Abstract
The invention discloses a partial cross-linking copolymerization compound type anti-flying sand agent for stone-like paint and a preparation method thereof. The polymer prepared by the invention has good compatibility with the real stone paint, greatly improves the wet strength of the real stone paint, and overcomes the defect that the real stone paint generates a large amount of flying sand and shakeout in the construction process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of additives for building coatings, and particularly relates to a partially crosslinked copolymer type anti-flying sand agent for real stone paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The stone-like paint is a kind of building paint made up by mixing polymer emulsion, various colours of natural stone powder and several assistants, and can be used for external wall of building to form the decorative effect similar to natural stone material of marble and granite, so that it is an ideal material for replacing natural stone decorative surface effect. The stone-like paint on the existing market generally has a large amount of flying sand spills in the work progress, produces the phenomenon of a large amount of shakeouts, pollutes the environment on the one hand, and on the other hand wastes a large amount of materials and increases construction cost. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a polymer having good compatibility with stone paint to achieve no sand flying and falling during construction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a partial cross-linking copolymerization compound type anti-flying sand agent for real stone paint and a preparation method thereof aiming at the defect that the existing real stone paint generates a large amount of flying sand and shakeout in the construction process.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme for realizing the aim, and the preparation method of the partial cross-linking copolymerization compound type sand-flying prevention agent for the stone-like paint is characterized by comprising the following specific processes: dissolving a monomer and a chain transfer agent in deionized water, heating to 45-50 ℃, adding an initiator, initiating a reaction system by using an oxidation-reduction system, and adding a cross-linking agent to react when the temperature is raised to 70-75 ℃ to synthesize the partial cross-linking copolymerization compound type anti-flying sand agent for the semi-network structure real stone paint;
the monomer is at least three of acrylamide, acrylic acid, sodium allylsulfonate, allyl polyethylene glycol 2000, acrylamido propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride or diethyl diallyl ammonium oxide;
the initiator is at least two of ammonium persulfate, potassium persulfate, hydrogen peroxide, sodium bisulfite or ferrous sulfate;
the chain transfer agent is at least one of mercaptoethanol or dodecyl mercaptan;
the cross-linking agent is at least one of methylol acrylamide or N, N-methylene bisacrylamide.
Further limiting, the weight percentage of each raw material in the preparation process of the partially cross-linked copolymer type anti-flying sand agent for the real stone paint is as follows: 25 to 35 percent of monomer, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of chain transfer agent, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of initiator, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of cross-linking agent and the balance of deionized water.
A preparation method of a partially crosslinked copolymer type anti-flying sand agent for real stone paint is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
step S1: introducing nitrogen into the deionized water to remove oxygen, and introducing the nitrogen into the deionized water for 30min to remove dissolved oxygen in the deionized water;
step S2: dissolving 5 parts by weight of ammonium persulfate in 100 parts by weight of the oxygen-removed deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare an initiator I; dissolving 5 parts by weight of sodium bisulfite in 100 parts by weight of the deoxygenated deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare an initiator II;
step S3: dissolving 1 part by weight of mercaptoethanol in 100 parts by weight of the deoxygenated deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare a chain transfer agent;
step S4: dissolving 5 parts by weight of hydroxymethyl acrylamide in 100 parts by weight of the oxygen-removed deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare a cross-linking agent I; dissolving 1 part by weight of N, N-methylene bisacrylamide in 100 parts by weight of the deoxygenated deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare a cross-linking agent II;
step S5: dissolving 25 parts by weight of acrylamide, 2 parts by weight of acrylic acid, 1.2 parts by weight of sodium allylsulfonate, 5 parts by weight of allyl polyethylene glycol 2000, 0.8 part by weight of acrylamidopropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 0.2 part by weight of chain transfer agent in 100 parts by weight of the oxygen-removed deionized water obtained in the step S1, stirring while heating to 45-48 ℃, adding 1.6 parts by weight of initiator I and 1.6 parts by weight of initiator II, heating to 70-75 ℃, adding 0.8 part by weight of cross-linking agent I and 0.1 part by weight of cross-linking agent II, continuing stirring for 5min, stopping stirring, and carrying out static reaction for 60min to obtain the partial cross-linking copolymer type sand-flying prevention agent for the stone paint.
The partial cross-linking copolymerization compound type flying-sand preventing agent for the stone-like paint is characterized by being prepared from the above.
According to the invention, at least three monomers and at least one chain transfer agent are introduced, so that the synthesized polymer and the real stone paint have good compatibility, and further the real stone paint has good suspension property and stability.
The invention introduces at least one cross-linking agent to enable the synthesized polymer to form a semi-network structure, greatly improves intermolecular force, greatly improves the wet strength of the real stone paint when being used in the real stone paint, and enables the real stone paint to have no defects of flying sand and falling sand during construction.

Example 1
A preparation method of a partially crosslinked copolymer type anti-flying sand agent for real stone paint comprises the following specific steps:
step S1: introducing nitrogen into the deionized water to remove oxygen, and introducing the nitrogen into the deionized water for 30min to remove dissolved oxygen in the deionized water;
step S2: dissolving 5 parts by weight of ammonium persulfate in 100 parts by weight of the oxygen-removed deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare an initiator I; dissolving 5 parts by weight of sodium bisulfite in 100 parts by weight of the deoxygenated deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare an initiator II;
step S3: dissolving 1 part by weight of mercaptoethanol in 100 parts by weight of the deoxygenated deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare a chain transfer agent;
step S4: dissolving 5 parts by weight of hydroxymethyl acrylamide in 100 parts by weight of the oxygen-removed deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare a cross-linking agent I; dissolving 1 part by weight of N, N-methylene bisacrylamide in 100 parts by weight of the deoxygenated deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare a cross-linking agent II;
step S5: dissolving 25 parts by weight of acrylamide, 2 parts by weight of acrylic acid, 1.2 parts by weight of sodium allylsulfonate, 5 parts by weight of allyl polyethylene glycol 2000, 0.8 part by weight of acrylamidopropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 0.2 part by weight of chain transfer agent in 100 parts by weight of the oxygen-removed deionized water obtained in the step S1, stirring while heating to 45-48 ℃, adding 1.6 parts by weight of initiator I and 1.6 parts by weight of initiator II, heating to 70-75 ℃, adding 0.8 part by weight of cross-linking agent I and 0.1 part by weight of cross-linking agent II, continuing stirring for 5min, stopping stirring, and carrying out static reaction for 60min to obtain the partial cross-linking copolymer type sand-flying prevention agent for the stone paint.

A preparation method of a partially crosslinked copolymer type anti-flying sand agent for real stone paint is characterized by comprising the following specific processes: dissolving a monomer and a chain transfer agent in deionized water, heating to 45-50 ℃, adding an initiator, initiating a reaction system by using an oxidation-reduction system, and adding a cross-linking agent to react when the temperature is raised to 70-75 ℃ to synthesize the partial cross-linking copolymerization compound type anti-flying sand agent for the semi-network structure real stone paint;
the monomer is at least three of acrylamide, acrylic acid, sodium allylsulfonate, allyl polyethylene glycol 2000, acrylamido propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride or diethyl diallyl ammonium oxide;
the initiator is at least two of ammonium persulfate, potassium persulfate, hydrogen peroxide, sodium bisulfite or ferrous sulfate;
the chain transfer agent is at least one of mercaptoethanol or dodecyl mercaptan;
the cross-linking agent is at least one of methylol acrylamide or N, N-methylene bisacrylamide.

The preparation method of the partially crosslinked copolymer type anti-flying sand agent for stone-like paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight percentage of the raw materials in the preparation process is as follows: 25 to 35 percent of monomer, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of chain transfer agent, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of initiator, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of cross-linking agent and the balance of deionized water.
3. The method for preparing the partial cross-linking copolymerization compound type anti-flying sand agent for the stone-like paint as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1: introducing nitrogen into the deionized water to remove oxygen, and introducing the nitrogen into the deionized water for 30min to remove free oxygen in the deionized water;
step S2: dissolving 5 parts by weight of ammonium persulfate in 100 parts by weight of the oxygen-removed deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare an initiator I; dissolving 5 parts by weight of sodium bisulfite in 100 parts by weight of the deoxygenated deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare an initiator II;
step S3: dissolving 1 part by weight of mercaptoethanol in 100 parts by weight of the deoxygenated deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare a chain transfer agent;
step S4: dissolving 5 parts by weight of hydroxymethyl acrylamide in 100 parts by weight of the oxygen-removed deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare a cross-linking agent I; dissolving 1 part by weight of N, N-methylene bisacrylamide in 100 parts by weight of the deoxygenated deionized water obtained in the step S1 to prepare a cross-linking agent II;
step S5: dissolving 25 parts by weight of acrylamide, 2 parts by weight of acrylic acid, 1.2 parts by weight of sodium allylsulfonate, 5 parts by weight of allyl polyethylene glycol 2000, 0.8 part by weight of acrylamidopropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 0.2 part by weight of chain transfer agent in 100 parts by weight of the oxygen-removed deionized water obtained in the step S1, stirring while heating to 45-48 ℃, adding 1.6 parts by weight of initiator I and 1.6 parts by weight of initiator II, heating to 70-75 ℃, adding 0.8 part by weight of cross-linking agent I and 0.1 part by weight of cross-linking agent II, continuing stirring for 5min, stopping stirring, and carrying out static reaction for 60min to obtain the partial cross-linking copolymer type sand-flying prevention agent for the stone paint.
4. A partially crosslinked copolymer type fly-out preventing agent for a real stone paint, characterized by being prepared by the method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
