Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a system, and a storage medium for recommending a product.
Background
The car insurance sales is one of the main businesses of 4S stores, and the problem of repeated switching and repeated inquiry among a plurality of inquiry systems often occurs in the process of serving customers, because the insurance of the customers is purchased from different organizations, the customers need to know the previous purchase information and then make targeted recommendation, but in the case that the customers cannot provide accurate information, the inquiry process takes a lot of time.

In a fifth aspect, the present application provides a computer program product comprising program instructions for performing any of the product recommendation methods described in the first aspect and the preferred examples of the first aspect when the program instructions are executed by a computing device.
In a sixth aspect, the present application provides a system on a chip comprising a processor configured to perform the functions recited in the above aspects, such as generating, receiving, sending, or processing data and/or information recited in the above methods.
In one possible design, the system-on-chip further includes a memory for storing necessary program instructions and data. The chip system may be formed by a chip, or may include a chip and other discrete devices. The processor and the memory may be decoupled, disposed on different devices, connected in a wired or wireless manner, or coupled on the same device.

The technical solutions in the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The technical scheme shown in the application is mainly used for the 4S shop service staff to carry out insurance service on the customer, more information can be obtained in a short time, and better user experience is provided for the customer, referring to fig. 1, the product recommendation method disclosed by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps:
s101, acquiring client coding information;
s102, carrying out data communication with a plurality of servers to obtain first insurance information corresponding to the client coding information;
s103, analyzing the acquired first insurance information to obtain characteristic group information, wherein the characteristic group information comprises category information and price information, and the number of the characteristic group information is one or more;
s104, performing data communication with the plurality of servers again according to the characteristic group information to acquire a plurality of second insurance information associated with the characteristic group information; and
and S105, generating selection information, wherein the selection information comprises first insurance information and a plurality of second insurance information related to the first insurance information.
The content in step S101 is to obtain information related to the customer, where the information may be an identification number, a product contract number that has been purchased, a service number, an invoice number, or the like, which can form a strong association with the customer, so as to enable accurate query in multiple servers.
It should be understood that the usage scenario of the method is precise retrieval, and therefore, the method is essentially different from the fuzzy retrieval, and accurate information must be provided to be able to continue the following steps.
The content in step S102 is retrieved from a plurality of servers according to the client code information obtained in step S101, and it should be understood that these servers belong to different companies and may be understood as belonging to different server groups, rather than in the same server group, that is, there is no correlation between any two servers.
By searching in these servers, first insurance information corresponding to the customer's coded information, which is the insurance that the customer has purchased, can be obtained. The inquiry mode does not need a customer to provide detailed purchase information, and meanwhile, service personnel do not need to inquire in a plurality of insurance inquiry systems, so that the inquiry time can be effectively shortened.
Assuming an application scenario, a client can only recall part of purchase information, and for a service person, switching between inquiry systems of different insurance companies is required, data of each insurance company is certainly not communicated, so that multiple searches are required to obtain required information, and obviously, the experience of the method is poor for both the service person and the client.
When the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is used for searching, only one piece of key information needs to be provided by a client, the client can automatically search in the query systems of a plurality of insurance companies to obtain the needed information, the query time is short, and the experience sense is better.
Referring to fig. 2, in step S103, the first insurance information acquired in step S102 is analyzed to obtain feature group information, which is used as search information during a search and includes two parts, namely category information corresponding to an insurance category and price information corresponding to a sale price.
The number of the feature group information is determined according to the number of the first insurance information, and the first insurance information are the same in number, namely, each first insurance information corresponds to one feature group information. It should be understood that the number of first insurance information is also uncertain, either one or more, since the client may purchase one or more insurance.

The selection information is composed of two parts of first insurance information and a plurality of second insurance information associated with the first insurance information, wherein the first insurance information is purchased by the customer, and the second insurance information is a selection range provided for the customer.
It should be understood that when the number of the first insurance information is plural, the second insurance information has plural groups, the number of the groups is the same as the number of the first insurance information, and the number of the second insurance information in each group is plural.
From the perspective of the customer, the user can know the insurance bought by the user and the insurance similar to the insurance, namely, the user can select to continue the insurance and also can select to replace the insurance, so that the user experience is more perfect.
Referring to fig. 3, as a specific embodiment of the display content identification method provided by the application, a method for screening second insurance information is optimized, and the method mainly includes the following steps:

It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. For example, the first time window and the second time window are merely to show different time windows. It will be appreciated that the memory in the embodiments of the subject application can be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or can include both volatile and nonvolatile memory.
The non-volatile memory may be ROM, Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), Erasable PROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or flash memory.
Volatile memory can be RAM, which acts as external cache memory. There are many different types of RAM, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double data rate SDRAM (DDR SDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synclink DRAM (SLDRAM), and direct memory bus RAM.
The processor mentioned in any of the above may be a CPU, a microprocessor, an ASIC, or one or more integrated circuits for controlling the execution of the program of the method for transmitting feedback information. The processing unit and the storage unit may be decoupled, and are respectively disposed on different physical devices, and are connected in a wired or wireless manner to implement respective functions of the processing unit and the storage unit, so as to support the system chip to implement various functions in the foregoing embodiments. Alternatively, the processing unit and the memory may be coupled to the same device.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a computer-readable storage medium, which includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned computer-readable storage media comprise: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the scope of protection of the present application is not limited by the embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A method for recommending products, comprising:
acquiring client coding information;
carrying out data communication with a plurality of servers to acquire first insurance information corresponding to the client coding information;
analyzing the acquired first insurance information to obtain characteristic group information, wherein the characteristic group information comprises category information and price information, and the number of the characteristic group information is one or more;
carrying out data communication with the plurality of servers again according to the characteristic group information to obtain second insurance information associated with the characteristic group information, wherein the second insurance information is multiple in number; and
selection information is generated, wherein the selection information comprises first insurance information and a plurality of second insurance information associated with the first insurance information.
2. The product recommendation method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring interval information corresponding to the price information; and
and carrying out data communication with a plurality of servers according to the interval information to obtain second insurance information associated with the first insurance information, wherein the price information in the second insurance information is within the range of the interval information.
3. The product recommendation method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
carrying out data communication with a plurality of servers through the acquired customer code information to acquire the insurance information corresponding to the customer code information;
obtaining first recommendation information associated with the client coding information according to the insurance information, wherein the first recommendation information comes from a plurality of servers;
screening the first recommendation information according to the first insurance information to obtain unpurchased information associated with the customer code information; and
the third insurance information is inserted into the selection information.
4. The product recommendation method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
acquiring vehicle type information corresponding to the client code information according to the client code information;
acquiring second insurance information associated with the vehicle type information according to the vehicle type information, wherein the second insurance information comes from a plurality of servers;
comparing the second insurance information with the first insurance information, and screening out the part different from the first insurance information to obtain third insurance information; and
the third insurance information is inserted into the selection information.
5. A product recommendation device, comprising:
a first obtaining unit for obtaining the client code information;
the second acquisition unit is used for carrying out data communication with the plurality of servers and acquiring first insurance information corresponding to the client coding information;
the third acquisition unit is used for analyzing the acquired first insurance information to obtain characteristic group information, wherein the characteristic group information comprises category information and price information, and the number of the characteristic group information is one or more;
the fourth acquisition unit is used for carrying out data communication with the plurality of servers again according to the characteristic group information to acquire a plurality of second insurance information associated with the characteristic group information; and
the information processing apparatus includes a generating unit configured to generate selection information including first insurance information and a plurality of second insurance information associated with the first insurance information.
6. The product recommendation device of claim 5, further comprising:
a fifth acquiring unit configured to acquire section information corresponding to the price information; and
and the sixth acquisition unit is used for carrying out data communication with the plurality of servers according to the interval information and acquiring second insurance information associated with the first insurance information, wherein the price information in the second insurance information is within the range of the interval information.
7. A product recommendation device as claimed in claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
the sixth acquisition unit is used for carrying out data communication with the plurality of servers through the acquired client code information and acquiring the insurance information corresponding to the client code information;
a seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to the offer information, first recommendation information associated with the client code information, where the first recommendation information is from multiple servers;
the first screening unit is used for screening the first recommendation information according to the first insurance information to obtain unpurchased information associated with the customer code information; and
a first inserting unit for inserting the non-purchase information into the selection information.
8. A product recommendation device as claimed in claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
an eighth acquiring unit configured to acquire vehicle type information corresponding to the customer code information based on the customer code information;
a ninth acquiring unit, configured to acquire, according to vehicle type information, second insurance information associated with the vehicle type information, where the second insurance information is from multiple servers;
the second screening unit is used for comparing the second insurance information with the first insurance information and screening out the part different from the first insurance information to obtain third insurance information; and
and a second inserting unit for inserting the third insurance information into the selection information.
9. A product recommendation system, the system comprising:
one or more memories for storing instructions; and
one or more processors configured to retrieve and execute the instructions from the memory, and to perform the product recommendation method of any of claims 1-4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, the computer-readable storage medium comprising:
program which, when executed by a processor, performs a product recommendation method according to any one of claims 1 through 4.
