When a mass spectrometer is used for detecting gas exhaled by a patient, a closed type killing ion source device needs to be used in a matched mode, and the existing closed type killing ion source device does not have the killing capability and cannot be used for pre-treatment of inactivation of the gas exhaled by a new coronary pneumonia patient. In addition, the shower head in the existing enclosed ion source device is fixed, and has great limitation in use.

The four motors can be directly controlled by a computer, and the operation is convenient. When the device is used, the spray head 20 is installed and then connected to a mass spectrometer, and after connection, the X-axis motor 61, the Y-axis motor 62, the Z-axis motor 63 and the rotating shaft motor 65 are adjusted on a computer to adjust the position of the spray head 20.
