the auxiliary fixture structure comprises a cleaning slide seat and an auxiliary frame, the surface of the cleaning slide seat is welded with the auxiliary frame, the cleaning slide seat is of a ladder platform body structure, the opposite two side faces of the cleaning slide seat are provided with slopes and are tightly attached to the surface of a workbench, polishing scraps are convenient to clean, an auxiliary rotary groove is formed in the side face of the auxiliary frame, a top rotary frame is arranged on the inner side of the auxiliary rotary groove in a rotating mode, the top rotary frame is connected with the auxiliary rotary groove in a rotating mode and is used for supporting automobile parts when polishing, and the fact that the rotating process of the automobile parts does not deviate from a track is guaranteed.
Furthermore, a top ring groove is formed in the surface of the top rotating frame, a top sleeve is adhered to the surface of the top ring groove, a cavity is formed in the top rotating frame and communicated to the auxiliary rotating groove, and the top rotating frame and the center of the mounting shaft and the clamping block are located on the same straight line.

the main clamp structure 1 comprises a fixed frame 101 and a driving motor 102, wherein the driving motor 102 is connected with the fixed frame 101, an output shaft of the driving motor 102 is fixedly connected with a mounting shaft 1021, a plurality of clamping blocks 1022 are mounted on the peripheral side surface of the mounting shaft 1021, and the clamping blocks 1022 are connected with the mounting shaft 1021 through bolts and used for clamping and fixing a part to be polished;

The top ring groove 2031 is formed in the surface of the top rotating frame 203, a top sleeve 2032 is adhered to the surface of the top ring groove 2031, a cavity 2033 is formed inside the top rotating frame 203, the cavity 2033 is communicated to the auxiliary rotating groove 2021, and the top rotating frame 203 is aligned with the centers of the mounting shaft 1021 and the clamping block 1022.

The polishing structure 3 includes a connecting frame 301 and a sliding frame 302, wherein a sliding groove is formed in one end of the upper surface of the connecting frame 301, and the sliding frame 302 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove of the connecting frame (301).
The sliding frame 302 is of a U-shaped table body structure, the inner surface of the sliding frame 302 is hinged with an operating rod 303, the operating rod 303 is matched with the sliding frame 302 in a folding mode, a mounting column 3031 is welded to the side face of the operating rod 303, a grinding tool 3032 is mounted on the surface of the mounting column 3031, and the mounting column 3031 is connected with the grinding tool 3032 through bolts.
Wherein, clean groove box 401 and a plurality of spout way 402 have been seted up on the surface of workstation 4, and the surface mounting of clean slide 201 has a plurality of fastening bolts 2011, and screw fit between fastening bolt 2011 and the clean slide 201, inside fastening bolt 2011 extends to spout way 402 to with spout way 402 mutually support.
Wherein, the bottom surface of the cleaning tank box 401 is provided with a chip removal port, and is glued with a chip removal pipe 4011, the chip removal pipe 4011 is internally provided with an electromagnetic valve 4012 and extends to the outside of the workbench 4, and the bottom surface of the workbench 4 is provided with a chip removal box 403.

when the polishing tool is used for polishing automobile parts, the magnetic attraction of the magnetic contact block 2024 is utilized to enable the electric conducting rod 2025 to be separated from the electric conducting block 2022, the electromagnetic valve 4012 is closed, the electromagnet 404 is electrified and magnetized, so that the generated waste dust is ensured to be accumulated in the cleaning tank box 401 under the magnetic attraction effect, then when the parts are separated from the top rotating frame 203, the electric conducting rod 2025 returns to the position to be contacted with the electric conducting block 2022 under the effect of the spring 2023, the electromagnetic valve 4012 is opened, the electromagnet 404 is powered off and demagnetized, and the accumulated waste dust falls into the chip removal box 403.
