In the invention, a grinding box 1 is arranged, materials are put into the grinding box 1 through a feeding pipe 6, the materials are ground into powder through a coarse grinding device 3, a filter screen 4 and a fine grinding device 5, then a pneumatic mechanism 9 is opened, a first discharge valve 7 is opened, the powder enters a stirring box 12 under the action of the pneumatic mechanism 9, the required materials are ground and transmitted into the stirring box 12 in sequence, then a second motor 16 is controlled to be opened to drive a rotating shaft 18 to rotate, so that a stirring rod 19 fully stirs the powder, after the powder is evenly stirred, a second discharge valve 21 is opened to enable the even powder to enter an emulsifying device 24, a water pump 27 is opened to enable a reaction box in a reaction liquid box 25 to enter an emulsifying device 24 through a water pipe 26 so as to emulsify the powder, a sliding mechanism 32 is arranged at the lower end of the surface of the stirring box 12, a dovetail slide block 326 can slide in a dovetail sliding groove 33 through a fastening device 325 which is unscrewed, the high-pressure air pipe 10 is separated from the feeding hole by rotating the first connecting piece 11, the second motor 16 is separated from the rotating shaft 18 by rotating the second connecting piece 17, the second discharging pipe 20 is separated from the connecting pipe 23 by rotating the third connecting piece 22, the stirring box 12 can be taken down from the top of the case 13, so that the rotating shaft 18 and the stirring rod 19 inside the stirring box 12 and the inner wall of the stirring box 12 can be cleaned conveniently, the second box door 30 and the second handle 31 are arranged, the second box door 30 can be opened by the second handle 31, then the rotating shaft 18 and the stirring rod 19 inside the stirring box 12 are taken out for cleaning, excessive powder is prevented from being deposited in the stirring box 12, and the later use is influenced.

A complete set of equipment for mixing, emulsifying and grinding coating materials comprises a grinding box (1), and is characterized in that: the grinding machine is characterized in that a first motor (2) is fixedly mounted at the top of the grinding box (1), a first discharging pipe (8) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the grinding box (1), a first discharging valve (7) is fixedly mounted on the first discharging pipe (8), a support is arranged at the bottom of the grinding box (1), a pneumatic mechanism (9) is mounted on the right side of the grinding box (1), a high-pressure air pipe (10) is fixedly connected to one end of the pneumatic mechanism (9), the first discharging pipe (8) is fixedly connected to the high-pressure air pipe (10), a feeding port is in threaded connection with one end of the high-pressure air pipe (10) through a first connecting piece (11), the feeding port is located at the top of the stirring box (12), a machine box (13) is arranged on the left side of the grinding box (1), a stirring box (12) is movably connected to the top of the machine box (13), and a motor chamber (15) is fixedly connected to the left, install second motor (16) in motor chamber (15), the output shaft of second motor (16) has pivot (18) through second connecting piece (17) threaded connection, pivot (18) are located the inside of agitator tank (12), the fixed surface of pivot (18) is connected with stirring rod (19), the surperficial lower extreme fixedly connected with slide mechanism (32) of agitator tank (12), the bottom fixedly connected with second discharging pipe (20) of agitator tank (12), install second bleeder valve (21) on second discharging pipe (20), second discharging pipe (20) have connecting pipe (23) through third connecting piece (22) threaded connection, the bottom fixedly connected with emulsification device (24) of connecting pipe (23), emulsification device (24) are located the inboard of quick-witted case (13).

The water-powder mixing, emulsifying, grinding and coating complete equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pneumatic mechanism (9) comprises a material sealing pump (901), one end of the material sealing pump (901) is fixedly connected with a suction fan (902), a control valve (903) is arranged on the suction fan (902), and the left side of the material sealing pump (901) is fixedly connected with a high-pressure air pipe (10).
