The temporary fixation concept and technology are widely applied in the field of spinal surgeries, and can be temporarily fixed in spinal deformity orthopedic surgeries, spinal tumor nidus excision surgeries and spinal infection debridement surgeries to maintain the stability of the spine and avoid spinal cord or nerve root injuries caused by spinal rotation, displacement and the like. The temporary fixing rod (or device) in the prior art is a titanium rod bent by an operator according to the curvature technique of a corresponding spinal segment, and because each titanium rod has a certain length, a plurality of pre-bent temporary fixing titanium rods are generally required to be equipped for selection and use in the operation.
During long-term clinical use, the applicant has found that there are several drawbacks to such temporarily fixed titanium rods of the prior art. Firstly, the radian of the titanium rod is limited, the space between the titanium rod and the posterior structure of the spine is limited after the titanium rod is placed, the operation is affected, and if tumors widely invade the posterior bony structure of the spine, the titanium rod needs to be continuously disassembled and assembled for conveniently treating the part shielded by the temporary fixing rod, so that the titanium rod is time-consuming and unsafe. Meanwhile, the limited space between the temporary fixing rod and the spine may prevent a doctor from taking out a centrum massive specimen in the posterior path.
