Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a nutritional solid soluble water dispenser 10 in the present embodiment, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a particulate matter detection device 13 in the present embodiment.
The nutrient solid soluble type water dispenser 10 comprises a water dispenser body 11, a grinder 12, a particle detection device 13, a first electromagnetic valve 14, a second electromagnetic valve 15, an air flow system and a mixing box 16.
The water dispenser body 11 is provided with a water storage tank 110, a heating tank 111, a controller 112, and a water outlet 113.
The grinder 12 is arranged in the water dispenser body 11 and is used for grinding nutrient solids.

Referring to fig. 3, grinder 12 has a feed opening 120, a feed inlet 121, and a pellet outlet 122. The operator puts the nutrient solid, such as dried Chinese angelica, ginseng or donkey-hide gelatin or other nutrient solid capable of being ground into powder, into the grinder 12 from the feeding port 120 for grinding. The ground particles or ground powder are discharged from the particle outlet 122 into the particle detector 13, and the particles that fail to be detected by the particle detector 13 enter the grinder 12 again through the feed inlet 121 for grinding.
Particulate matter detection device 13 has granule import, feed back mouth and dust export, and granule export 122 communicates with the granule import, and the feed back mouth communicates feed inlet 121 through first solenoid valve 14, and the dust export communicates mixing box 16 through second solenoid valve 15.

The particles ground by the grinder 12 are discharged into the particle detection device 13 through an air flow circuit.
When the particle detecting device 13 detects that the particle size in the air flow is equal to or smaller than the preset size, that is, the particle size is qualified, the controller 112 controls the second electromagnetic valve 15 to open,
when the particle detecting device 13 detects that the particles in the air flow are larger than the preset size, that is, the particle size is not qualified, the controller 112 controls the first electromagnetic valve 14 to be opened, so that the particles are ground again by the grinder 12.
The water storage tank 110 communicates with a mixing tank 16, and the mixing tank 16 is connected to a heating tank 111 and a water outlet nozzle 113 through a valve structure to controllably deliver the mixed water in the mixing tank 16 to one of the heating tank 111 and the water outlet nozzle 113. The heating box 111 is communicated with a water outlet nozzle 113 through a valve.
The mixed water is directly drunk when being delivered to the water outlet nozzle 113, and is drunk after being heated when being delivered to the heating tank 111.

When the particle detecting device 13 detects that the particles in the air flow are larger than the preset size, the controller 112 controls the first electromagnetic valve 14 to be opened, so that the ginseng particles are ground by the grinder 12 again and discharged into the particle detecting device 13 along the air flow loop again through the action of the air flow system until the ginseng particles in the air flow detected by the particle detecting device 13 are equal to or smaller than the preset size (at this time, the particles are ground into ginseng powder conforming to the preset size), the controller 112 controls the second electromagnetic valve 15 to be opened, and the ginseng powder is discharged into the mixing box 16 and mixed with the water discharged into the mixing box 16 from the water storage tank 110, so that mixed water with nutrition is obtained. The mixed water may be controllably delivered through a valve structure to one of the intermediate heating tank 111 and the spout 113 for consumption by a person.
Referring to fig. 2, the particle detector 13 includes a housing 130, a light source 131, a photoelectric sensor 132, an airflow partition 133, and a reflow chamber 134.
The light source 131 and the photoelectric sensor 132 are located at the central axis of the housing 130, and the light source 131 faces the photoelectric sensor 132.
The plurality of air flow partitions 133 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the central axis of the housing 130 to form a serpentine air flow channel in the housing 130, the serpentine air flow channel is communicated with the air flow circuit, the serpentine air flow channel includes a first portion 135 and a second portion 136, and the first portion 135 and the second portion 136 are respectively located on two sides of the central axis of the housing 130.
The particle inlet is located in the first section 135 and the dust outlet is located in the second section 136.
The backflow cavity 134 is located at the upper end of the shell 130, the backflow cavity 134 is communicated with the second portion 136, the material return port is located in the backflow cavity 134, and the material return port is located at the upstream of the dust outlet.
The photoelectric sensor 132 is configured to receive scattered light generated by the light source 131 irradiating air in the serpentine airflow channel, output an electrical signal correspondingly, and transmit the electrical signal to the controller 112, so as to calculate the size of particles in the airflow.
Wherein, because there are a plurality of particles in the air flow, when calculating the particle size in the air flow, the flow rate of the air flow needs to be considered, for this reason:
the particulate matter detecting device 13 further includes a first temperature sensor 137, a second temperature sensor 138, and a heater 139.
A first temperature sensor 137, a heater 139, and a second temperature sensor 138 are provided in the first portion 135, with the first temperature sensor 137 being located upstream of the heater 139, and the second temperature sensor 138 being located downstream of the heater 139.
A first temperature sensor 137 is configured to sense a temperature of the airflow upstream of the heater 139 and generate a first temperature signal, and a second temperature sensor 138 is configured to sense a temperature of the airflow downstream of the heater 139 and generate a second temperature signal.
The controller 112 calculates the size of the particles in the airflow based on the first temperature signal, the second temperature signal, and the electrical signal.
During the particle size detection operation, the heater 139 heats the air in the serpentine airflow channel, and the temperature of the air upstream and downstream of the heater 139 is different, and generally, the temperature detected by the first temperature sensor 137 is lower and the temperature detected by the second temperature sensor 138 is higher. The controller 112 can calculate the temperature difference between the air upstream and downstream of the heater 139 according to the temperatures detected by the two temperature sensors.
Therefore, a corresponding relation table between the temperature difference and the air flow rate may be stored in the controller 112, and the air flow rate in the current serpentine airflow channel may be obtained by querying the corresponding relation table, so as to obtain the air flow rate value in the current serpentine airflow channel. The controller 112 calculates the particle size based on the air flow value and the corresponding output electrical signal of the photoelectric sensor 132 after receiving the scattered light.
In the present embodiment, the air flow system is an air blowing structure disposed between the grinder 12 and the particle detector 13, the air blowing structure connects the particle outlet 122 of the grinder 12 and the particle inlet of the particle detector 13 through a pipeline, and provides an air flow along the direction from the particle outlet 122 of the grinder 12 to the particle inlet of the particle detector 13.
Wherein the controller 112 controls the second electromagnetic valve 15 to open when the particulate matter detecting device 13 detects that the particles in the air flow are equal to or smaller than 48 μm.
Conversely, when the particle detecting device 13 detects that the particle in the air flow is larger than 48 μm, the controller 112 controls the second electromagnetic valve 15 to open.
Wherein, generally speaking, when the traditional Chinese medicine is ground into 300 meshes, the traditional Chinese medicine can be well mixed in water, and the value corresponding to 300 meshes is 48 microns.

The feed port 121 is provided with a check valve to prevent particles from being discharged from the feed port 121.
Wherein, a stirring structure (not shown) is disposed in the mixing box 16, and the stirring structure is disposed at the top of the mixing box 16 for stirring the particles and the water in the mixing box 16.
The valve structure comprises a first control valve 17 and a second control valve 18, the mixing tank 16 is connected with the heating tank 111 through the first control valve 17, and is connected with the water outlet nozzle 113 through the second control valve 18.
