Abstract

本申请涉及一种后推式能自动调整座椅面水平的三星轮上楼车。本发明不用动力,可直接后推老年人、残疾人上楼,解决没有电梯带来的出行和旅游困难。本车可折叠、轻便,便于携带和存放,本发明涉及机械受力和气动随动领域:要解决的技术问题是:(一)克服后推上楼的死点。(二)上楼省力,不颠簸问题。(三)构建承载后推、省力、平稳、安全的车架。(四)解决下楼安全问题;技术方案是:(一)采用后推把,在车架下方设三角形支架和向下压,向前推施力方式。(二)采用气动随动控制座面和车体水平。(三)设置前推把和采用绕过三星架的公转,直接控制车轮自转的闸,徐徐下楼。

技术领域
一种后推式能自动调座面水平的三星轮上楼车,涉及气动随动控制和机械受力领域。
背景技术
老年人、残疾人需要一种轻便的、经济实惠、可折叠、方便出行、旅游、存放,解决没有电梯的困难,能直接推上楼的三星轮上楼车。他们也能与时代同行,过上惬意的生活。
发明内容
一种后推式能自动调座面水平的三星轮上楼车,要解决的技术问题是:解决上楼死点问题。传统技术未能克服死点,不能直接后推三星轮上楼车上楼。为何产生死点见图2说明;克服死点之后要解决上楼省力和颠簸问题;要构建承载克服死点、省力、不颠簸的车架;解决下楼平稳和安全问题。
技术方案:(一)、为克服死点在车架后面设后推把,在车架后下方设三角支架(即支点)。后推把铰接在三角架下端,可摆动。工作时将其压下,不工作时扬起,锁在定位销上。(二)、为省力不颠簸,采用气动随动控制 (图5、图6),自动调节伸缩筒(图7,36),使车体和座面水平。车体、座面水平了,坡度减小则省力(图3),不颠簸。(三)、构建适应后推、省力、不颠簸的三星轮上楼车架(图1)。(四)、解决下楼安全,构建以摩擦式刹车系统为主的安全保障(图8、图9)。
有益效果是:(一)、实现了三星轮上楼车直接后推上楼。(二)、采用气动随动控制,推者更省力,施力只有乘者体重的13.5%,乘者平稳、舒服。(三)、可折叠。折叠后类似于折叠的轮椅,便于出行、存放、携带。外出时,往往遇到有两三个台阶就进不去商场、酒店、景点。本发明解决了这样的问题。(四)、买得起。现在市场上出售的各种上楼车价格不低:国产的每台8000元以上。进口的35000-80000元不等。本发明经济实惠是普惠型。(五)、下楼时人倒坐,有摩擦式闸控制,使座面又被抬平,很安全。

图2说明:上楼时,车的受力集中在C点;G是人体自重,前轮受力 G/2,对O1点力矩为L*G/4;对后推把施力F,在O1轮产生反力F';在C 点加相反力F″,则F'F″、FF″各为一力偶;上楼时本应FF″≥L*G/4即可。但因H很大,FF″将使车体倾翻或变形,却不能上楼。这F'作用点就是死点。
这一现象普遍存在于购物三星轮小车、三星轮上楼车。它们只能倒拉上楼。
图3说明:图示虽跨两台阶,按非标台阶高200mm计,坡度为35.35 度。但因车体抬平了,上楼时只跨一个台阶,其坡度为:arc tg 200/560=19.6 °,并且边上边调,座面斜度趋于0,所以更省力。
图4说明:G是人体自重。原作用于车体中间,前后轮各承重G/2.当车架加长50mm,人往后坐,重心后移。G到O点的距离减小,后推把施力则减小。
图5说明:电开关11;蓄电池19;气泵22,单向阀23;气表24;气缸25;电磁换向阀26;安全阀27;传感器28;件23、26、27装在控制盒内。
其中蓄电池为12V,泵压力Pmax=10kg/cm2,气缸行程400mm。
图6说明:传感器28;传感器架29;摆轴30;竖梁31;摆32;竖梁 31穿过控制盒中心焊在车架上。
图7说明:转向架1;筒壳9;螺钉、螺母10;气缸25;螺钉33;进气口34;排气口35;伸缩筒36;连接垫37。

具体实施方案
例1、为实施后推法设置后推把8(图1),其用圆形材制成。上端弯成直角,把上装有把套和电开关11,下端开10*185的切口,插入三角架。在距末端20mm处,垂直于弯把钻孑,用穿轴2(图1)与三角架铰接起来;三角架3为45°直角三角形,用10mm宽椭圆管制成。斜边上端焊有30× 30×3板4,用以承力。三角架距地面285mm;后推把施力方法是:向下压,使前轮稍抬起,死点消失,同时向前推即可。后推法解决了三星轮上楼车不能后推上楼问题。后推把、三角架、和施力方式构成了本发明第一技术特征。
例2、为了省力和不颠簸,采用气动随动控制(图5),其上楼动作程序是:蓄电池19预先充电;闭合常开电开关11;气泵22启动;压力气沿件23、24达26;调限压阀27至表24示数6kg/cm2;用后推法推车上第一台阶;摆32(图6)向一侧倾斜;传感器28一侧被遮挡;电磁换向阀26 (图5)气门打开;两个气缸25得气;导向筒36(图7)伸出;车体和座面抬平;用后推法推车再上一级台阶;依次往上推,到达目的地后车体水平;摆32复中位;传感器28无遮挡;电磁换向阀26复位排气;导向筒复位;断开电开关11;下楼时人倒坐,采用前推把13(图1)下推,下楼动作程序与上楼相同,略述;气动随动的气路电路、随动机构结构、执行机构等三要素,构成了本发明第二技术特征。它支持了第一技术特征的实现。
例3、构建后推式自动调座面水平的三星轮上楼车架。特征是:车架分左右各1件(图1),由圆管焊成;架下方焊有三角架3,架下钻销轴2 的孔,架端焊挡板4,用于承力;控制盒5用两个螺钉和板条挂在右架上方,架上有孑;右车架用方管焊有气泵座6,座钻4个螺孔,其上安装气泵;后推把8共二件,用销轴2铰接;筒壳9焊在架后,内装气缸25、导向筒36 (图7),三者互为滑动配合。其后车架加长50mm,后推时可省力。导向筒上钻进气口34,穿气管。进气受车体倾斜和传感器28控制(见例2)。排气口敞开,排气时在人体重压下,导向筒回缩排气。导向筒用连接垫37 上接活塞杆,下用螺钉33固定。转向架1用螺纹固定于连接垫;螺栓、螺母10悬挂气缸;前推把12用于下楼,其装有常开电开关11和闸把13;座架14俗称马扎,上铺座垫用于坐人;托板15用于托座架;闸16装在车架上,由件38至52(图8、图9)组成;脚踏板17用螺杆锁在车架下;轴板 18焊在车架上,用穿轴铰接座架;右车架有蓄电池19的座,焊在车架下,用四个螺钉固定电池;右车架焊竖梁31用于安装传感器,后三星轮组用轴和轴承固定在转向架1上,转向架偏心矩32mm用于转弯。相应车架凹进一部分,尺寸不能刮碰;前三星轮组不转弯,用轴和轴承固定在车架下;前后轮距560mm;以上车架和要件构成本发明第三技术特征,承载1、2、 4权利要求的实现。
例4、构建摩擦式刹车系统为主的安全保障:原理是绕过公转控制自转。其控制自转程序是:用闸把拉动闸线38(图8),带动螺钉41、压缩弹簧44、导套45左移。剖开用螺钉固定在三星架21(图1)上的固定盘46 (图9),浮动盘47沿导向架42的导槽和三个导向柱51左移。拉动浮动盘上三根均布分支闸线48,穿过分支导槽49,拉紧拨子40(图8),拉动带有复位弹簧的闸头39,压向三星轮20(图1),刹住同一三星架上的三个轮,实现控制自转。之后松开闸把,在弹簧作用下松开车轮,闸头和浮动盘复原;其绕过公转程序是:带端台的导套45(图9),由挡圈50限制在浮动盘47上,浮动盘、固定盘便绕导套45公转。浮动盘、导套间为滑动配合;绕过公转控制自转原理及所涉及的要件,构成了本发明第四技术特征,它保证了前三项技术特征的安全实现;此外,采用人倒坐由陪护人用前推把推乘者下楼和气动随动控制座面水平,防止下滑,都是安全保障。

Claims (4)

1.一种后推式能自动调整座面水平的三星轮上楼车,采取后推式,气动随动控制,构建专用车架和摩擦式刹车系统四措施,解决了直接后推三星轮上楼车上不去楼的问题。其中,后推式特征在于由后推把8(图1)、45°直角三角形支架3和向下压、向前推的施力方式三要素,构成了本发明第一技术特征,开启了克服死点先河。
2.在权利要求1基础上,采用气动随动控制,进一步提升了后推式三星轮上楼车技术性能,使之更省力、不颠簸。其特征在于由电开关11、蓄电池19、气泵22、单向阀23、压力表24、气缸25、电磁换向阀26、安全阀27、传感器28连成的气路、电路图(图5);由传感器28、传感器架29、摆轴30、竖梁31、摆32组成的随动机构(图6);由筒壳9、螺钉螺母10、气缸25、螺钉33、进气口34、排气口35、伸缩筒36、连接垫37组成的执行机构(图7)。这三者即气动随动的气路电路、随动机构、执行机构构成了气动随动控制。为本发明第二技术特征。
3.权利要求1、2、4要求一个承载其功能的车架,发明的车架(图1)其特征是:架由管材焊成左右各一件;架下焊三角架3;其下钻销轴2的孔,距地面285mm;挡板4焊在三角架斜边端部,右车架钻2个挂控制盒5的孔,右车架焊有气泵及座6,座上钻4个孔,气泵固定在其上;后推把8共2件,用销轴2铰接;筒壳9焊在车架后,钻有进气孔,其后加长50mm,其上钻螺栓孔10;架前有前推把12;架中焊托板15;架前下方钻2个安装闸16(图1)导向架的孔42(图8);架前下端管口,装脚踏板17;架上焊轴板18;右车架焊蓄电池19的座,座钻4孔;右车架焊竖梁31;车架凹进一部分尺寸以不刮碰为准;前后三星轮距为560mm。以上要件构成第三技术特征。
4.构建摩擦式刹车系统为主的安全保障。原理是绕过公转控制自转。控制自转特征要件是:闸把13(图1)、闸线38(图8)、闸头及复位弹簧39、拨子40、螺钉41、导向架及固定螺钉42、弹簧44、浮动盘47(图9)、分支闸线48、分支导槽49、导线柱51。
绕过公转的要件是:前轴和螺母43(图8)、导套45、固定盘46、挡圈50(图9)、螺钉螺母52。
绕过公转控制自转及要件,构成了本发明第四技术特征。
此外,前推把12用于乘者倒坐,与气动随动控制座面水平,都是防止下滑失控的安全保障。
