the worker grasps the two push rods 4a with two hands and grasps the pulling assemblies 3c and 3d simultaneously, so that the pulling assemblies 3c and 3d drive the ring plate 3b4 to move, and further compress the abutting spring 3b2, so that the insert 3b1 is separated from the groove 3a11, and the worker can push the insert;
s3: turning over the automatic pay-off device;
when a step is met, the pulling assemblies 3c and 3d are loosened, the abutting spring 3b2 is enabled to push the ring plate 3b4 to move, the ring plate 3b4 is enabled to drive the square guide post 3b3 and the insert block 3b1 to move, the insert block 3b1 is clamped into the groove 3a11, the push rod 4a is rapidly pressed downwards by a worker, the insert block 3b1 rapidly slides along the axial direction of the annular baffle 1b and is clamped into the groove 3a11 at the next position, the push rod 4a is lifted by the worker and is pushed forwards, the traveling wheel 1 is enabled to turn upwards, one height of one step or ascending slope is raised, the action is repeated for multiple times, and the automatic paying-off device can climb over the higher step.
With reference to the foregoing embodiments and accompanying drawings, when laying a communication pipeline, the automatic wire releasing device of the present invention opens the gate mechanism 2, firstly releases the screw thread by a worker, pulls the arc-shaped connecting plate 2e to separate the arc-shaped clamping block 2d from the arc-shaped guide rail 2c, pushes the second bent pipe 2a to drive the second bent pipes 2v to slide in the arc-shaped guide rail 2c, thereby forming a gap for the communication wire harness 5 to enter the cavity, then passes the communication wire harness 5 through the gap and places the communication wire harness 5 in the cavity of the traveling wheel 1, then closes the gate mechanism 2 by the worker, thereby implementing installation of the communication wire harness 5, then grasps the two push rods 4a by the worker with both hands, grasps the pulling assemblies 3c and 3d, thereby drives the ring plate 3b4 to move, thereby compressing the abutting spring 3b2, therefore, the insert 3b1 is separated from the groove 3a11, and a worker can push the automatic paying-off device, when a step is encountered, the pulling assembly 3c and the pulling assembly 3d are loosened, the abutting spring 3b2 pushes the ring plate 3b4 to move, the ring plate 3b4 drives the square guide post 3b3 and the insert 3b1 to move, the insert 3b1 is clamped into the groove 3a11, the push rod 4a is quickly pressed downwards by the worker, the insert 3b1 quickly slides along the axial direction of the ring baffle 1b and is clamped into the groove 3a11 at the next position, the push rod 4a is lifted by the worker and pushed forwards, the walking wheel 1 is turned upwards, one step is lifted or one height of a slope is lifted, the action is repeated for multiple times, and the automatic paying-off device can climb the higher step.

An automatic paying-off device for laying communication pipelines is characterized by comprising a travelling wheel (1), a gate mechanism (2), two one-way clamping mechanisms (3) and a support (4), wherein a cavity for accommodating a communication wiring harness (5) is arranged in the travelling wheel (1), and a notch for the communication wiring harness (5) to enter the cavity is formed in the outer edge of the travelling wheel (1) so that the communication wiring harness (5) is placed in the travelling wheel (1);
the gate mechanism (2) is configured to be arranged on the gap of the travelling wheel (1) in an openable and closable manner; the gate mechanism (2) comprises two groups of arc-shaped guide rails (2 c) and a plurality of second bent pipes (2 a), and each group of arc-shaped guide rails (2 c) is fixedly arranged on the two annular baffles (1 b); the two groups of arc-shaped guide rails (2 c) are symmetrically arranged, the plurality of second bent pipes (2 a) are positioned between the two groups of arc-shaped guide rails (2 c), and two ends of each second bent pipe (2 a) are respectively inserted into the two groups of arc-shaped guide rails (2 c);
the two one-way clamping mechanisms (3) are respectively and fixedly arranged on two symmetrical sides of the disc section of the travelling wheel (1), and the one-way clamping mechanisms (3) are rotationally connected with the travelling wheel (1);
the two brackets (4) are respectively arranged at the outer sides of the two one-way clamping mechanisms (3); a reinforcing rod (6) is fixedly arranged between the two brackets (4);
wherein, one-way chucking mechanism (3) all include carousel subassembly (3 a), elasticity chucking subassembly (3 b) and pulling subassembly (3 c, 3 d), carousel subassembly (3 a) is fixed to be set up on walking wheel (1), and a plurality of recesses (3 a 11) have been seted up on carousel subassembly (3 a), a plurality of recesses (3 a 11) are even circumference along the axial of walking wheel (1) and distribute, and one side of every recess (3 a 11) is slope form and the one side of mutual symmetry is vertical form, elasticity chucking subassembly (3 b) are installed on support (4), and fixed being provided with on elasticity chucking subassembly (3 b) are used for inserting plug-in block (3 b 1) of recess (3 a 11), pulling subassembly (3 c, 3 d) fixed mounting is on support (4), pulling subassembly (3 c, 3 d) and elasticity chucking subassembly (3 b) fixed connection.

The automatic paying-off device for laying communication pipelines according to claim 1, wherein the walking wheel (1) comprises two ring-shaped baffles (1 b) which are symmetrical to each other and a plurality of first bent pipes (1 a), each first bent pipe (1 a) is transversely arranged between the two ring-shaped baffles (1 b) and is fixedly connected with the two ring-shaped baffles (1 b), and the first bent pipes (1 a) are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the ring-shaped baffles (1 b).

The automatic paying-off device for arranging the communication pipelines according to claim 2, wherein a gap for the communication wiring harness (5) to enter is reserved between two adjacent first bent pipes (1 a), the first bent pipes (1 a) form a ring shape, the diameter of each first bent pipe is larger than that of each ring-shaped baffle (1 b), each ring-shaped baffle (1 b) is provided with a plurality of perspective holes (1 b 1), and the space formed by the two first bent pipes (1 a) and the plurality of ring-shaped baffles (1 b) is the cavity.
