The first through hole 331 is disposed on the sliding path of the sliding member 340, and the sidewall 815 of the sliding member 340 and the sidewall 815 of the connecting member 310 form a seal therebetween, so that waste of the bulk wine can be avoided.
The sliding member 340 may be configured to have a certain thickness, which is the height of the sliding member 340 in the first direction i, and when configured, the thickness of the sliding member 340 may be greater than or equal to the length of the first through hole 331 in the first direction i, so that the first through hole 331 can be quickly closed.
The connecting member 310 may specifically include a central tube 330 and a connecting tube 320, the connecting tube 320 is sleeved outside the central tube 330, the connecting tube 320 and the central tube 330 are spaced apart from each other, a liquid guiding channel 350 is formed between the connecting tube 320 and the central tube 330, the sliding member 340 may be located in the liquid guiding channel 350, the first through hole 331 is disposed on the central tube 330, the sliding member 340 is annular, an outer wall thereof matches with an inner wall of the connecting tube 320, and an inner wall thereof matches with an inner wall of the central tube 330, the embodiment is exemplified by the connecting tube 320 and the central tube 330 having a circular cross section, in other embodiments, the cross sections of the connecting tube 320 and the central tube 330 may be set to have other shapes such as a rectangle or a circle, or the cross sections of the connecting tube 320 and the central tube 330 may have different shapes. When the inner sleeve 420 pushes the sliding part 340 to slide along the first direction I, after the sliding part 340 passes through the position of the first through hole 331, the first channel 450 is communicated with the liquid guide channel 350, the second channel 421 is communicated with the second tank body 200 through the first through hole 331, the position of air entering the second tank body 200 is different from the position of bulk wine entering the first tank body 100 in the second tank body 200, the air inlet channel and the liquid conveying channel in the second tank body 200 are independent from each other and do not influence each other, so that the vacuum in the second channel 421 can be effectively prevented from being sucked into the first channel 450 immediately after entering the second tank body 200, and the discharging speed of the bulk wine can be greatly improved.
The first through hole 331 may be disposed at a first end of the central tube 330, the second end of the central tube 330 may be disposed with the fastening portion 322, the connecting tube 320 may be disposed with the fastening groove 321, the fastening portion 322 is fastened in the fastening groove 321, the second elastic member 360 may be sleeved outside the central tube 330, one end of the second elastic member 360 abuts against the fastening portion 322, and the other end of the second elastic member 360 abuts against the sliding member 340, so that the sliding member 340 has a tendency of moving away from the fastening portion 322.
The outer wall of the connecting pipe 320 can be provided with external threads to be matched with the second tank body 200, the connecting mode is convenient to disassemble and assemble and has good sealing performance, and the connecting pipe 320 and the second tank body 200 can be connected in a clamping or transition matching mode.
The diameter of the connecting pipe 320 at the opening 818 of the second can 200 may be smaller than the diameter of the portion thereof located inside the second can 200, and the outer diameter of the sliding member 340 is smaller than the maximum diameter of the central pipe 330 and larger than the minimum diameter of the central pipe 330, so that the sliding member 340 does not slip out of the range of the connecting pipe 320 when moving in the second direction ii.
Further, the inner wall of the portion of the connecting pipe 320 located in the second tank 200 may be arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped portion protrudes towards the outside, so that when the sliding member 340 slides towards the inside of the second tank 200, the bulk wine may also flow out through the gap between the sliding member 340 and the connecting pipe 320.
Accordingly, the diameter of the first end of the central tube 330 may be larger than the diameter of the second end thereof, and the inner diameter of the sliding member 340 may be larger than or equal to the minimum diameter of the central tube 330 and smaller than the maximum diameter of the central tube 330, so that the sliding member 340 does not slip out of the range of the central tube 330 when moving in the second direction ii. The mutual cooperation between the central tube 330 and the connecting tube 320 in this shape respectively limits the inner side and the outer side of the sliding member 340, so that the sliding member 340 is more stable and the sealing performance between the sliding member 340 and the connecting member 310 can be further enhanced.
The central tube 330 may be configured to be stepped, that is, a circular boss is disposed at the first end of the central tube 330, so that the sealing performance between the sliding member 340 and the central tube 330 can be ensured while the sliding member 340 is prevented from sliding out of the central tube 330, and of course, when the sliding member 340 abuts against the first end of the central tube 330, the sealing performance between the sliding member 340 and the central tube 330 can be further improved, thereby preventing wine leakage.
Since the sliding member 340 needs to slide back and forth between the connecting tube 320 and the central tube 330 and to maintain the sealing property with the connecting tube 320 and the central tube 330 at any time in the process, the sliding member 340 may be made of a material having a good sealing property, such as rubber.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments of the present embodiment, an intermediate connection 370 may be further disposed between the sliding member 340 and the second elastic member 360, since the sliding member 340 is made of a material with good sealing performance, the sliding member 340 has a certain flexibility, the second elastic member 360 directly acts on the sliding member 340, which may cause uneven stress, and the intermediate connection 370 may uniformly transmit the elastic force of the second elastic member 360 to the sliding member 340, so as to improve the sealing performance between the sliding member 340 and the connection pipe 320 as well as the central pipe 330.
The middle connecting piece 370 can be further provided with a circle of convex parts 371, the convex parts 371 are arranged in a ring shape, the convex parts 371 can be attached to the inner wall of the connecting pipe 320 and the outer wall of the central pipe 330, and the arrangement of the convex parts 371 can enable the middle connecting piece 370 and the sliding piece 340 to be more stable when sliding and avoid inclination.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, an ejecting portion 423 may be disposed at an end of the inner sleeve 420 facing the central tube 330, the ejecting portion 423 is annular, the ejecting portion 423 is communicated with the second channel 421, an inner diameter of the ejecting portion 423 is an extension of the second channel 421, an outer diameter of the ejecting portion 423 matches with an inner diameter of the outer sleeve 410 to form the first channel 450, the inner diameter of the ejecting portion 423 may be larger than the outer diameter of the central tube 330, and the outer diameter of the ejecting portion 423 may be set to be smaller than the inner diameter of the connecting tube 320. When the slider 340 and the inner sleeve 420 slide along the first direction i, the first channel 450 can smoothly communicate with the fluid guide channel 350, and the second channel 421 can communicate with the first through hole 331.
The outer sleeve 410 is provided with a second through hole 411, the first tank 100 and the first channel 450 can be communicated through the second through hole 411, the inner sleeve 420 can be provided with a first necking part 422, the first necking part 422 is positioned at the position where the inner sleeve 420 corresponds to the second through hole 411, the first necking part 422 is positioned on the side wall 815 of the inner sleeve 420, and the first necking part 422 and the ejecting part 423 are arranged at intervals. When the inner sleeve 420 is located at the initial position, the first choke portion 422 is completely located in the first channel 450, and at this time, the first choke portion 422 and the second through hole 411 may be communicated or not, after the inner sleeve 420 slides for a certain distance along the first direction i, when the second channel 421 is communicated with the first through hole 331, one end of the first choke portion 422 close to the ejector 423 is communicated with the liquid guide channel 350, and one end of the first choke portion 422 far from the ejector 423 is communicated with the second through hole 411, at this time, the second through hole 411 is communicated with the liquid guide channel 350 through the first choke portion 422.
In order to facilitate installation of the inner sleeve 420 and the outer sleeve 410 and avoid the second through hole 411 from being blocked due to relative rotation between the inner sleeve 420 and the outer sleeve 410, a plurality of first necking parts 422 can be provided, the plurality of first necking parts 422 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner sleeve 420, and the distance between two adjacent first necking parts 422 is smaller than the diameter of the second through hole 411, so that the inner sleeve 420 cannot block the second through hole 411 even if relative rotation occurs between the outer sleeve 410 and the inner sleeve 420. Further, the first choke portion 422 may be disposed in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the inner sleeve 420.
In the present embodiment, the inner sleeve 420 and the outer sleeve 410 are in transition fit, and the first throat portion 422 and the inner wall of the outer sleeve 410 form the first channel 450 therebetween.
The outer sleeve 410 is provided with a first hole 413 and a second hole 414 which are communicated with each other, the diameter of the first hole 413 is larger than that of the second hole 414, the diameter of the second hole 414 is equal to the outer diameter of the inner sleeve 420 so as to form transition fit with the inner sleeve 420, the diameter of the first hole 413 is larger than or equal to that of the ejection part 423, and the ejection part 423 is positioned in the first hole 413. When the inner sleeve 420 slides towards the second direction ii, after the first choke portion 422 completely enters the second hole 414, the inner sleeve 420 closes the first channel 450, when the inner sleeve 420 slides towards the first direction i, the ejection portion 423 pushes the central tube 330 to slide for a certain distance, the liquid guiding channel 350 can be communicated with the first hole 413, and at this time, a part of the first choke portion 422 slides into the first hole 413, and at this time, the first channel 450 is also communicated with the first hole 413, so that the second hole 411 is communicated with the liquid guiding channel 350, and the flow path of the bulk wine is as follows: second can 200-channel 350-first hole 413-first channel 450-second channel 421-first can 100.
A sealing ring 460 can be arranged on the outer sleeve 410, the sealing ring 460 can be arranged in the first hole 413 and used for being matched with the ejection part 423, a second necking part 424 can be arranged on the ejection part 423, the second necking part 424 can be annular along the circumferential direction of the ejection part 423, the sealing ring 460 is sleeved on the periphery of the second necking part 424, when the inner sleeve 420 slides along the second direction ii, the top wall of the second necking part 424 is abutted with the sealing ring 460 to form sealing, and when the inner sleeve 420 slides along the first direction i, after the top of the second necking part 424 is separated from the sealing ring 460, a channel for bulk wine to flow is arranged between the second necking part 424 and the sealing ring 460, and the channel can ensure that the liquid guide channel 350 is communicated with the first hole 413.
A sealing line may be provided on the top of the sealing ring 460, and when the second tank 200 is mounted on the pressure relief diversion structure 400, the sealing line on the top of the sealing ring 460 may abut against the connecting pipe 320, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the bulk wine when entering the first hole 413 along the liquid guiding pipe.
Further, a gap 461 may be disposed on the sealing ring 460, the gap 461 is recessed along the radial direction of the sealing ring 460, and the inner diameter of the sealing ring 460 may be equal to the outer diameter of the ejecting part 423 at the second throat part 424, so that a transition fit is formed between the sealing ring 460 and the ejecting part 423, which may make the sliding of the ejecting part 423 more stable. The notches 461 may be provided in one or more as desired.
The setback depth of the second necking portion 424 may be greater than or equal to the recessed depth of the gap 461 in the radial direction of the sealing ring 460, so that when the top wall of the second necking portion 424 abuts against the sealing ring 460, the top wall of the second necking portion 424 can completely cover the gap 461 on the sealing ring 460, thereby forming a tight seal.
The top wall of the second choke portion 424 may be a slope, and the top surface of the sealing ring 460 may also be a slope matching with the slope, so that the contact area between the ejection portion 423 and the sealing ring 460 may be increased, thereby enhancing the sealing property.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, the diameter of the ejection portion 423 may be larger than the diameter of the second hole 414, the sealing ring 460 may be installed at an end of the first hole 413 facing away from the second hole 414, and the height of the ejection portion 423 may be set to be equal to the length of the first hole 413, that is, when the top wall of the second necking portion 424 on the ejection portion 423 tightly interferes with the sealing ring 460, the bottom surface of the ejection portion 423 may be located right at the step formed between the first hole 413 and the second hole 414, so that the ejection portion 423 may form a further seal for the connection between the outer sleeve 410 and the inner sleeve 420, thereby preventing air from entering.
The first hole 413 may be formed in a shape with a gradually changing diameter, that is, the diameter of the first hole 413 is gradually reduced along the second direction ii, so that the bulk wine is prevented from being accumulated in the first hole 413 in a large amount, and meanwhile, the first hole 413 in the shape may allow the bulk wine to rapidly flow into the first channel 450, and in addition, since the diameter of the first hole 413 near the end of the control structure 300 is larger, the bulk wine flowing out of the second tank 200 may more easily flow into the first hole 413.
In some embodiments of this embodiment, the pressure relief and diversion structure 400 further comprises an inflation valve and a pressure relief valve, both of which are communicated with the second channel 421, when the wine adding step is performed, the second tank 200 is reversely buckled to the pressure relief and diversion structure 400, then the inner sleeve 420 is pushed by the cylinder 440 to communicate the second tank 200 with the first tank 100, and at the same time, the inflation valve inflates the second tank 200 through the second channel 421 to increase the speed of the bulk wine entering the first tank 100 from the second tank 200, when the first tank 100 is filled with sufficient bulk wine, the inflation valve injects a large amount of gas into the second tank 200, which results in an increase in the pressure inside the second tank 200, which is unfavorable for the transportation and installation of the second tank 200, and at the same time, in the case that the second tank 200 is communicated with the first tank 100, the gas may also result in an increase in the pressure inside the first tank 100, this is not conducive to the operation of the wine vending apparatus, so that when the bulk wine in the second tank 200 enters the first tank 100, the inflation valve is closed and the pressure relief valve is opened, and then the excess gas in the first tank 100 and the second tank 200 can be exhausted to ensure that the pressure in the tanks and the second tank 200 is equal to the outside pressure.
The pressure relief and flow guiding structure 400 further comprises a cylinder air compressor and an inflation air compressor, wherein the cylinder air compressor is connected with the cylinder 440 and used for controlling the action of the cylinder 440, the position of the inner sleeve 420 is also indirectly controlled, and the inflation air compressor is connected with an inflation valve and used for inflating towards the inside of the second channel 421.
In addition, a wine pump can be arranged between the first tank 100 and the wine outlet valve, and the wine pump provides power for the wine outlet action.
Referring to fig. 36 to 38, in some embodiments of the present embodiment, the wine selling rack 600 has a wine selling cavity 630, and a fixing member 620 is disposed on the wine selling rack 600, the fixing member 620 includes a positioning plate 621 and a dust shielding plate 622, the dust shielding plate 622 is disposed annularly around the circumference of the positioning plate 621 and forms the wine outlet 610, the positioning plate 621 is disposed with a plurality of positioning holes 6211, the positioning holes 6211 are all communicated with the wine outlet 610, the positioning holes 6211 are in one-to-one correspondence with the wine outlet valves, each wine outlet valve is correspondingly mounted in one positioning hole 6211, and the output end of the wine outlet valve passes through the positioning hole 6211 and then extends into the wine outlet 610 to fix each wine outlet valve by using the positioning plate 621, so as to prevent the wine outlet valve from shifting due to problems such as the flow rate and pressure of bulk wine when wine is taken out, thereby preventing the bulk wine from being spilled.
The wine selling rack 600 may further be provided with a receiving tray 700, the receiving tray 700 is located in the wine selling cavity 630, and the receiving tray 700 is located at a position corresponding to the wine outlet 610 on the wine selling rack 600, referring to fig. 31 to 33, the receiving tray 700 includes at least two mounting areas 710, the at least two mounting areas 710 are sequentially arranged along the height direction of the receiving tray 700, the mounting area 710 located at the lower part is communicated with the bottom wall 812 of the mounting area 710 located at the upper part, and the bottom wall 812 of each mounting area 710 is provided with a liquid leakage hole 720.
More than two mounting areas 710 can be respectively used for mounting different containers 640, after the containers 640 are mounted on the corresponding mounting areas 710, the containers 640 can be fixed, the condition that the containers 640 are inclined when wine is output is avoided, the mounting areas 710 of the receiving tray 700 are arranged according to the positions of the wine outlets 610 of the wine selling rack 600, when the containers 640 are mounted on the mounting areas 710, the inlets of the containers 640 are just aligned with the wine outlets 610 of the wine selling rack 600, so that bulk wine in the wine selling rack 600 can directly enter the containers 640, the condition that the bulk wine is scattered is avoided, and when the bulk wine is scattered under some special conditions, the bulk wine can flow away from the liquid leakage openings 742 on the bottom wall 812 of the mounting areas 710, the bulk wine is prevented from being stacked on the receiving tray 700, the sanitation of the receiving tray 700 is guaranteed, and troubles caused to subsequent customers can also be avoided, customer experience can be effectively improved.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a container 640 for matching with the bearing disc 700, the container 640 is detachably matched with the bearing disc 700, the container 640 can be placed at the mounting area 710 on the bearing disc 700 and then forms a clamping fit with the mounting area 710.

The central lines of all the mounting areas 710 can be arranged in a superposed manner, when the containers 640 are manufactured, namely when the various containers 640 are mounted in the corresponding mounting areas 710, the central lines of the inlets of the various containers 640 are superposed, and the central lines of the various containers pass through the wine outlets 610 of the wine selling rack 600, so that the inlets of the containers 640 can be just positioned below the wine outlets 610 of the wine selling rack 600 by utilizing the identification pairing between the containers 640 and the mounting areas 710, and the wine is convenient to fill.

At least two accommodating grooves 741 are disposed in the accommodating portion 740, the at least two accommodating grooves 741 are located on the same straight line, and the accommodating groove 741 located below is communicated with the bottom wall 812 of the accommodating groove 741 located above. The accommodating grooves 741 are provided in a plurality of sizes, so that more kinds of containers 640 can be placed in the accommodating grooves, and the containers 640 with various specifications can be processed during production and manufacturing to contain white spirits with different weights, so that convenience can be brought to customers. The arrangement of the metal ball valve enables the bulk wine in the first tank 100 to enter the first pipeline 110 only from the first tank 100 and not to flow back to the first tank 100 from the first pipeline 110, so that the problem caused by backflow of the bulk wine can be effectively avoided.
The metal ball valve can be installed at any position on the first pipe 110, and can ensure that all the bulk wine in the first pipe 110 cannot flow back into the first tank 100, in this embodiment, the metal ball valve can be installed outside the first tank 100, and the metal ball valve is located between the first tank 100 and the wine pump.

The wine selling device according to claim 1, wherein the first tank body is provided with a pressure relief flow guide structure, the pressure relief flow guide structure comprises an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve, the outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve, a first channel communicated with the first tank body is formed between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, the outer sleeve is connected with the inner sleeve in a sliding mode, the inner sleeve is slid to enable the first channel to be opened or closed, the inner sleeve is provided with a second channel used for ventilation, the second matching portion is located on the outer sleeve, and when the first matching portion is matched with the second matching portion, the first channel and the second channel can be communicated or disconnected with the second tank body by sliding the inner sleeve.

The wine vending apparatus of claim 2, wherein the second tank is provided with a control structure, the control structure includes a connecting member and a sliding member, the connecting member is mounted to the second tank, the first engaging portion is located at an end of the connecting member extending out of the second tank, the sliding member is slidably connected to the connecting member, the sliding member is slid to open or close the second tank, a sliding path of the sliding member is identical to a sliding path of the inner sleeve, and when the sliding member and the inner sleeve are both slid in a first direction, the second tank is communicated with the first passage and the second passage.

The wine selling device of claim 3, wherein the connecting piece includes a central tube and a connecting tube, the connecting tube is mounted to the second tank, the first engaging portion is located at an end of the connecting tube extending out of the second tank, the connecting tube is sleeved outside the central tube, a liquid guiding channel is formed between the connecting tube and the central tube, a first through hole is formed in the central tube, the central tube is communicated with the second tank through the first through hole, the sliding member is located in the liquid guiding channel, when the sliding member and the inner sleeve slide in a first direction, the first channel is communicated with the liquid guiding channel, and the second channel is communicated with the first through hole.

The wine selling device according to claim 1, wherein the wine selling rack is provided with a fixing member, the fixing member comprises a positioning plate and a dust shielding plate, the dust shielding plate is annularly arranged around the circumference of the positioning plate and forms the wine outlet, the positioning plate is provided with a plurality of positioning holes, the positioning holes are communicated with the wine outlet, the output ends of the wine outlet valves are correspondingly arranged in the positioning holes, and the output ends of the wine outlet valves penetrate through the positioning holes and then extend into the wine outlet.

The wine selling device of claim 6, further comprising a wine leakage handling structure, wherein the wine leakage handling structure comprises a collecting tray, a conduit, a wine storage box and a sensor, the collecting tray and the wine storage box are communicated through the conduit, the sensor is mounted in the conduit, and the collecting tray is located below the wine outlet.
8. The wine vending apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a weight sensor supported below the drip tray.

The wine vending apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first tank is provided with a one-way wine outlet structure, the one-way wine outlet structure comprising a first pipe, a second pipe and a metal ball valve, the first pipe and the second pipe being respectively mounted to the first tank, the metal ball valve being located on the first pipe, the metal ball valve allowing fluid to flow out of the first tank only along the first pipe.

A wine vending apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said frame is provided with a support assembly, said support assembly including a slide plate and a support structure, said slide plate being slidably connected to said frame, said support structure being pivotally connected to said slide plate, a free end of said support structure being flush with a bottom of said frame when said support structure is opened, said first tank being disposed on said slide plate.
