Abstract
The disclosure provides a method and a device for cloud resource application, relates to the technical field of information, and can solve the problem that data cannot be automatically synchronized and operation risks cannot be controlled in the cloud resource application process. The cloud resource application method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure comprises the following steps: receiving a cloud resource application of a user, and sending application information of the cloud resource application to a cloud platform system server; receiving cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information returned by the cloud platform system server; receiving an approval request which is initiated by a user and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information; and acquiring an approval result of the approval request, and sending the approval result to the cloud platform system server.
Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the field of information technology, and in particular relates to a method and a device for cloud resource application.
Background
The cloud platform is a widely used technical product, and can provide cloud resources such as calculation, storage, network and the like for users according to the demands of the users. The application, approval and execution processes of the cloud resource are generally implemented in the cloud platform system. In the cloud platform, a user logs in by the identity of a tenant, and can apply for cloud resources in a self-service mode; the cloud resource application of the user generates a cloud resource demand order in the cloud platform system, and the order can be executed in effect immediately or after approval by an administrator. This process can be recorded, tracked and post-audit in the form of orders within the cloud platform system. However, in some industries or enterprises, there are special regulations for the flows of application, approval, etc. of cloud resources. Taking the financial industry as an example, the cloud resource application has a strict internal management flow considering the factors of safety, supervision, compliance, risk control and the like, and the management flow may be already realized through an internal management system. For example, multi-level approval processes have been built in an IT service management (IT Service Management, ITSM) system according to the information technology infrastructure library (Information Technology Infrastructure Library, ITIL) theory. Because the management system and the cloud platform system are mutually independent, the internal flow in the cloud platform and the approval flow of the management system are disjointed, and the data flow, the information flow and the control flow cannot be opened, so that the data cannot be automatically synchronized, manual processing is required, and the operation risk cannot be controlled.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a method and a device for cloud resource application, which can solve the problem that cloud resource application data cannot be automatically synchronized and operation risks cannot be controlled in related technologies. The technical scheme is as follows:
according to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a method for cloud resource application, applied to a management system server, the method including: receiving a cloud resource application of a user, and sending application information of the cloud resource application to a cloud platform system server; receiving cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information returned by the cloud platform system server; receiving an approval request of the cloud resource demand information initiated by a user; and acquiring an approval result of the approval request, and sending the approval result to the cloud platform system server.
In some embodiments, the application information of the cloud resource application includes: user information and application number information. The cloud resource demand information includes: application number, user demand, resource information, and change time information.
According to the cloud resource application method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, cloud resource application information of the management system can be synchronized into the cloud platform system, approval can be performed in the management system according to resource demand information fed back by the cloud platform system, and approval results are fed back to the cloud platform system for execution. The fusion of the approval/change process realized in a self-service mode in the cloud platform and the approval/change process in the management system is realized, and the data flow, the information flow and the control flow in the two platforms are communicated; therefore, the problems that the approval process of the cloud platform and the approval process of the management system are mutually disjointed, the data cannot be automatically synchronized, and the operation risk cannot be controlled are solved.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a method for applying for cloud resources, applied to a cloud platform system server, the method including: receiving application information of a cloud resource application sent by a management system server; according to cloud resource selection of a user, generating cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information; sending cloud resource demand information to a management system server; receiving an approval result which is sent by a management system server and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information; and determining whether cloud resource allocation is executed according to the approval result.
In some embodiments, the above method further comprises: after cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information is generated according to cloud resource selection of a user, cloud resources corresponding to the cloud resource demand information are reserved.
In some embodiments, the method further includes sending the cloud resource allocation result to the management system server.
In some embodiments, determining whether to perform cloud resource allocation based on approval result information includes: when the approval result is passing, cloud resources are allocated to the user; and when the approval result is that the cloud resource fails, releasing the reserved cloud resource.

According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an embodiment of the present application further provides a device for applying for cloud resources, which is applied to a management system server, and is characterized in that the device includes: the cloud resource application system comprises a receiving module and a sending module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a cloud resource application of a user; the application information of the cloud resource application is sent to a cloud platform system server through the sending module; the receiving module is further configured to receive cloud resource requirement information corresponding to the application information returned by the cloud platform system server, receive an approval request of the cloud resource requirement information initiated by a user, and obtain an approval result of the approval request, and the sending module is further configured to send the approval result to the cloud platform system server.
According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an embodiment of the present application further provides a device for applying for cloud resources, which is applied to a cloud platform system server, and is characterized in that the device includes: the device comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a sending module; the receiving module is used for receiving application information of cloud resource application sent by the management system server; the processing module is used for generating cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information according to cloud resource selection of a user; the sending module is used for sending the cloud resource demand information to the management system server; the receiving module is also used for receiving an approval result which is sent by the management system server and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information; and the processing module is also used for determining whether cloud resources are allocated or not according to the approval result.
According to the technical scheme, the industry or enterprise cloud resource approval management flow and the bottom layer fusion of the cloud platform self-service flow can be realized, the cloud platform self-service flow is embedded in the approval flow of the management system, and the data flow, the information flow and the control flow in the two platforms are communicated in an automatic mode, so that the data can be automatically synchronized, the control flow can be automatically flowed, and the aims that the change in the cloud platform can be tracked, traced back and safe and controllable are achieved. And the method meets the requirement of supervision on the control of the changed operation risk, and realizes the balance of flexibility and safety.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples are not representative of all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with some aspects of the present disclosure as detailed in the accompanying claims.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a cloud resource application method. As shown in fig. 1, the cloud resource application method includes the following steps:
101. the management system server receives a cloud resource application of a user;
102. the management system server sends application information of the cloud resource application to the cloud platform system server;
103. the management system server receives cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information returned by the cloud platform system server;
104. the management system server receives an approval request which is initiated by a user and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information;
105. and the management system server acquires the approval result of the approval request and sends the approval result to the cloud platform system server.
In some embodiments, the process approval system based on the management system server may also be referred to as a management system, an approval system, a process management system, a process platform, an ITSM system, and the like. The processing system based on the cloud platform system server is called a cloud platform system. In some embodiments, the application information of the cloud resource application in step 102 may be generated by the management system server according to the cloud resource application of the user and sent to the cloud platform system server, where the application information of the cloud resource application may include user information and application form number information. In some embodiments, the management system may automatically jump to the cloud platform system after receiving cloud resource application generation cloud resource application information of the user. The management system synchronizes application information of the user cloud resource application to the cloud platform system and automatically jumps to the cloud platform system; the user can select the resources to be applied in the cloud platform system in a self-service mode, and also can select the time for enabling the cloud resources to be effective. And after the user resource requirements are submitted, the cloud platform system server sends corresponding cloud resource requirement information to the management system server. In some embodiments the cloud resource requirement information may include an application number, a user requirement, resource application information, change time information, and the like.
In some embodiments, the cloud platform system server sends the corresponding cloud resource demand information to the management system server, the cloud platform system can automatically jump to the management system, the user submits an approval request corresponding to the resource demand information in the management system, and the management system performs approval according to a preset approval level and flow. After the approval result is determined, the management system sends the approval result to the cloud platform system. The approval result may be approval or approval failure.
According to the cloud resource application method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, cloud resource application information of the management system can be synchronized into the cloud platform system, approval can be performed in the management system according to resource demand information fed back by the cloud platform system, and approval results are fed back to the cloud platform system for execution. The method realizes the bottom fusion of the approval changing process realized in a self-service mode in the cloud platform and the approval changing process in the management system, and the data flow, the information flow and the control flow in the two platforms are communicated; therefore, the problems that the approval process of the cloud platform and the approval process of the management system are mutually disjointed, the data cannot be automatically synchronized, and the operation risk cannot be controlled are solved.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides another method for applying for cloud resources. As shown in fig. 1, the cloud resource application method includes the following steps:
201. the cloud platform system server receives application information of a cloud resource application sent by the management system server;
202. the cloud platform system server generates cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information according to cloud resource selection of a user;
203. the cloud platform system server sends the cloud resource demand information to the management system server;
204. the cloud platform system server receives an approval result which is sent by the management system server and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information;
205. and the cloud platform system server determines whether to execute cloud resource allocation according to the received approval result.
In some embodiments, the cloud platform system server may further reserve corresponding cloud resources for the user when generating cloud resource demand information corresponding to the user application information according to the cloud resource selection of the user. For example, the user has applied for 5TB storage, and the cloud platform marks the 5TB storage in the storage pool as reserved, preventing resources from being occupied by other users. In some embodiments, the cloud platform system server may further send a cloud resource allocation result to the management system server.
In step 205, if the approval result is passed, the cloud platform system server allocates cloud resources for the user. If the approval result is that the cloud platform system server does not pass, the cloud platform system server does not allocate cloud resources for the user, and if the cloud resources are reserved for the user before, the reserved cloud resources are released.
According to the cloud resource application method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the cloud platform system can synchronize cloud resource application information of the management system, and resource demand information generated by cloud resource demands selected by a user in the cloud platform system can be fed back to the management system; and then, executing the application result according to the result of approval corresponding to the resource demand information sent by the management system. Based on the cloud resource application method provided by the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the cloud resource application method is further described below with reference to an interaction diagram of the management system and the cloud platform system. Fig. 3 is a schematic interaction diagram of a management system and a cloud platform system provided in an embodiment of the disclosure, and referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, a user submits a cloud resource application through a management system 301, where the management system 301 may be an ITSM system. In the ITSM, the cause of the change, the scheme of the change, the approval process of the change, and the execution process are generally managed in accordance with the request for change management of the ITIL. In some embodiments, in the ITSM flow platform, the type of "cloud platform change" can be added beyond the original change type. The user applies for cloud resources by submitting 'cloud platform change' as a demand party of the cloud resources. After receiving the cloud resource application of the user, the management system 301 synchronizes the application information to the cloud platform system 302, and can automatically jump to the cloud platform system 302, the user can enter the cloud platform system 302 in a single sign-on mode, select the resources to be applied in a self-service mode, and also can select the time for enabling the cloud resources to be effective (also referred to as changing time). After the user resource requirement is submitted, the cloud platform system obtains information of a configuration management database (Configuration Management Database, CMDB) through an interface, and specifically can comprise a system list and the like. The cloud platform system server transmits the corresponding cloud resource demand information back to the management system 301. In some embodiments, the cloud resource requirement information may be summary information in PDF format, and may include an application number, a user requirement, resource application information, change time information, and the like. In some embodiments, the server of the cloud platform system 302 may further reserve a corresponding cloud resource for the user in generating cloud resource demand information corresponding to the user application information according to the cloud resource selection of the user, so as to prevent the resource from being occupied by other users. In some embodiments, the cloud platform system 302 may automatically jump to the management system 301, where the user submits an approval request corresponding to the resource requirement information in the management system 301, and the management system performs approval according to a preset approval level and flow. After the approval result is determined, the management system 301 sends the approval result to the cloud platform system 302. If the approval result is passed, the server of cloud platform system 302 allocates cloud resources for the user. If the approval result is that the cloud platform system 302 does not pass, the server of the cloud platform system does not allocate cloud resources for the user, and if the cloud resources have been reserved for the user before, the reserved cloud resources are released. In some embodiments, the server of cloud platform system 302 may allocate cloud resources for the user by the cloud platform within a specified time, which may include invoking an application for resources by computing, storing, networking, etc. interfaces, and invoking an interface of the CMDB to update the CMDB, e.g., adding newly created virtual machine information in the CMDB. In some embodiments, the server of cloud platform system 302 may automatically feed back the execution results to the management system, which automatically displays the change results in the change order.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the bottom fusion of the industry or enterprise cloud resource approval management flow and the cloud platform self-service flow can be realized, the cloud platform self-service flow is embedded in the approval flow of the management system, and the data flow, the information flow and the control flow in the two platforms are communicated in an automatic mode, so that the data can be automatically synchronized, the control flow can be automatically flowed, and the aims of traceability, safety and controllability of the change in the cloud platform are realized. And the method meets the requirement of supervision on the control of the changed operation risk, and realizes the balance of flexibility and safety.
Based on the method of cloud resource application described in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the following embodiments of the apparatus of the present disclosure may be used to execute the embodiments of the method of the present disclosure.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a device for cloud resource application, which can be applied to a management system server. As shown in fig. 4, the cloud resource application apparatus 400 includes: a receiving module 401 and a transmitting module 402. The receiving module 401 is configured to receive a cloud resource application of a user; the application information of the cloud resource application is sent to a cloud platform system server through the sending module; the receiving module 401 is further configured to receive cloud resource requirement information corresponding to the application information returned by the cloud platform system server, receive an approval request of the cloud resource requirement information initiated by a user, and obtain an approval result of the approval request; the sending module 402 is further configured to send the approval result to the cloud platform system server.
In some embodiments, the application information of the cloud resource application may be generated by the management system server according to the cloud resource application of the user and sent to the cloud platform system server through the sending module 402. The application information of the cloud resource application may include user information and application form number information. In some embodiments, the management system may automatically jump to the cloud platform system after the receiving module 401 receives the cloud resource application generation cloud resource application information of the user. The receiving module 501 is configured to receive application information of a cloud resource application sent by a management system server; the processing module 502 is configured to generate cloud resource requirement information corresponding to the application information according to cloud resource selection of a user; the sending module 503 is configured to send the cloud resource requirement information to the management system server; the receiving module 501 is further configured to receive an approval result corresponding to the cloud resource requirement information sent by the management system server; the processing module 502 is further configured to determine whether to allocate cloud resources according to the approval result.
In some embodiments, after generating cloud resource requirement information corresponding to the user application information according to the cloud resource selection of the user, the processing module 502 may further reserve corresponding cloud resources for the user.
In some embodiments, if the approval results are passed, the processing module 502 is further configured to allocate cloud resources for the user. If the approval result is that the cloud resource does not pass, the processing module 502 does not allocate the cloud resource for the user, and if the cloud resource has been reserved for the user before, the reserved cloud resource is released.

Based on the method of cloud resource application described in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a computer readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like. The storage medium stores computer instructions for executing the cloud resource application method described in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 to 3, which are not described herein.
Other embodiments of the disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the disclosure disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any adaptations, uses, or adaptations of the disclosure following, in general, the principles of the disclosure and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice within the art to which the disclosure pertains.
It is to be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the precise arrangements and instrumentalities shown in the drawings, and that various modifications and changes may be effected without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the present disclosure is limited only by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method for cloud resource application, applied to a management system server, characterized in that the method comprises: a user submits a cloud resource application at a management system server, receives the cloud resource application of the user, and generates application information of the cloud resource application according to the cloud resource application;
the application information of the cloud resource application is sent to a cloud platform system server and is jumped to a cloud platform system;
a user selects resources to be applied in a self-service mode in a cloud platform system, and selects time for enabling the cloud resources to take effect;
according to cloud resource selection of a user, generating cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information, and sending the cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information to a management system server by a cloud platform system and jumping to a management system;
receiving cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information returned by the cloud platform system server; receiving an approval request which is initiated by a user and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information;
the management system performs approval according to a preset approval level and flow;
and acquiring an approval result of the approval request, and sending the approval result to the cloud platform system server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the application information of the cloud resource application includes: user information and application number information.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the cloud resource demand information includes: application number, user demand, resource information, and change time information.
4. The method for applying for cloud resources is applied to a cloud platform system server and is characterized by comprising the following steps: receiving application information of a cloud resource application sent by a management system server; a user selects resources to be applied in a self-service mode in a cloud platform system, and selects time for enabling the cloud resources to take effect; generating cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information according to cloud resource selection of a user; the cloud resource demand information is sent to the management system server and is jumped to a management system;
the management system receives cloud resource demand information which is returned by the cloud platform system server and corresponds to the application information; receiving an approval request which is initiated by a user and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information;
the management system performs approval according to a preset approval level and flow;
obtaining an approval result of the approval request and sending the approval result to the cloud platform system server;
receiving an approval result which is sent by the management system server and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information; and determining whether cloud resource allocation is executed according to the approval result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after generating cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information according to the cloud resource selection of the user, the method further comprises: and reserving cloud resources corresponding to the cloud resource demand information.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising sending the execution result of the cloud resource to the management system server.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein determining whether to perform cloud resource allocation based on the approval result information comprises: and when the approval result is passing, cloud resources are allocated to the user.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein determining whether to perform cloud resource allocation based on the approval result information comprises: and when the approval result is that the cloud resource fails, releasing the reserved cloud resource.
9. A device for cloud resource application, applied to a management system server, characterized in that the device comprises: the cloud resource application system comprises a receiving module and a sending module, wherein the receiving module is used for a user to submit a cloud resource application at a management system server, receiving the cloud resource application of the user and generating application information of the cloud resource application according to the cloud resource application;
the application information of the cloud resource application is sent to a cloud platform system server through the sending module and is jumped to a cloud platform system;
a user selects resources to be applied in a self-service mode in a cloud platform system, and selects time for enabling the cloud resources to take effect;
according to cloud resource selection of a user, generating cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information, and sending the cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information to a management system server by a cloud platform system and jumping to a management system;
the receiving module is further used for receiving cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information returned by the cloud platform system server, receiving an approval request corresponding to the cloud resource demand information initiated by a user, and enabling the management system to approve the cloud resource demand information according to a preset approval level and flow and to acquire an approval result of the approval request;
and the sending module is also used for sending the approval result to the cloud platform system server.
10. A device for applying for cloud resources, which is applied to a cloud platform system server, and is characterized in that the device comprises: the device comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a sending module;
the receiving module is used for receiving application information of cloud resource application sent by the management system server;
the processing module is used for selecting resources to be applied for in a self-service mode in the cloud platform system by a user, and selecting time for enabling the cloud resources to take effect; generating cloud resource demand information corresponding to the application information according to cloud resource selection of a user;
the sending module is used for sending the cloud resource demand information to the management system server and jumping to a management system;
the receiving module is also used for receiving cloud resource demand information which is returned by the cloud platform system server and corresponds to the application information by the management system; receiving an approval request which is initiated by a user and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information; the management system performs approval according to a preset approval level and flow; obtaining an approval result of the approval request and sending the approval result to the cloud platform system server; receiving an approval result which is sent by the management system server and corresponds to the cloud resource demand information;
and the processing module is also used for determining whether to execute cloud resource allocation according to the approval result.
