9. A method of preparing a neat paint, comprising adding a solvent to the formulation of any one of claims 1-8, separately preparing the solutions, and placing the solutions in a paint container.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the step of preparing a matted pigment comprises: the pigment groups are packaged into five groups according to pure tone, fluorescent tone, pure gray tone, dark tone and natural tone in each tone.
