3. Shoe upper according to claim 2, characterized in that said foot bed (2) comprises: a front sole part (21) and a rear sole part (22); the front sole part (21) is in a downward concave arc shape.

4. A shoe with an upper as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that an outsole (4) is provided between the foot bed (2) and the sole (3), said outsole (4) being integrally connected to the foot bed (2) and the sole (3).

5. A shoe with an upper as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said sole (3) and said outsole (4) are shaped as an arc which is concave downwards in correspondence of said forefoot portion (21).

6. A shoe upper according to claim 5, wherein the bottom surface of the sole (3) is provided with anti-slip grooves (31).

7. A method for manufacturing a shoe upper according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the following manufacturing steps:

1) firstly, fixing the formed upper (1) and the footbed (2) on a shoe last, then putting the shoe last on an integrally poured mould, pouring a polyurethane material into the mould, and foaming and forming in the mould;
