s3, in the moving process of the inner ring plate 6, when the inner ring plate 6 and the needle-type cleaning column 7 move downwards into water, the air pump 9 is automatically started by the controller at the moment, air pumping and exhausting processes are circularly performed through the air pump 9, so that flocculent fibers are automatically separated from the needle-type cleaning column 7 to enter the water, the needle-type cleaning column 7 realizes self cleaning in the water, and then the needle-type cleaning column 7 moves up and down again, so that continuous efficient removal of the flocculent fibers is realized.
The invention realizes effective adsorption and purification of flocculent fibers in textile waste gas through the annular straight cylinder 2 and the filtering soft brush 3, and synchronously removes flocculent fibers adhered to the filtering soft brush 3 through the needle-type cleaning column 7 in the waste gas purification process, so that the adhered flocculent fibers are not easy to block the filtering soft brush 3, thereby realizing the continuous and efficient purification process of the waste gas, and simultaneously, the needle-type cleaning column 7 also realizes the self-cleaning process in the process of collecting and removing the flocculent fibers on the filtering soft brush 3, thereby ensuring the continuous and efficient removal process of the needle-type cleaning column 7 to the filtering soft brush 3 and further ensuring the continuous and efficient purification process of the waste gas.
