In operation, when the pulling force of the buffer unit 40 exceeds 6 tons, the buffer unit 40 extends; when the elongation of the buffer unit 40 exceeds 20mm, the limit switch 60 is triggered, and an alarm is sent out through the alarm unit 50 to prompt an operator to stop driving. For the buffer unit 40 with the total elongation of 100mm, the elongation of 80mm is still remained when the elongation reaches the preset length, so that the hydrogen cooler cannot be damaged after alarming, and the hydrogen cooler cannot be damaged when the hydrogen cooler is blocked in the generator.
