Abstract
The invention discloses a system for intelligently controlling an LED bulb and a household appliance through voice, which comprises a mobile phone end, a voice control end and a voice control module, wherein the mobile phone end is used for receiving a voice command and converting the voice command into digital data; the BLE module is connected with the Bluetooth of the mobile phone end and receives the digital data; the BLE module is connected to the infrared transmitter and the LED module through hard wires; the BLE module corresponds to two PWM outputs according to the received digital data; the infrared emitter and the LED diode module respectively control the brightness of the household appliance and the LED diode through input PWM; the BLE module, the infrared emitter and the LED diode module are embedded into the LED bulb shell to form an LED bulb; a household appliance which receives control of the infrared signal from the infrared transmitter. The invention can avoid the network use risk, increase the safety and avoid the cost increased by using the router.

Technical Field

The remote controllers matched with the household appliances cannot be compatible with each other, and the use is inconvenient. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an intelligent voice control system for an LED bulb and a household appliance includes a mobile phone terminal 1, a BLE module 2, an infrared emitter and LED diode module 3, and a household appliance 4.
The mobile phone terminal 1 is used for receiving a voice instruction, converting the voice instruction into digital data, analyzing a voice command of a user by the mobile phone terminal 1, generating digital data which can be understood by the BLE module 2, and sending the digital data to the BLE module 2.
Specifically, a mobile phone terminal 1 (i.e., a smart phone) may be connected to a BLE module 2 through a bluetooth module of the mobile phone terminal 1 itself, i.e., perform bluetooth pairing to realize connection. The mobile phone terminal 1 can be generally embodied on an APP through a voice control interface or a user interface, receives a voice instruction of a user, analyzes the received voice instruction, converts the voice instruction into digital data, and sends the digital data to the BLE module 2. This can be done by current smartphones, and those skilled in the art can develop and implement the functionality disclosed herein.
The BLE module 2 is in communication connection with the mobile phone terminal 1 through Bluetooth and receives digital data sent by the mobile phone terminal 1; the BLE module 2 is connected to the infrared transmitter and the LED diode module 3 through a hard wire; the BLE module 2 may have two PWM outputs according to the received digital data, and the two PWM outputs are output to the infrared emitter and the LED diode module 3 for controlling the emission of the infrared signal of the household appliance 4 and controlling the brightness of the LED diode 6 on the LED diode 6 module.
The infrared emitter and LED diode module 3 respectively controls the emission of the infrared signal of the household appliance 4 and the brightness of the LED diode 6 on the LED diode 6 module through the input PWM. The infrared emitter comprises an infrared diode 7; the LED diode module includes an LED diode 6.
Specifically, after the BLE module 2 receives the digital data sent by the mobile phone terminal 1, the BLE module 2 translates or identifies the digital data, and performs corresponding operations according to the received digital data. The infrared emitter and LED diode module 3 is hard wired (english: hardwire) to the BLE module 2, and the BLE module 2 outputs through two PWM (pulse width modulation). As a specific embodiment, two PWM outputs, one modulation frequency is 5000Hz and the other modulation frequency is 38000 Hz. A PWM output of 38000Hz is used for the infrared signal of the infrared emitter and a PWM output of 5000Hz is used for the LED diode 6.
If the voice command sent by the user from the mobile phone terminal 1 is to control the brightness of the LED, the BLE module 2 outputs the voice command to the LED diode 6 module through PWM to turn on, turn off or dim the LED diode 6 after recognizing the voice command, and specifically, the LED diode 6 can be turned on, turned off or dimmed by controlling the brightness value. If the voice command of the user is to control the household appliance 4, the BLE module 2 transmits an infrared signal to the household appliance 4 through the control of the infrared transmitter. Of course, the household appliance 4 is equipped with an infrared receiver. The principle of the infrared control household appliance 4 is that the infrared emitter uses an infrared light emitting diode to emit infrared light waves modulated by pulse width; the infrared receiver converts the infrared light wave emitted by the infrared emitter into corresponding electric signals, and finally the driving circuit drives the execution circuit to realize the operation control of various instructions.
The BLE module 2, the infrared emitter and the LED diode module 3 are embedded into the LED bulb 5 shell to form the LED bulb 5; therefore, the system can be composed of the mobile phone end 1, the LED bulb 5 and the household appliance 4. The BLE module 2, the infrared emitter and the LED diode module 3 are embedded into the shell of the LED bulb 5 to form the LED bulb 5, so that the appearance of the LED bulb 5 is the same as that of the LED bulb 5 which is universal in the market, the installation is simple and direct, and the LED bulb 5 is plugged into a socket.
The household appliance 4, which is equipped with an infrared receiver, receives control of the infrared signal from the infrared transmitter, for example, controls the opening or closing of the household appliance 4.
As a preferred embodiment, see fig. 2, BLE module 2, infrared emitter and LED diode module 3 are integrated on one physical module. This physical module is circular on the whole, and BLE module 2 is square, and BLE module 2 is integrated in the middle part of physical module, and infrared emitter and LED diode module 3 are integrated in the other positions of physical module that are not occupied by BLE module 2. The infrared emitter and the LED diode module 3 may be driven by a transistor driving circuit. The physical module is an integrated circuit board, which may further be equipped with a battery or an AC to DC power supply (english) connected via a wire 8.
The BLE module 2 is a PCBA board integrated with bluetooth function, mainly composed of a chip, a PCB board and peripheral devices, generally having the attribute of a semi-finished product, and processed on the basis of the chip. In other words, BLE module 2 generally has characteristics of secondary development. The BLE module 2 currently has many models for secondary development, for example, model FSC-BT690, and adopts DA14531 chipset. Those skilled in the art can implement the BLE module 2 based on the functions disclosed in the present specification.
As a preferred mode, the user inputs a voice command in the training stage through the mobile phone terminal 1. Once the training phase is complete, only the user with the training instructions can activate it. Since the voice instruction is a voice input (recording) by the user, there is no limitation on the language.
The infrared data commands can be embedded into the APP of the upgradeable handset end 1.
Due to the fact that the BLE module 2, the infrared emitter and the LED diode module 3 are used, the LED bulb 5 and the household appliance 4 are controlled through voice input of the mobile phone end 1, the use of a router and a network is avoided, the use risk of the network can be avoided, the safety is improved, the technical effect of the cost increased by the use of the router is avoided, and the family intelligent experience is enjoyed in a low-cost and more convenient mode.
All existing home intelligent products are based on WIFI, routers are needed to work, all home routers can contain some devices, and a user is difficult to access the Internet through WIFI after installing some devices.
Existing voice control solutions on the market are either server based or DSP IC (DSP chip) based. Based on servers such as amazon's echo dot, google family, a huge investment in servers is required and limited to several languages. For those based on DSP chips, the additional cost and application is limited — only voice control and only one language.
But the invention is implemented based on BLE module 2 and does not require a router. The voice instruction is on cell-phone end 1's APP, and the connection is based on BLE module 2's communication connection, need not surf the net. The voice instructions may be user trained and defined (user recorded). It is applicable to all languages. 100% privacy is achieved and users do not have to worry about someone listening to them because there is no need to surf the internet.

the infrared emitter and the LED diode module respectively control the emission of an infrared signal of the household appliance and the brightness of an LED diode on the LED diode module through input PWM;
the LED bulb comprises an LED bulb shell, wherein a BLE module, an infrared emitter and an LED diode module are embedded into the LED bulb shell to form the LED bulb;
a household appliance which receives control of the infrared signal from the infrared transmitter.
