本申请公开了一种防静电复合弹力布,包括弹力布主体、顶层、防静电层、透气层、基层、抗菌层和内层,所述弹力布主体顶部设有顶层,所述顶层底部粘合一层防静电层,所述防静电层和顶层之间设有若干加固纤维,所述加固纤维连接顶层和防静电层,所述防静电层内部采用导电纤维线和锦纶纤维线相互交织而成,所述防静电层底部连接透气层,所述透气层内部设有若干透气孔,所述透气层底部粘合一层基层,所述基层底部依次设有抗菌层和内层。可以通过防静电层起到防静电的效果,防静电层内部采用导电纤维线和锦纶纤维线进行交织可以提高牢固性和防静电能力,而且通过透气层和透气孔可以保证弹力布主体的透气效果。

技术领域
本申请涉及一种复合弹力布,具体是一种防静电复合弹力布。
背景技术
弹力布,顾名思义是有弹力的坯布,通过罗纹组织,让坯布具有较大的弹性,常用作于手袋、钱包的内里夹层定型物,还可用于T恤的领边、袖口,使之有较好的收身效果。
由罗纹组织派生出来的复合组织很多,主要有罗纹空气层组织与点纹组织等。罗纹空气层组织由罗纹组织和平针组织复合而成。这种组织的横向延伸性较小,尺寸稳定性较好,具有厚实、挺刮等优点。
一般的弹力布的防静电效果较差,而且在可能牢固较差,容易在使用过程中出现撕裂的情况,当作为一些袖口领边时,一般的弹力布的抗菌和舒适度较差,可能容易滋生细菌。因此,针对上述问题提出一种防静电复合弹力布。
发明内容
一种防静电复合弹力布,包括弹力布主体、顶层、防静电层、透气层、基层、抗菌层和内层,所述弹力布主体顶部设有顶层,所述顶层底部粘合一层防静电层,所述防静电层和顶层之间设有若干加固纤维,所述加固纤维连接顶层和防静电层,所述防静电层内部采用导电纤维线和锦纶纤维线相互交织而成,所述防静电层底部连接透气层,所述透气层内部设有若干透气孔,所述透气层底部粘合一层基层,所述基层底部依次设有抗菌层和内层。
进一步地,所述顶层采用涤纶纤维构成,所述顶层厚度为防静电层的一半。
进一步地,所述透气层采用棉纤维构成,所述透气层厚度为防静电层的二分之三。
进一步地,所述基层采用弹性纤维构成,所述基层厚度与顶层相同。
进一步地,所述抗菌层采用竹炭纤维构成,所述抗菌层为基层厚度的三分之二。
进一步地,所述内层采用香蕉纤维构成,所述内层厚度为透气层厚度的二分之一。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请提供了一种防静电且牢固的复合弹力布。

请参阅图1-3所示,一种防静电复合弹力布,包括弹力布主体1、顶层2、防静电层3、透气层5、基层6、抗菌层7和内层8,所述弹力布主体1顶部设有顶层2,所述顶层2底部粘合一层防静电层3,所述防静电层3和顶层2之间设有若干加固纤维4,所述加固纤维4连接顶层2和防静电层3,所述防静电层3内部采用导电纤维线10和锦纶纤维线11相互交织而成,所述防静电层3底部连接透气层5,所述透气层5内部设有若干透气孔9,所述透气层5底部粘合一层基层6,所述基层6底部依次设有抗菌层7和内层8。
所述顶层2采用涤纶纤维构成,所述顶层2厚度为防静电层3的一半;所述透气层5采用棉纤维构成,所述透气层5厚度为防静电层3的二分之三;所述基层6采用弹性纤维构成,所述基层6厚度与顶层2相同;所述抗菌层7采用竹炭纤维构成,所述抗菌层7为基层6厚度的三分之二;所述内层8采用香蕉纤维构成,所述内层8厚度为透气层5厚度的二分之一。
本申请在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,弹力布主体1在使用过程中,可以通过防静电层3起到防静电的效果,防静电层3内部采用导电纤维线10和锦纶纤维线11进行交织可以提高牢固性和防静电能力,而且通过透气层5和透气孔9可以保证弹力布主体1的透气效果,可以通过基层6保证弹力布主体1的弹性,而且顶层2保证不易起皱,而且弹性好,通过抗菌层7内部的竹炭纤维可以起到抗菌抑菌的效果,而内层8采用香蕉纤维构成具有质量轻、光泽好、吸水性高、抗菌性强、易降解且环保等效果。
本申请的有益之处在于:
1.可以通过防静电层起到防静电的效果,防静电层内部采用导电纤维线和锦纶纤维线进行交织可以提高牢固性和防静电能力,而且通过透气层和透气孔可以保证弹力布主体的透气效果;
2.可以通过基层保证弹力布主体的弹性,而且顶层保证不易起皱,而且弹性好,通过抗菌层内部的竹炭纤维可以起到抗菌抑菌的效果,而内层采用香蕉纤维构成具有质量轻、光泽好、吸水性高、抗菌性强、易降解且环保等效果。

1.一种防静电复合弹力布,其特征在于:包括弹力布主体(1)、顶层(2)、防静电层(3)、透气层(5)、基层(6)、抗菌层(7)和内层(8),所述弹力布主体(1)顶部设有顶层(2),所述顶层(2)底部粘合一层防静电层(3),所述防静电层(3)和顶层(2)之间设有若干加固纤维(4),所述加固纤维(4)连接顶层(2)和防静电层(3),所述防静电层(3)内部采用导电纤维线(10)和锦纶纤维线(11)相互交织而成,所述防静电层(3)底部连接透气层(5),所述透气层(5)内部设有若干透气孔(9),所述透气层(5)底部粘合一层基层(6),所述基层(6)底部依次设有抗菌层(7)和内层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电复合弹力布,其特征在于:所述顶层(2)采用涤纶纤维构成,所述顶层(2)厚度为防静电层(3)的一半。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电复合弹力布,其特征在于:所述透气层(5)采用棉纤维构成,所述透气层(5)厚度为防静电层(3)的二分之三。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电复合弹力布,其特征在于:所述基层(6)采用弹性纤维构成,所述基层(6)厚度与顶层(2)相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电复合弹力布,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(7)采用竹炭纤维构成,所述抗菌层(7)为基层(6)厚度的三分之二。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电复合弹力布,其特征在于:所述内层(8)采用香蕉纤维构成,所述内层(8)厚度为透气层(5)厚度的二分之一。
