and the U-shaped lapping frame 7f is lapped on the welding clamp arm 1b, and the bottoms of two sides of the U-shaped lapping frame 7f are fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sliding rod 7 b.
The distance between the fixed clamping lug 7a1 and the tail end of the welding clamp arm 1b is adjusted, so that the fixed rod 7a moves relative to the axis of the welding clamp arm 1b, and the assembly requirements of different welding clamps are met; the connecting rod 7c is arranged in the sliding groove 7b1 in a sliding mode, two ends of the connecting rod 7c are in sliding fit with the connecting rods 6 on two sides through the sliding sleeve 7d, the abutting nut 7e penetrates through the sliding sleeve 7d and abuts against the outer side of the connecting rod 6, so that the connecting rod 7c and the connecting rods 6 on two sides are perpendicular to each other in an I shape, when the connecting rods 6 on two sides move, the connecting rod 7c enables the movement to be more stable, and the sliding rod 7b can guide the connecting rod 7c at different positions or different angles by adjusting the position of the abutting nut 7e on the outer side of the connecting rod 6, and when the connecting rod 6 on one side moves, the limiting handle 1d can be synchronously adjusted by the connecting rod 6 on the other side to be separated from an output shaft of the cylinder assembly 1 c.
As shown in fig. 4, the U-shaped shifting board 2 further includes a shifting piece 2f, and the shifting piece 2f is obliquely disposed at the tilted ends of the first fixing arm 2a and the second fixing arm 2 b.

The fixed shaft 2d penetrates through the notch of the clamp frame 3a1 so as to be rotatably arranged in the clamp frame 3a1, the distance between the two side blades 3a3 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw 3a4, so that the clamping degree of the clamp frame 3a1 on the fixed shaft 2d is conveniently adjusted, the clamping degree is adjusted according to the use habit of workers, and the side mounting plate 3a2 is used for fixedly mounting the clamp frame 3a 1; and the vertical screw limit hook 3b is used to limit the moving angle of the connection plate 2 c.
As shown in fig. 5, a first hook 2c1 is disposed at the bottom end of the center of the connecting plate 2c, a second hook 3a5 is disposed at the bottom end of the outer side of the side mounting plate 3a2, and two ends of the elastic member 4 are fixedly connected to the first hook 2c1 and the second hook 3a5, respectively.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

step two: fixedly connecting the connecting support 1g with the fixed end of the power-assisted mechanical arm, enabling a workpiece to be welded to pass through the space between the welding clamp arm 1b and the electrode arm 1f by a worker holding the handle switch 1a, starting the output shaft of the cylinder assembly 1c to extend out through the handle switch 1a, enabling the electrode part 1e to be abutted against two ends of a welding point, and similarly enabling the electrode part 1e to be electrified through the handle switch 1a, so that the welding point is connected in a melting way;
step three: when the small stroke of the cylinder assembly 1c is required to be switched into the large stroke so as to weld a larger workpiece, a worker tightly holds the handle switch 1a with four fingers and presses the shifting sheet 2f with a thumb, so that the connecting plate 2c overcomes the elastic action of the elastic piece 4 and rises on the clamp type rotating seat 3a, and the two ends of the connecting rod 6 are respectively and rotatably connected with the internal thread sleeve 5b and one side of the limit handle 1d, so that the limit handle 1d is separated from the tail end of the output shaft of the cylinder assembly 1c through the connecting rod transmission principle, and the output shaft of the cylinder assembly 1c can stretch out and retract in the large stroke;
step four: when the thumb of the worker stops pressing the second fixing arm 2b, the connecting plate 2c is restored to the original state under the action of the elastic tension of the elastic piece 4, so that the limiting handle 1d blocks the output shaft of the cylinder assembly 1c again, and the output shaft is restored to the small-stroke state; the auxiliary stroke switcher can be arranged on welding tongs with different models through the adjustable rotating seat 5 and the sliding stable adjusting frame 7, and in the switching process, a worker can always hold the handle switch 1a to fix the welding tong main body 1, so that unstable welding caused by movement of the welding tong main body 1 is prevented; in consideration of the habit of the user's hands, the thumb of the operator can always switch the stroke by pressing the one-side paddle 2f regardless of whether the handle switch 1a is held by the left hand or the right hand, and it is convenient for the other hand to hold a workpiece or perform other operations.
