a plurality of heat exchange tubes 10 are arranged in the laminated plate 3 in parallel with the main flame retardant plate 5, a main water inlet tube 11 is communicated with one ends of the heat exchange tubes 10, a main water outlet tube 12 is communicated with the other ends of the heat exchange tubes 10, a plurality of pairs of heat taking plates 13 are respectively vertically extended from the laminated plate 3 and positioned at two sides of the inserting groove 4 and clamped at two sides of the main flame retardant plate 5, a main water outlet connector 14 is arranged at the end part of the main water outlet tube 12, and a main water inlet connector 15 is arranged at the end part of the main water inlet tube 11;
in the specific implementation process, the wall thickness of the heat exchange tube 10 is less than 0.5mm and is integrally formed with the layered plate 3, cooling water is introduced through the main water inlet joint 15, heat generated during the operation of the storage battery pack is absorbed through the heat exchange tube 10 of the scattered part and is used as cleaning water in winter, the heat exchange tube 10 and the whole layered plate 3 are integrally designed, the whole layered plate 3 is used as a heat absorption exchange plate, meanwhile, the heat taking plate 13 is arranged on the upper part to increase the heat exchange area, and heat exchange water is shunted to each heat exchange tube 10 from the main water inlet tube 11 and then is discharged from the main water outlet joint 14 of the main water outlet tube 12 and is used for storing and storing water for subsequent utilization;

in the specific implementation process, the placing basket 17 is a frame with an opening at the top end and is of a woven net structure, the placing basket is fixed on the upper wall of the top plate 16 through an angle plate 18 and a fastening bolt 19, the top plate 16 is buckled at the top end of the supporting column 2 through a sleeve groove 20, so that the supporting frame is sealed, dust prevention and top protection are provided, and meanwhile, the placing basket at the top can be used as an article containing structure, so that the space utilization rate and the functionality of equipment are increased;
as can be seen from fig. 1 to 5 of the specification, the moving assembly includes: two pairs of support legs 23, two pairs of support pads 24 and two pairs of universal wheels 25, the connection relationship and the position relationship of which are as follows;
two pairs of support legs 23 are arranged on the bottom surface of the placing rack 1, two pairs of support pads 24 are connected to the bottom ends of the two pairs of support legs 23 through threads, and two pairs of universal wheels 25 are arranged on one sides of the two pairs of support legs 23;
in the specific implementation process, when the placing rack 1 needs to be moved, the supporting pad 24 is retracted into the supporting leg 23 by rotating the supporting pad 24, then the supporting pad is moved by the universal wheel 25, and when the placing rack is fixed, the supporting pad 24 is in threaded rotation contact with the ground to support;
in summary, the storage battery with the flame-retardant and fireproof protection function is based on the existing storage battery, the installation space of the external frame is utilized, the grid-type fireproof frame is used for separating the storage batteries, the fireproof strength is improved, and the operation safety of the equipment is enhanced.

Claims (9)
1. A multifunctional storage battery with a flame-retardant fireproof protection function comprises a placing frame (1), two pairs of moving assemblies, a heat collecting assembly and a top placing structure, and is characterized in that the placing frame (1) is a rectangular structural frame, the bottom of the placing frame is a rectangular structural steel plate, two pairs of supporting columns (2) are arranged at four corners of the placing frame (1), a plurality of layered plates (3) are arranged between the two pairs of supporting columns (2) from top to bottom, a plurality of battery packs are respectively placed on the layered plates (3), a flame-retardant packing structure is arranged between each battery pack, the two pairs of moving assemblies are mounted on the bottom surface of the placing frame (1), the heat collecting assembly is sleeved outside the placing frame (1), and the top surface of the placing frame (1) is provided with a top surface placing structure;
the flame retardant packing structure includes: a plurality of inserting grooves (4), a plurality of main flame retardant plates (5), a plurality of auxiliary flame retardant plates (6), an outer fireproof wall plate (7), a heat-sensitive sensor (8) and an alarm (9);
the laminated board (3) is provided with a plurality of inserting grooves (4), a plurality of main flame retardant plates (5) are inserted into the inserting grooves (4), a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the top surfaces of the main flame retardant plates (5) at the same interval, a plurality of auxiliary flame retardant plates (6) are inserted into the clamping grooves, the auxiliary flame retardant plates (6) and the main flame retardant plates (5) are arranged in a rectangular structure in a staggered mode to divide the laminated board (3) into a plurality of rectangular empty grooves, a plurality of battery packs are placed in the rectangular empty grooves, the outer fireproof wallboard (7) is a rectangular lantern ring and is installed on the laminated board (3), heat-sensitive sensors (8) are arranged in the rectangular empty grooves, and the alarm (9) is installed on one side of the laminated board (3) and connected with the heat-sensitive sensors (8);
the heat collection assembly includes: the heat exchanger comprises a plurality of heat exchange pipes (10), a main water inlet pipe (11), a main water outlet pipe (12), a plurality of heat collecting plate pairs (13), a main water outlet joint (14) and a main water inlet joint (15);
have a plurality of heat exchange tubes (10) with main fire-retardant board (5) parallel arrangement in layering board (3), total inlet tube (11) and a plurality of heat exchange tube (10) one end intercommunication, total outlet pipe (12) and a plurality of heat exchange tube (10) other end intercommunication, it extends a plurality ofly to getting hot plate (13) centre gripping in main fire-retardant board (5) both sides respectively perpendicularly to just be located cartridge groove (4) both sides on layering board (3), total outlet pipe (12) tip is equipped with total water swivel (14), total inlet tube (11) tip is equipped with total water swivel (15).

The multifunctional battery pack with flame retardant and fire protection functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top placement structure comprises: the device comprises a top plate (16), a placing basket (17), two pairs of angle plates (18), a plurality of fastening bolts (19) and two pairs of sleeve grooves (20);

The multifunctional storage battery pack with flame-retardant and fireproof functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of threaded holes arranged in an annular structure are formed in two pairs of support pillars (2) at the same interval, a plurality of fixing seats (21) are sleeved outside the plurality of threaded holes, and a plurality of positioning bolts (22) are annularly arranged on the plurality of fixing seats (21) and connected in the plurality of threaded holes.

The multifunctional storage battery pack with flame retardant and fireproof functions as claimed in claim 3, wherein two pairs of sleeves are arranged at four corners of the layered plate (3) and sleeved on the two pairs of support columns (2), and the bottom surface of the layered plate (3) is supported by the fixing seat (21).

The multifunctional storage battery pack with the functions of flame retardance, fire protection and protection as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of the secondary flame retardant plates (6) are provided with sleeve grooves (20) matched with the wall thickness of the primary flame retardant plate (5).

8. The multifunctional battery pack with flame retardant and fire protection functions as claimed in claim 2, wherein the placing basket (17) is a top open frame of a rectangular structure and is a woven mesh structure.

The multifunctional battery pack with flame-retardant and fireproof protection functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ends of the primary flame-retardant plates (5) and the secondary flame-retardant plates (6) are respectively provided with a plurality of connecting pins (26) connected with the outer fireproof wall plate (7).
