Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and more obvious, the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a production scheduling method based on a product template according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:
s101: establishing a product matching table according to accessories forming a product, and recording the product matching table into a product database;
s102: reading a product matching table in a product database, and acquiring product information in the product matching table;
s103: according to the obtained product information, the accessories forming the product are divided into a foreign product and a self-made product;
s104: releasing product templates for the outsourced products and the self-made products, and executing respective production tasks according to the product templates;
s105: and recording and storing the production progress data of the external product and the self-made product.
Organically integrating accessories forming the product by using a product matching table to form a product database; by acquiring product information in a product matching table, identifying self-made products and outsourced products in accessories of the products, and reasonably scheduling the accessories of the components; the product template is taken as a drive to be closely related to the product, and the production plan and the scheduling process of the product are designed in a flow way; and recording and storing the production progress data of the outsourced product and the self-made product, so that the production scheduling process is controllable.
Based on the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, S101 establishes a product matching table according to accessories constituting a product, and records the product matching table into a product database, including:
generating an individual electronic tag for each accessory, wherein the electronic tag contains all information in a product matching table and stores all the electronic tags in a product database;
inputting the electronic tags belonging to the outsourced products in the accessories into an outsourced product database, and inputting the electronic tags belonging to the self-made products in the accessories into a self-made product database;
the product matching table comprises the information of the code, name, quantity, design unit and production unit of the product. The electronic tag is integrated with information such as the code, name, quantity, design unit, production unit and the like of the accessory (namely, the information integrated in the product matching table); because the number of the accessories of the product is large, all the electronic tags of the accessories belonging to the outsourced product form an outsourced product database, and all the electronic tags of the accessories belonging to the self-made product form a self-made product database, so that the comprehensive management of the product accessories is facilitated, and the whole product can be conveniently mastered. For example, when a product is to be produced, information of all parts constituting the product can be immediately grasped, and subsequent one-to-one check can be facilitated.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in an embodiment of the present invention, S102 reads a product matching table in a product database, and obtains product information in the product matching table, where the step includes:
and acquiring the information of the code, the name, the quantity, the design unit and the production unit of the product.
The format of the product kit table is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 corollary table of products
Serial number | Code number | Name (R) | Number of | Design unit | Production unit | …… |
1 | XXX/2-0 | …… | …… | …… | …… | …… |
…… | …… | …… | …… | …… | …… | …… |
It should be noted that the information in the product matching table is not limited to include the information of the product code, name, quantity, design unit, and production unit, and other product information may be added according to the actual needs. The storage form of the production matching table may be WORD or EXCEL, although the case that the production matching table exists in other forms is not excluded.
Based on the above embodiment, in an embodiment of the present invention, in step S103, the accessories constituting the product are divided into a foreign product and a home-made product according to the obtained product information, where the method includes:
and comparing the accessories forming the product with the product data independently, determining the accessories belonging to the outsource product database as outsource products, and determining the accessories belonging to the self-made product database as self-made products.
When a product is required to be produced, all accessories forming the product can be selected to belong to the external products and the self-made products. The method saves a large amount of discrimination and distinction work for each accessory in the industrial production process, saves a large amount of time and improves the production efficiency.
Based on the above embodiment, in an embodiment of the present invention, S104 issues product templates for the outsourced product and the homemade product, and executes respective production tasks according to the product templates, including:
matching manufacturers and contacts with the outsourced products, and configuring outsourced managers, time schedule, product quantity and acceptance time;
matching a process tracking card for the self-made product, and configuring production personnel, inspection personnel, time schedule, product quantity and acceptance time;
and generating the outsourced tasks executed by the outsourced personnel and the production tasks executed by the production personnel.
The outsourcing manager comprises: the personnel responsible for the production of the outside help products and communicating with outside help manufacturers;
the time schedule is as follows: the time scheduled for the product to complete;
the product quantity is as follows: the number of similar parts is required when assembling the product;
the acceptance time is as follows: final acceptance time of the product;
the process tracking card comprises: the process tracking card for the self-made product is used for providing production operation specifications and production standards for the self-made product.
In practical application, the issued product template is the outsource product matching manufacturer and the contact, outsource managers, time schedule, product quantity, acceptance time and self-made product matching process tracking cards are configured, and producers, inspectors, time schedule, product quantity and acceptance time are configured. The production task is executed by the outsourcing manager and the production personnel according to the information and the specification of the production template, and the product template runs through all the time in the production process of the whole product, so that each link of the product production can be supervised in place.
Based on the above embodiment, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step S105 of recording and storing the production progress data of the external product and the self-made product includes:
sending the outsource tasks to outsource management personnel in a data block form, issuing the outsource tasks to an outsource manufacturer by the outsource management personnel, continuously tracking the production progress of outsource products, completing the inspection and acceptance of the outsource products, and storing the progress data and the inspection and acceptance data of the outsource products;
and sending the production task to a producer in the form of a data block, decomposing the matched process rules by the producer according to the matched process tracking card template, executing the production task, completing the filling of the detection record and the execution inspection, continuously tracking the production progress of the self-made product, completing the inspection and acceptance of the self-made product, and storing the progress data and the acceptance data of the self-made product.
Specifically, the task is issued in a data block mode, and the data block can be in a message form. In the outsource task execution link, an outsource manager receives the tasks, generates an outsource task list according to the matched outsource manufacturer, the contact persons, the telephone and the like, and sends the outsource task list to the outsource manufacturer. And continuously tracking the progress of the outsourced project until the acceptance of the outsourced project is finished, and storing the progress data and the acceptance data of the outsourced product, so that the outsourced product can be conveniently checked in the later stage. In the self-made task execution link, production personnel receive the production task, decompose the matched process rules according to the matched process tracking card, execute the production task, complete the filling of the detection records and execute the inspection. And continuously tracking the progress of the self-made project until the self-made project is checked and accepted, so that the self-made product can be conveniently checked in the later stage.
