Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic invoices, in particular to an electronic invoice generating device and a system, wherein the electronic invoice generating device comprises: the communication module is used for acquiring billing information and sending the generated electronic invoice; the encryption module is used for carrying out encryption processing on the invoicing information by using a national encryption algorithm to generate ciphertext data; the storage module is used for storing the billing information and the ciphertext data; and the processing module is used for generating the electronic invoice according to the billing information and the ciphertext data. The electronic invoice generating device provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the invoice information, performs state secret algorithm encryption processing on the invoice information to obtain the ciphertext, generates the electronic invoice according to the invoice information and the ciphertext and transmits the electronic invoice.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic invoices, in particular to an electronic invoice generating device and system.
Background
The invoice is a text issued by a seller to a buyer in economic activities, the content comprises the name, quality and agreement price of a product or service provided for the buyer, the invoice has the elements of paying by the seller according to agreed conditions, necessarily comprising date and quantity, an important certificate for accounting, an original basis for accounting, and important basis for tax payment and law enforcement inspection of auditing agencies, tax agencies and other business activities of all units and individuals who buy and sell commodities, provide or receive services and conduct other business activities.
The invoices at the present stage are still more in paper invoices, are uniformly printed by the national tax authority and are applied for purchase by taxpayers. With the rapid development of economy and the increasing prosperity of economic activities, the printing quantity of paper invoices is larger and larger, and huge resource consumption is caused; the traditional paper invoices are not convenient to circulate, and if the paper invoices made on the internet need to be sent to a purchaser in a mailing mode, the business cost of a merchant is higher and higher; the paper invoice is easy to imitate, buy and sell, falsely open and the like due to the fixed and visible style; and the appearance of electronic invoices can solve the existing problems to a certain extent.
However, the electronic invoice issuing commonly used in the market needs to be completed on a computer of a merchant, and in this way, the computer occupies the space of a counter, and computer purchasing can increase the cost of the merchant to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide an electronic invoice generating apparatus and system.
The embodiment of the present invention is implemented as follows, and an electronic invoice generating apparatus includes:
the communication module is used for acquiring billing information and sending the generated electronic invoice;
the encryption module is used for carrying out encryption processing on the invoicing information by using a national encryption algorithm to generate ciphertext data;
the storage module is used for storing the billing information and the ciphertext data;
and the processing module is used for generating the electronic invoice according to the billing information and the ciphertext data.
In one embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic invoice generating system, where the electronic invoice generating system includes:
the client is used for acquiring invoice information and sending the invoice information to the server;
the server is used for receiving the invoice information sent by the client and matching the invoice information to generate invoicing information, and sending the generated invoicing information to the electronic invoice generating device in the embodiment of the invention; and
the electronic invoice generating device.
The electronic invoice generating device provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the invoice information, encrypts the invoice information by a state-secret algorithm to obtain a ciphertext, generates the electronic invoice according to the invoice information and the ciphertext and transmits the electronic invoice.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It will be understood that, as used herein, the terms "first," "second," and the like may be used herein to describe various elements, but these elements are not limited by these terms unless otherwise specified. These terms are only used to distinguish one element from another. For example, a first xx script may be referred to as a second xx script, and similarly, a second xx script may be referred to as a first xx script, without departing from the scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of an electronic invoice generation apparatus provided in one embodiment, the electronic invoice generation apparatus including:
the communication module 101 is used for acquiring billing information and sending generated electronic invoices;
the encryption module 102 is configured to perform cryptographic algorithm encryption processing on the billing information to generate ciphertext data;
the storage module 103, the storage module 103 is used for storing the billing information and the ciphertext data;
and the processing module 104, wherein the processing module 104 is configured to generate the electronic invoice according to the billing information and the ciphertext data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the communication module 101 is used to communicate with other ends of the system, where the communication includes a wired form, a wireless form, and a mixed form of the two, and as to which way the communication is implemented, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in particular. In the embodiment of the present invention, the communication module 101 may be implemented by using a hardware module with a communication function provided in the prior art, which can be purchased directly from the market, and the present invention does not relate to the improvement of the structure of the communication module 101 itself, so the specific structure of the communication module 101 is not described in detail.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the encryption module 102 encrypts the billing information by using a cryptographic algorithm to generate ciphertext data. The national cryptographic algorithm is directly applied in the prior art, and the automatic encryption processing of the billing information is realized through the arrangement of the encryption module 102, so that the labor cost is greatly saved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the storage module 103 is configured to store the ticket opening information and the ciphertext data. It should be understood that the storage may be long-term storage or temporary storage, the long-term storage means that after the generation of the electronic invoice is completed, the related information is still stored in the storage module 103, and the temporary storage means that after the generation of the electronic invoice is completed, the related information of the electronic invoice generated this time is erased from the system. The storage module 103 in the embodiment of the present invention has at least a temporary storage function, and preferably, may further have a long-term storage function. It can be understood that the purpose of storage is to facilitate the transfer and circulation of relevant data among the modules, so as to realize the orderly cooperation among the modules.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the modules may be integrated and disposed in a casing, and the apparatus may further include an auxiliary structure such as a power supply and an indicator light. This is an optional specific implementation manner, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the processing module 104 is configured to generate the electronic invoice according to the invoicing information and the ciphertext data. It can be understood that the generation here refers to operations of correspondingly arranging the billing information and the ciphertext data according to a preset format.
The electronic invoice generating device provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the invoice information, encrypts the invoice information by a state-secret algorithm to obtain a ciphertext, generates the electronic invoice according to the invoice information and the ciphertext and transmits the electronic invoice.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the communication module 101 communicates with a client and a tax bureau terminal;
the communication module 101 is configured to obtain the billing information from the client, and send the generated electronic invoice to the client and the tax bureau terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, a communication module 101 is communicated with a client and a tax bureau terminal, wherein the communication with the client comprises the steps of obtaining invoicing information and sending a generated electronic invoice to the client; the communication with the tax bureau terminal is to push the electronic invoice to the tax authority, thereby realizing the supervision and tracking of related units or personal tax payment.
In the electronic invoice generating device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the communication module 101 is communicated with the client and the tax bureau terminal, so that the electronic invoice can be conveniently pushed, and a user and a tax administration can conveniently acquire corresponding ticket data.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic invoice generating apparatus further includes a control module, and the control module is connected to the communication module 101, the encryption module 102, the storage module 103, and the processing module 104, and is configured to control operations of the respective modules.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electronic invoice generating device further comprises a control module, and the control module is used for controlling the coordination work among the modules, realizing the coordination work among the modules and enabling the whole electronic invoice generating device to operate as a whole with ordered work.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an electronic invoice generating system, which comprises:
the client 201 is used for acquiring invoice information and sending the invoice information to the server 202;
the server 202 is configured to receive the invoice information sent by the client 201, match the invoice information to generate invoicing information, and send the generated invoicing information to the electronic invoice generating apparatus 203 according to the embodiment of the present invention; and
the electronic invoice generating device 203.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the client 201 may be a terminal different from the existing device, and the terminal communicates with the server 202 in a wired or wireless manner, and of course, the client 201 may also be integrated into the existing device, for example, in combination with a mobile phone, a two-dimensional code recognition device, a code scanning gun, a face recognition device, and the like. Furthermore, it is to be understood that the client 201 is provided with at least one, and preferably a plurality of clients.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server 202 mainly plays roles of data transfer and arrangement of invoice information to obtain invoicing information which can be used for generating electronic invoices.
In the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to the content of the foregoing embodiment for the explanation of the electronic invoice generating apparatus 203, which is not repeated herein.
The electronic invoice generating system provided by the embodiment of the invention completes the issuing of the electronic invoice through the mutual cooperation of the client 201, the server 202 and the electronic invoice generating device 203, does not need to occupy hardware of a merchant, and reduces the cost of the merchant.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the client 201 is further configured to automatically identify the goods and/or services information, and determine the invoice information according to the identification result and the obtained taxpayer information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the client 201 further has an automatic identification function, where the automatic identification includes, but is not limited to, two-dimensional code identification, barcode identification, image contrast identification, and the like, and the identification is intended to automatically enter information of goods and/or services without manual entry by a user.
In the electronic invoice generating system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the client 201 also has an automatic identification function, so that the automatic input of the commodity and/or service information can be realized, the complicated manual input is avoided, and the electronic invoice generating system is convenient and quick.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the server 202 comprises:
a communication unit, configured to receive the invoice information sent by the client 201, and send the generated invoice information to the electronic invoice generating device 203;
and the matching unit is used for matching the invoice information to generate invoicing information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the communication unit mainly completes the functions of transmitting, receiving, and transmitting information and data, and therefore, the embodiment of the present invention is not described in detail.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server 202 further includes a matching unit, where the matching unit is used to match invoice information, for example, a user provides a company name, and the server 202 can automatically match corresponding information such as tax number and address; if the user provides a name of a commodity, the server 202 may determine a corresponding merchant according to the location of the user, so as to match information of the corresponding merchant.
In the electronic invoice generating system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the server 202 comprises the communication unit and the matching unit, and the matching unit can be arranged to avoid the user from inputting complicated invoicing information, so that the time of the user is saved, the operation is simple and convenient, and the practicability is high.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the matching unit includes:
the commodity matching subunit is used for matching the merchant and the commodities;
the invoicing party information matching subunit is used for matching the invoicing party information;
and the checking subunit is used for checking the information matched by the commodity matching subunit and the invoicing party information matching subunit.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the matching unit includes a commodity matching subunit, which is used to match merchants and commodities, and this matching may be implemented by the location of information upload, for example, the user is directed to invoice information uploaded by a specific commodity, and the server 202 may determine, according to the location where the user uploads, a corresponding merchant that provides the commodity, so as to automatically match corresponding merchant information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the matching unit further includes an invoicing party information matching subunit, configured to match the invoicing party information, where the matching may match the complete invoicing party information with a part of content in the invoice information uploaded by the user, for example, by providing a company name to automatically match a corresponding tax number and account.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the matching unit further includes a checking subunit, where the checking subunit is configured to check the matching result of each matching subunit, where the checking includes automatic checking and returning to the client 201, and the user performs checking in a peer-to-peer manner.
In the electronic invoice generating system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the matching unit comprises a commodity matching subunit, an invoicing party information matching subunit and a checking subunit, and the automatic matching and checking of the invoicing information can be realized through the setting of the subunits, so that the accuracy of the invoicing information is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic invoice generating system further includes a tax bureau terminal, and the tax bureau terminal is in communication with the electronic invoice generating apparatus 203, and is configured to obtain and store the electronic invoice.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the system further includes a tax bureau terminal, and the tax bureau terminal is configured to receive and store the electronic invoice generated by the electronic invoice generating device 203, so as to provide the tax bureau with corresponding tax payment supervision and tracking.
The electronic invoice generating system provided by the embodiment of the invention also comprises a tax bureau terminal, and the electronic invoice can be received and stored by the tax bureau terminal, so that the monitoring and tracking of tax payment are realized.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the embodiments of the present invention are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in various embodiments may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

1. An electronic invoice generating apparatus, characterized in that the electronic invoice generating apparatus comprises:
the communication module is used for acquiring billing information and sending the generated electronic invoice;
the encryption module is used for carrying out encryption processing on the invoicing information by using a national encryption algorithm to generate ciphertext data;
the storage module is used for storing the billing information and the ciphertext data;
and the processing module is used for generating the electronic invoice according to the billing information and the ciphertext data.
2. The electronic invoice generating device of claim 1, wherein the communication module communicates with a client and a tax authority terminal;
the communication module is used for acquiring the billing information from the client and sending the generated electronic invoice to the client and the tax bureau terminal.
3. The electronic invoice generating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a control module connected with the communication module, the encryption module, the storage module and the processing module for operation control of the respective modules.
4. An electronic invoice generation system, characterised in that it comprises:
the client is used for acquiring invoice information and sending the invoice information to the server;
the server is used for receiving the invoice information sent by the client, matching the invoice information to generate invoicing information and sending the generated invoicing information to the electronic invoice generating device according to any one of claims 1-7; and
the electronic invoice generating device.
5. The electronic invoice generating apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that the client is also used for automatic recognition of goods and/or services information and determining the invoice information according to the recognition result and the obtained taxpayer information.
6. The electronic invoice generating apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that the server comprises:
the communication unit is used for receiving the invoice information sent by the client and sending the generated invoice information to the electronic invoice generating device;
and the matching unit is used for matching the invoice information to generate invoicing information.
7. The electronic invoice generating apparatus according to claim 6, characterised in that the matching unit comprises:
the commodity matching subunit is used for matching the merchant and the commodities;
the invoicing party information matching subunit is used for matching the invoicing party information;
and the checking subunit is used for checking the information matched by the commodity matching subunit and the invoicing party information matching subunit.
8. The electronic invoice generating apparatus of claim 4, wherein the electronic invoice generating system further comprises a tax bureau terminal, the tax bureau terminal being in communication with the electronic invoice generating apparatus for obtaining and storing the electronic invoice.
