Abstract
The invention relates to a device and a method for producing fumaric acid by using pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as a raw material, belonging to the field of fine chemical industry. The method comprises the following steps: adding pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid and activated carbon into a decoloring kettle for decoloring, wherein the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid contains maleic acid; filtering the decolored material, feeding the filtered material into an isomerization kettle, adding thiourea into the isomerization kettle for reaction, and centrifuging the reacted material to obtain the fumaric acid. The invention takes the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as the raw material and thiourea as the isomerization catalyst to produce fumaric acid, thereby changing waste into valuable and improving the added value of the pyromellitic dianhydride product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device and a method for producing fumaric acid by using pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as a raw material, belonging to the field of fine chemical industry.
Background
Fumaric acid is a colorless, flammable crystal, a carboxylic acid derived from butene, with a generic name: fumaric acid. Fumaric acid and maleic acid are mutually geometric isomers, and fumaric acid can be converted into maleic acid by heating to 250-300 ℃.
There are various methods for the industrial production of fumaric acid. The main source is that benzene (or butylene) is oxidized into maleic acid (or maleic anhydride) in the presence of catalyst, and then the maleic acid (or maleic anhydride) is isomerized to obtain the product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention takes the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as the raw material to produce fumaric acid, changes waste into valuable and improves the added value of the pyromellitic dianhydride product.
The invention provides a device for producing fumaric acid by taking pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as a raw material, which comprises a decoloring kettle, a filter, an isomerization kettle and centrifugal equipment; the decoloring kettle is connected with a centrifugal device through a filter and an isomerization kettle in sequence.
The decoloring kettle is a decoloring kettle provided with a jacket.
The filter is a bag filter.
The isomerization kettle is provided with a jacket.
The invention preferably further comprises drying means; the decoloring kettle is connected with the drying equipment through a filter, an isomerization kettle and centrifugal equipment in sequence.
The invention also aims to provide a method for producing fumaric acid by using the device and taking the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as a raw material, which comprises the following steps: adding pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid and activated carbon into a decoloring kettle for decoloring, wherein the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid contains maleic acid; filtering the decolored material, feeding the filtered material into an isomerization kettle, adding thiourea into the isomerization kettle for reaction, and centrifuging the reacted material to obtain the fumaric acid.
The invention preferably selects the acid concentration in the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid to be 22-24%.
The invention preferably selects the weight ratio of the activated carbon to the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid to be 1-2: 250.
the preferred decoloring conditions of the present invention are: decolorizing at 50-95 deg.C for 30-60min under stirring at 55-65 r/min.
The invention preferably selects the water content of the filtered material to be 15-25%.
The invention preferably selects the weight ratio of the thiourea to the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid to be 1-2: 250.
the reaction conditions of the present invention are preferably as follows: reacting at 95-100 ℃ for 30-40 ℃ under the stirring of 55-65 r/min.
The invention preferably reduces the temperature of the reacted materials to below 30 ℃ and then centrifuges the materials.
The centrifugation conditions of the invention are as follows: centrifuging at 700-900RPM for 30-40 min.
The mother liquor after centrifugation can be used for spraying liquid of a pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing tower and can also be used for adjusting the concentration of acid in a decoloring kettle.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the method of the invention generates no waste water.
The method has good purification effect on the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid, and reaches the relevant emission standard.
The conversion rate of the fumaric acid produced by the method is 70-90%.
The method takes the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as a raw material to produce the by-product fumaric acid, and improves the additional value of the pyromellitic dianhydride by 1000-4000 yuan/ton.

The following non-limiting examples are presented to enable those of ordinary skill in the art to more fully understand the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention in any way.
Example 1
A device for producing fumaric acid by taking pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as a raw material comprises a decoloring kettle 1 with a jacket, a bag filter 2, an isomerization kettle 3 with a jacket, centrifugal equipment 4 and drying equipment 5;
the decoloring kettle 1 is connected with a drying device 5 sequentially through a bag filter 2, an isomerization kettle 3 and a centrifugal device 4.
Example 2
A method for producing fumaric acid by using a pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as a raw material by using the device in embodiment 1 comprises the following steps:
adding 5000kg of pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid into a decoloring kettle 1, wherein the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid contains maleic acid, the acid concentration in the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid is 24%, stirring at 60r/min, heating to 85 ℃, and adding 25kg of activated carbon into the decoloring kettle 1 for decoloring for 40 min;
filtering the decolored material, enabling the water content of the filtered material to be 20%, enabling the filtered material to enter an isomerization kettle 3, adding 30kg of thiourea into the isomerization kettle 3, stirring at 60r/min, heating to 100 ℃, and reacting for 30min, wherein the chemical reaction equation is as follows: maleic acid → fumaric acid, and thiourea as catalyst;
cooling the reacted materials to 25 ℃, centrifuging the materials at 800RPM for 30min, and drying the materials to obtain fumaric acid;
the mother liquid after centrifugation can be used for spraying liquid of a pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing tower and can also be used for adjusting the concentration of acid in a decoloring kettle.

1. A device for producing fumaric acid by using pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as a raw material is characterized in that: the device comprises a decoloring kettle, a filter, an isomerization kettle and centrifugal equipment;
the decoloring kettle is connected with a centrifugal device through a filter and an isomerization kettle in sequence.
2. The device for producing fumaric acid by using the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as the raw material according to claim 1, characterized in that: the apparatus further comprises a drying device;
the decoloring kettle is connected with the drying equipment through a filter, an isomerization kettle and centrifugal equipment in sequence.
3. A method for producing fumaric acid by using the device of claim 1 or 2 and using pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid as a raw material is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
adding pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid and activated carbon into a decoloring kettle for decoloring, wherein the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid contains maleic acid;
filtering the decolored material, feeding the filtered material into an isomerization kettle, adding thiourea into the isomerization kettle for reaction, and centrifuging the reacted material to obtain the fumaric acid.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein: the concentration of acid in the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid is 22-24%.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein: the weight ratio of the activated carbon to the pyromellitic dianhydride tail gas washing liquid is 1-2: 250.
6. the method of claim 5, wherein: the decoloring conditions are as follows: decolorizing at 50-95 deg.C for 30-60min under stirring at 55-65 r/min.
