Example 1:
referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for sending data, where the method specifically includes:
s101, receiving opening request information, wherein the opening request information comprises information of a terminal and information of a card to be activated.
S102, according to the opening request information, determining the signed service of at least one card to be activated as a service to be selected, and sending the service to be selected to the terminal.
S103, receiving the service to be opened sent by the terminal, and sending the card data corresponding to the service to be opened to the terminal, wherein the service to be opened is one of the services to be selected.
In the method for sending data of the embodiment, the terminal can select the card service by sending the service to be selected to the terminal, so that the possibility that the working mode of the terminal is not matched with the card service is reduced, the situation that the data corresponding to the card service cannot be downloaded or cannot be used after being downloaded is reduced, the availability of the card service is greatly improved, and the user experience is improved.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 2, this embodiment provides a method for sending data, where the data may specifically be data of a card used by a terminal to help the terminal implement a communication function, such as a traffic card, a SIM (Subscriber Identity module) card, and the method specifically includes:
s201, receiving opening request information, wherein the opening request information comprises information of a terminal and information of a card to be activated.
The network side (such as a server of an operator) receives provisioning request information from a user, where the provisioning request information includes information (such as an identifier of a card to be activated) of a subscription card (i.e., a card to be activated) that the user wants to provision and information (such as an operating mode that the terminal can use) of a terminal using the subscription card.
The terminal refers to a machine with a communication function, such as a mobile phone, a smart watch and the like; the subscription card refers to a card (such as a mobile phone card and the like) which is purchased (or signed with an operator) by a user, but is not opened (or activated), and can help the terminal to realize a communication function.
S202, according to the opening request information, determining the signed service of at least one card to be activated as a service to be selected, and sending the service to be selected to the terminal.
The network side inquires the signed services of the card to be activated according to the information of the card to be activated in the opening request information, determines at least one of the signed services as the service to be selected according to the information of the terminal using the signed card, and sends all the services to be selected to the terminal.
Optionally, determining, according to the provisioning request information, that the signed service of the at least one card to be activated is a service to be selected (S202), which specifically includes:
s202, determining signed services with all corresponding card data compatible with at least one working mode of the terminal from all signed services of the card to be activated, and determining the signed services as the services to be selected.
The network side inquires the signed service when the user signs the card to be activated according to the information of the card to be activated, and determines the signed service, the card data corresponding to the service is compatible with any one working mode in all working modes of the terminal, from all the signed services of the card to be activated, and the service is the service to be selected.
That is, as long as the card data corresponding to the signed service is compatible with any one of the operation modes of the terminal, the signed service can be used as a service to be selected.
The fact that the card data corresponding to the signed service is compatible with any one working mode of the terminal means that when the terminal is in the working mode, the terminal can use the signed service or other signed services compatible with the card data corresponding to the signed service.
If the signed service is an independent card service, the terminal is a smart watch, and the working mode of the smart watch is an auxiliary terminal mode, it is obvious that the signed service is incompatible with the auxiliary terminal mode of the smart watch, but because an auxiliary card service compatible with the independent card service card data exists, the card data corresponding to the independent card service is compatible with the auxiliary terminal mode of the smart watch, and the independent card service can be used as a service to be selected of the smart watch.
The signed service, in which the corresponding card data is compatible with at least one working mode of the terminal, is used as the service to be selected in all the signed services in the card to be activated, so that the card data corresponding to each service in the service to be selected can be ensured to be compatible with at least one working mode of the terminal, the card data is ensured to be compatible with at least one working mode of the terminal, the condition that the data corresponding to the card service cannot be used after being downloaded is greatly reduced, and the availability of the card data corresponding to the service to be activated selected by the terminal is increased.
Optionally, before determining the service to be selected of the at least one terminal according to the opening request information (S202), the method further includes:
s2001, acquiring all signed services corresponding to the card to be activated and the other subscription cards, where, in all the signed services, the signed services whose service data are compatible with each other are a service sequence, and the other subscription cards and the card to be activated are the cards signed by the same user.
And S2002, determining that one service in each service sequence is the main option service of the service sequence, wherein the other services except the main option service in each service sequence use the card data corresponding to the data copy of the main option service card data.
When the user and the network side complete a subscription, the network side records specific information of the subscription, including information of a subscribed card (such as identification information of the card), a service subscribed by the card, a terminal working mode adapted to each subscribed service, and the like. At the same time, the card that has signed up becomes the card that has signed up.
As described above, the terminal operating mode adapted to the subscribed service means that the terminal can use the subscribed service when the terminal is in the operating mode.
For a user, the user can sign up for multiple subscription cards, and each subscription card corresponds to one or more signed-up services. In all signed services of a plurality of signed cards corresponding to one user, the signed services with mutually compatible card data can be a service sequence. And for each service sequence, determining one service as a main selection service, wherein the other services except the main selection service are redundant services.
That is to say, for a user, after the user completes signing with the network side, all signed services of all the signing cards of the user can be already divided into at least one service sequence, and after the network side receives an opening request of the user, only the service sequence which is already established is searched and the service to be selected is determined.
Of course, after the user signs up with the network side, the service sequence may also be established after receiving the activation request of the user without establishing the service sequence. That is, there is no clear sequence between step S201 and steps S2001, S2002, but these steps all precede step S202.
For a service sequence, the main option service and the redundant service card data can be compatible with each other, so that the card data only needs to be configured for the main option service, the redundant service only needs to use the data copy of the main option service card data, and the card data does not need to be configured again.
Before determining the service to be selected, all the services signed by the user are classified, that is, the services with compatible corresponding card data are placed in the same service sequence, that is, the data of the card services in the same service sequence are mutually compatible, so that one service sequence only needs one card data, and other services can use corresponding data copies.
S203, receiving a service to be opened sent by the terminal, and sending card data corresponding to the service to be opened to the terminal, wherein the service to be opened is one of the services to be selected.
After the network side sends the service to be selected to the terminal, the terminal selects one service from the service to be selected as the service to be opened, and sends the selected service to be opened to the network side.
And after receiving the service to be opened sent by the terminal, the network side sends the card data corresponding to the service to be opened to the terminal. Of course, if the service to be activated is the main option service, the card data configured for the main option service is sent, and if the service to be activated is the redundant service, the sender is a copy of the card data of the main option service corresponding to the main option service.
Optionally, after sending the card data corresponding to the service to be opened to the terminal (S203), the method further includes:
s204, if the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is incompatible with the current working mode of the terminal, sending a request for changing the current working mode to the terminal, wherein the request for changing the current working mode comprises the working mode of the terminal compatible with the card data corresponding to the service to be opened.
After the network side sends the card data corresponding to the service to be opened to the terminal, if the current working mode of the terminal is incompatible with the card data corresponding to the service to be opened, a request for changing the current working mode is sent to the terminal, and the request comprises the working mode of the terminal corresponding to the service to be opened.
If the service to be opened is an independent card service and an auxiliary card service compatible with the independent card service data does not exist, but the current working mode of the terminal is an auxiliary terminal mode, the service to be opened is incompatible with the current working mode of the terminal. The network side sends a request for changing the current working mode to the terminal, and requests the terminal to change the current working mode to be the independent terminal mode. After receiving the request, the terminal can change its working mode to an independent terminal mode.
Optionally, after sending the card data corresponding to the service to be opened to the terminal (S203), the method further includes:
and S2051, if the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is not compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, resending other services to be selected except the service to be opened to the terminal.
If the terminal does not agree to change the current working mode, or errors occur in the above steps, which results in that the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is incompatible with the current working mode of the terminal, the network side sends other services to be selected except the service to be opened to the terminal for the terminal to select.
And after receiving other services to be selected, the terminal selects one service from the services as a second service to be opened and sends the second service to be opened to the network side.
Of course, if only one service is to be selected, the data sending process is finished, and the step S201 is returned again, that is, the step of receiving the opening request information is performed.
And S2052, receiving the second service to be opened sent by the terminal, and sending the card data corresponding to the second service to be opened to the terminal.
And after receiving a second service to be opened sent by the terminal, the network side sends card data corresponding to the second service to be opened to the terminal.
If the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is incompatible with the current working mode of the terminal under some extreme conditions (such as errors in the information transmission process), the current working mode of the terminal can be modified to be a working mode compatible with the card data corresponding to the service to be opened, so that the card data corresponding to the service to be opened does not need to be retransmitted by the network side, transmission resources are saved, and user experience is improved;
if the terminal does not have a working mode which is compatible with the card data corresponding to the service to be opened, or the terminal refuses to modify the current working mode, other services to be selected except the service to be opened are sent to the terminal again for the terminal to select, so that the step of selecting and determining the services to be selected is reduced.
Further optionally, after the card data corresponding to the service to be provisioned is sent to the terminal (S203), the method further includes:
and S206, if the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, but the service to be opened is not the main selection service, replacing the service to be opened as the main selection service of the selection sequence.
If the card data corresponding to the service to be provisioned is compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, but the service to be provisioned is not the primary service of the service sequence where the service to be provisioned is located, that is, the card data corresponding to the service to be provisioned received by the terminal is the data copy of the card data corresponding to the primary service of the service sequence where the service to be provisioned is located, the service to be provisioned is marked as the primary service of the service sequence where the service to be provisioned is located, that is, the service to be provisioned is modified on the network side to be the primary service of the service sequence where the service is located, and the card data corresponding to other services of the service sequence where the service to be provisioned is changed into the data copy corresponding to the card data received by the terminal.
Further optionally, after sending the card data corresponding to the service to be provisioned to the terminal (S203), the method further includes:
and S207, if the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, but the service to be opened is not the main selection service, sending a request for changing the current working mode to the terminal, wherein the request for changing the current working mode comprises the working mode adaptive to the main selection service corresponding to the service to be opened.
If the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, but the service to be opened is not the main selection service of the service sequence in which the service to be opened is located, that is, the card data corresponding to the service to be opened received by the terminal is a data copy of the card data corresponding to the main selection service of the service sequence in which the service to be opened is located, a request for changing the current working mode is sent to the terminal, and the request comprises the working mode adapted to the main selection service of the service sequence in which the service to be opened is located.
If the terminal agrees to change the current working mode, the card data received by the terminal is used as the card data corresponding to the main selection service instead of sending the data to the terminal again because the main selection service is compatible with the redundant service data.
If the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, but the service to be opened is not the main selection service, that is, the card data received by the terminal is a data copy, the working mode of the terminal can be selected to be modified as the working mode corresponding to the main selection service, and the data copy received by the terminal is the card data corresponding to the main selection service, that is, the card data does not need to be sent again, so that the transmission resources are saved; on the other hand, the main selection service can be a service preferred by the user, and the user can be provided with a selection again by reminding the user to modify the working mode, so that the user can be helped to select a more preferred service, and the user experience is improved.
If the terminal does not have the working mode corresponding to the main selection service, or the terminal refuses to modify the working mode, the service to be opened can be directly used as the main selection service on the network side, and data does not need to be sent again, so that the use of transmission resources is also reduced.
Further optionally, after sending the card data corresponding to the service to be provisioned to the terminal (S203), the method further includes:
if the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, but the service to be opened is not adaptive to the current working mode of the terminal, sending a request for changing the current working mode to the terminal, wherein the request for changing the current working mode comprises the working mode adaptive to the service to be opened.
Of course, the service to be provisioned may also be directly changed to a service adapted to the terminal, that is, if the card data corresponding to the service to be provisioned is compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, but the service to be provisioned is not adapted to the current working mode of the terminal, the corresponding card data is compatible with the card data corresponding to the service to be provisioned, the signed service compatible with the current working mode of the terminal is the second service to be provisioned, and the card data corresponding to the service to be provisioned, which has been received by the terminal, is the card data corresponding to the second service to be provisioned.
Because the service to be opened is compatible with the service data, the card data corresponding to the service does not need to be sent to the terminal again, and the card data corresponding to the service to be opened can be directly used.
If the service to be provisioned is an attached card service, an independent card service compatible with the attached card service card data exists, and the current working mode of the terminal is an independent terminal mode, the card data corresponding to the service to be provisioned is compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, but the service to be provisioned is not compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, a request for changing the current working mode can be sent to the terminal, the request comprises the terminal working mode (i.e. the attached terminal mode) adapted to the service to be provisioned, and the terminal can change the current working mode to be the attached terminal mode.
Certainly, since the card data corresponding to the attached card service and the card data corresponding to the independent card service are compatible, the independent card service can also be directly opened, that is, the card data corresponding to the attached card service received by the terminal is used as the card data of the independent card service, and the independent card service is opened.
If the card data corresponding to the service to be opened is compatible with the current working mode of the terminal, but the service to be opened is not adaptive to the current working mode of the terminal, on one hand, the current working mode of the terminal can be modified; on the other hand, due to the compatibility of the card data, the received card data can be directly used as the card data corresponding to the service adaptive to the current working mode of the terminal, the service adaptive to the current working mode of the terminal is directly opened, the method is simple and quick, the waste of transmission resources is reduced, and the user experience is also improved.
Specifically, the following describes the above method specifically by taking the terminal T as the terminal currently used by the user, the current working mode of T as the independent terminal mode, and U as the card to be activated. The method for processing the service of the embodiment specifically includes:
a01, the network side receives the opening request information of the terminal T, which comprises all the working modes of the terminal T and the specific identification information of U.
And A02, the network side inquires the signed service corresponding to the U according to the specific identification information of the U, and inquires that the signed service corresponding to the U is an attached card service A, an independent card service B and a home planning card service C, wherein the card data corresponding to the A and the B are compatible.
And A03, the network side judges that A and B are suitable for the terminal T according to the working mode of the terminal T.
And A04, the network side sends A and B to a terminal T for selection by T, and T selects A and sends the A back to the network side.
And A05, the network side receives the information which is sent by the terminal side and selects A, and sends the card data corresponding to A to the terminal T.
A06, after receiving the card data corresponding to A, the terminal T finds that the data is compatible with the current working mode (independent terminal mode), but A is not compatible with the current working mode.
And A07, the terminal selects to switch the working mode of the terminal to an auxiliary terminal mode compatible with A.
A08 may also be that the network side sends the service to be selected (i.e., B) except a to the terminal T, and the terminal T selects B as the second service to be selected.
