Abstract
The invention discloses intelligent cooking equipment and an automatic power-off method thereof, wherein the intelligent cooking equipment comprises a stirring cup, and the bottom of the intelligent cooking equipment is provided with an electric connection terminal and a magnetic part; and the base is provided with a coupler for the adaptive insertion of the electric connection terminal and a magnetic switch electrically connected with the coupler, and the magnetic switch is used for controlling the on-off of the current of the coupler according to the distance of the magnetic part. According to the technical scheme, the electrical safety of the intelligent cooking equipment in an unused state can be improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of kitchen appliances, in particular to intelligent cooking equipment and an automatic power-off method thereof.
Background
As is known, for mixer-type intelligent cooking devices, a coupler adapted to a terminal at the bottom end of a mixing cup is provided on a base of the device, and the coupler is used for supplying power to an electric heating element in the mixing cup and reading parameters of a temperature sensor. It is easy to understand that in the process of daily use of the intelligent cooking device by a user, the stirring cup is not always placed on the base (for example, when the user takes the stirring cup to a sink for cleaning, takes the stirring cup to a chopping board for adding food materials, and the like), and once the stirring cup is not placed on the base, the electrified coupler on the base has a corresponding small hole (protective silica gel is provided), and if the user (especially a young child) inserts a thin metal wire into the hole, the electric shock risk can exist due to mistaken touch of the coupler.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an intelligent cooking device, which aims to solve the problem that a user may touch a coupler by mistake to cause electric shock when a stirring cup of the intelligent cooking device in the exemplary technology is not placed on a base.

In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the intelligent cooking apparatus includes:
the bottom of the stirring cup 1 is provided with an electric connection terminal and a magnetic part 5; and
the base 2 is provided with a coupler 21 for adapting to the insertion of the power connection terminal and a magnetic switch 4 electrically connected with the coupler 21, wherein the magnetic switch 4 is used for controlling the current on-off of the coupler 21 according to the distance of the magnetic piece 5.
It can be understood that the base 2 includes a supporting plate 22 facing the bottom of the stirring cup 1, the coupler 21 is disposed through the upper and lower plate surfaces of the supporting plate 22, various sensors such as temperature and pressure are disposed on the stirring cup 1, and the electrical connection terminal is connected to the coupler 21 to ensure the normal power-on operation of the sensors, so that when the stirring cup 1 leaves the base 2, the coupler 21 exposed outside is not electrified, which is the most ideal and safe state. The control process is realized through the matching of the magnetic switch 4 and the magnetic piece 5, namely the magnetic switch 4 is used for controlling the on-off of the current of the coupler 21 according to the distance of the magnetic piece 5, and it is easy to understand that the magnetic piece 5 is close to the magnetic switch 4, the magnetic switch 4 detects that the surrounding magnetic field is strong, the coupler 21 is controlled to be electrified, the magnetic piece 5 is far from the magnetic switch 4, the magnetic switch 4 detects that the surrounding magnetic field is weak, and the coupler 21 is controlled to be powered off. In this embodiment, the distance is defined as: when the stirrer is positioned on the base 2, the magnetic part 5 is considered to be close to the magnetic switch 4; if the stirrer is not placed on the base 2, the magnetic part 5 is far away from the magnetic switch 4; therefore, the purpose that the coupler 21 is powered off immediately after the stirring cup 1 leaves the machine base 2 is achieved.
In this embodiment, the magnetic member 5 is a permanent magnet, and it can be understood that the permanent magnet has stable magnetism and long service life, and can effectively reduce the frequency of maintenance and replacement for a user, for example, but not limited to, the permanent magnet may be a permanent magnet or other permanent magnet metals. In addition, the magnetic switch 4 is a hall sensor without loss of generality, so that the hall sensor is easily understood as the magnetic switch 4 widely used at present and has the advantages of stable induction, low price and the like; in this embodiment, the coupler 21 has five connecting wires, four of which are connected to the hall sensor, and the other is grounded. It should be noted that the design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the magnetic switch 4 may also be a reed switch.
According to the technical scheme, the magnetic piece 5 is arranged on the stirring cup 1, and the magnetic switch 4 capable of detecting the magnetic piece 5 is arranged on the base 2, so that the magnetic switch 4 controls the on-off of the circuit of the coupler 21 according to the distance of the magnetic piece 5, and therefore when the stirring cup 1 is not placed on the base 2 (the magnetic piece 5 is far away from the magnetic switch 4), the current of the coupler 21 is effectively cut off, the danger of electric shock caused by the fact that a user touches the exposed coupler 21 is avoided, and the safety of the intelligent cooking equipment in a non-use state is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the mixing cup 1 may alternatively include a cup body 11 and a base 12 mounted to the bottom of the cup body 11, and the permanent magnet may be detachably mounted to the inner surface of the base 12. It can be understood that so set up, the permanent magnet neither occupies the space that stirring cup 1 is used for the holding to eat the material, can be close to magnetic switch 4 on the frame 2 as far as possible again to guarantee the accuracy that magnetic switch 4 detected. It should be noted that the design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the permanent magnet may be specifically disposed at other positions on the stirring cup 1.
Optionally, a positioning boss 121 for placing a permanent magnet is protruded on the inner side of the bottom surface of the base 12. For example, but not limited to, the permanent magnet is fixed to the surface of the positioning boss 121 by means of bonding, clamping, or the like. In this embodiment, the base 12 is further provided with a protective cover 3, and the protective cover 3 is used for covering the limiting ring rib after the permanent magnet is placed in the limiting ring rib at the positioning boss 121, so as to place the permanent magnet in the closed cavity, thereby achieving the effect of protecting the permanent magnet. For example, but not limited to, the protective cover 3 and the spacing ring rib can be connected by ultrasonic welding, bonding, etc.
It is easy to understand that, in the normal working process of the intelligent cooking device, on one hand, the magnetic switch 4 must always keep detecting the state of the magnetic member 5 to keep the coupler 21 energized, and on the other hand, the stirring process will cause the intelligent cooking device to shake by a certain extent, which in turn causes the detection distance between the magnetic switch 4 and the magnetic member 5 to fluctuate, and affects the reliability of the magnetic field detection. Therefore, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, two magnetic switches 4 are detachably laid along the lower plate surface of the supporting plate 22, and when any one of the magnetic switches 4 detects the magnetic member 5, the coupler 21 can be maintained in the power-on state, so that the detection range of the magnetic field is effectively increased, thereby effectively reducing the possibility that the magnetic member 5 is separated from the magnetic field detection area when shaking along with the stirring cup 1, so that the magnetic switch 4 generates the misjudgment that the stirring cup 1 is not placed on the base 2. It should be noted that the design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, only one or more than two magnetic switches 4 may be provided according to the device size or amplitude of the intelligent cooking device.
Optionally, the two magnetic switches 4 respectively include a magnetic induction portion and an installation portion that are connected to each other, the lower plate surface of the supporting plate 22 is provided with a plurality of fixing posts 222, and the installation portion has a clamping hole that is matched and fixed with the fixing posts 222. It can be understood that so set up, be favorable to convenience of customers to carry out the dismouting to magnetic switch 4, improve the convenience that the user maintained or changed magnetic switch 4. It should be noted that the design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the two magnetic switches 4 may also be fixed to the lower plate surface of the supporting plate 22 by screw locking.
Optionally, an annular positioning rib 221 is protruded from the lower plate surface of the supporting plate 22, and the two magnetic switches 4 are fixed in the annular positioning rib 221. Optionally, magnetic switch 4 is equipped with two, and based on magnetic part 5 is inducted to arbitrary magnetic switch 4, intelligent cooking equipment all judges that stirring cup 1 is located frame 2, and magnetic switch 4 control coupler 21's electric current switches on. the magnetic part is a permanent magnet, and the magnetic switch is a reed switch or a Hall sensor;
the stirring cup comprises a cup body and a base assembled at the bottom of the cup body, and the permanent magnet is detachably arranged on the inner surface of the base;
the base comprises a supporting plate facing the bottom of the stirring cup, the coupler penetrates through the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface of the supporting plate, two magnetic switches are detachably laid along the lower plate surface of the supporting plate, and any one of the two magnetic switches can control the circuit circulation of the coupler when the magnetic part is detected to be close to the base;
the lower plate surface of the supporting plate is convexly provided with an annular positioning convex rib, the two magnetic switches are fixed in the annular positioning convex rib, and a wire passing opening is formed in the annular positioning convex rib corresponding to a wire led out from the two magnetic switches.

based on the fact that the magnetic switch does not sense the magnetic piece, the intelligent cooking equipment judges that the stirring cup is not located on the machine base, and the magnetic switch controls the current of the coupler to be switched off.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein there are two magnetic switches, and based on the magnetic switch sensing the magnetic member, the intelligent cooking device determines that the mixing cup is located on the base, and the magnetic switch controls the current conduction of the coupler.
