coating the special quick-drying repair glue for the chemical milling protective glue on a thoroughly dried chemical milling glue film (a chemical milling glue film used in a chemical milling procedure in aircraft skin processing), wherein the test performance is shown in table 2, and the alkali solutions in the table 2 are sodium hydroxide alkali solutions with the alkali concentration of 150-; the acid solution is nitric acid, and the acid concentration is 150-300 g/L.

Example 3
In this example, 12g of chlorinated rubber CIIR1068 resin, 2g of chlorinated rubber CBK139 resin, 2g of dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizing resin, and 1g of No. 52 liquid paraffin were dissolved in a mixed solvent of 9g of acetone and 36g of methyl ethyl ketone, and the rest of the mixed solvent was 2.5g of acetone and 6g of methyl ethyl ketone, which was the same as in example 1.
The special quick-drying repair glue for the chemical milling protective glue is coated on a thoroughly dried chemical milling glue film (a chemical milling glue film used in a chemical milling procedure in aircraft skin processing), and the test method and results are shown in table 3.

Example 4
11g of a chlorinated rubber CIIR1068 resin, 4g of a chlorinated rubber S-20 resin, 3.0g of dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizing resin, 0.5g of dioctyl phthalate, were dissolved in a mixed solvent of 12.5g of acetone and 37.5g of butanone, and 2g of acetone and 6.5g of butanone were added to the remaining mixed solvent, as in example 2.
The special quick-drying repair glue for the chemical milling protective glue is coated on a thoroughly dried chemical milling glue film (a chemical milling glue film used in a chemical milling procedure in aircraft skin processing), and the test method and results are shown in table 4.

In this example, 12g of chlorinated rubber CIIR1068 resin, 2g of chlorinated rubber CBK139 resin, 2g of dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizing resin, and 1g of No. 52 liquid paraffin were dissolved in a mixed solvent of 10.7g of acetone and 32.1g of butanone, and the rest of the mixed solvent was mixed with 2.14g of acetone and 8.56g of butanone, and the same procedure was used as in example 1.
The special quick-drying repair glue for the chemical milling protective glue is coated on a thoroughly dried chemical milling glue film (a chemical milling glue film used in a chemical milling procedure in aircraft skin processing), and the test method and results are shown in table 5.

Example 6
11g of a chlorinated rubber CIIR1068 resin, 4g of a chlorinated rubber S-20 resin, 3.0g of dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizing resin, 0.5g of dioctyl phthalate, were dissolved in a mixed solvent of 7.41g of acetone and 37.05g of butanone, and 3.51g of acetone and 10.53g of butanone were added to the remaining mixed solvent, which was otherwise the same as in example 2.
The special quick-drying repair glue for the chemical milling protective glue is coated on a thoroughly dried chemical milling glue film (a chemical milling glue film used in a chemical milling procedure in aircraft skin processing), and the test method and results are shown in table 6.

Claims (6)

1. The special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive has quick-drying property, and comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

the chlorinated rubber resin comprises one or two of solid chlorinated rubber and liquid chlorinated rubber, and the solid chlorinated rubber comprises at least one of the following characteristics: the molecular weight is 3500-15000, the viscosity is 0.01-0.03Pa.s, and the chlorine content is 62-65%; the filler comprises one or a combination of more than two of talcum powder, barium metaborate, sericite and kaolin in any proportion.
2. The special repair adhesive for chemical milling protection adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizing resin comprises one or a combination of two or more of dibutyl phthalate, dioctyl phthalate and liquid paraffin in any proportion.
3. The special repair adhesive for chemical milling protective adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the silicon dioxide comprises one or a combination of more than two of Yingchuang Texsai A-200, American CABOT M-5, American Grace ED-30 and ATMS-100 gas silicon in any proportion.
4. The special repair adhesive for chemical milling protective adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a combination of more than two of BYK-410, YCK-2160, BYK-430 and BYK-431 in any proportion.
5. The special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protection adhesive as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixed solvent comprises a combination of acetone and butanone in any proportion.
6. A preparation method of special repair glue for chemical milling protective glue with quick-drying property comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials according to the formula of the special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive of any one of claims 1 to 5; adding chlorinated rubber resin and plasticized resin into part of mixed solvent, and stirring to completely dissolve and uniformly mix the chlorinated rubber resin and the plasticized resin; adding silicon dioxide, filler and auxiliary agent, uniformly mixing, grinding, adding the rest mixed solvent, and filtering to obtain the special repair adhesive for the chemical milling protective adhesive.
