Servers in the related art generally need to work uninterruptedly to ensure continuity of services, so that the probability of loss of some devices (such as fans, hard disks, etc.) of the servers is increased, and these devices are generally designed as modules which are free of unpacking and can be disassembled and assembled quickly, so as to improve convenience of replacement. The panel and the machine case are usually installed in a clamping mode (for example, a clamping buckle and a clamping groove are connected) so as to increase the simplicity of disassembly and assembly, however, due to the reasons of machining precision, the existence of disassembly and assembly gaps and the like, the panel and the machine case cannot be completely attached, a certain fit gap exists, and the neatness of the appearance of the server is affected. According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 3-4, the panel 200 is mounted to the chassis 100 by a snap structure 240, and the snap structure 240 is located between the first sidewall 210 and the second sidewall 220.
Further, the snap structure 240 includes a snap groove 110 and a snap 241. The card slot 110 is disposed on the chassis 100, the latch 241 is disposed on the panel 200, and the latch 241 is adapted to be engaged with the card slot 100. The panel 200 has a third sidewall 250 and a fourth sidewall 260 opposite to each other, the first sidewall 210, the second sidewall 220, the third sidewall 250 and the fourth sidewall 260 surround an outer contour of the panel 200, and the buckle 241 is disposed on the third sidewall 250 and the fourth sidewall 260.
For example, a fit gap exists between the card slot 110 and the buckle 241 for facilitating detachment and installation, so that the buckle 241 can perform a slight displacement on the card slot 110, the buckle structure 240 is located between the first sidewall 210 and the second sidewall 220, and when the bump 230 supports the second sidewall 220, the panel 200 can use the buckle structure 240 as a rotation shaft, so that the first sidewall 210 is stopped against the chassis 100.
Thus, the fastening structure 240 is provided to facilitate the detachment between the chassis 100 and the panel 200, and the panel 200 can also rotate to facilitate the first sidewall 210 to stop against the chassis 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the third sidewall 250 and the fourth sidewall 260 are respectively provided with a button 270, the latch 241 is formed on the button 270, the button 270 is movable between a locking position and an unlocking position, the latch 241 is engaged with the card slot 110 when the button 270 is located at the locking position, and the latch 241 is disengaged from the card slot 110 when the button 270 is located at the unlocking position.
Wherein the third sidewall 250 and the fourth sidewall 260 are respectively configured with a groove 280 recessed inwards, and the button 270 is movably disposed in the groove 280.
Specifically, the buckle 241 is disposed at one end of the button 270 in the length direction, which is far away from the panel 200, the buckle 241 is bent outward in the length direction of the panel 200, and the thickness of the button 270 is greater than that of the buckle 241. Thus, the installation and removal of the case 100 and the panel 200 are further facilitated by the arrangement of the button 270, and the groove 280 is provided to allow a space for the button 270 to move.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-4 and 6-7, a resilient member 290 is disposed between the bottom wall of the recess 280 and the button 270, the resilient member 290 normally urging the button 270 toward the locked position.
Further, the button 270 is provided with a mounting post 271, the bottom wall of the groove 280 is provided with a mounting barrel 281, the elastic member 290 is a spring sleeved on the mounting post 271, one end of the spring abuts against the button 270, and the other end of the spring is fitted in the mounting barrel 281.
Thus, through the arrangement of the elastic member 290, the normal state of the button 270 can be ensured to be a locking state, so that when the button 270 is not pressed, the buckle 241 is buckled with the card slot 100, and the relative position between the case 100 and the panel 200 is stable. By the arrangement of the mounting sleeve 281 and the mounting post 271, the relative positions of the elastic member 290 and the button 270 and the groove 280 are fixed, respectively, and the elastic member 290 is prevented from being detached from the server 1.
The following describes the assembly process of the panel 200 by way of example.
When the panel 200 is assembled, the button 270 is pressed first to move the latch 241 to the unlocking position, then the panel 200 is inserted into the chassis 100, then the button 270 is released, the button 270 drives the latch 241 to move to the locking position under the action of the elastic member 290, the latch 241 is latched with the slot 100, the position of the panel 200 is fixed, at this time, the protruding point 230 on the second side wall 220 of the panel 200 is supported on the chassis 100, and the first side wall 210 of the panel 200 is stopped against the chassis 100. Of course, the button 270 may not be pressed before the panel 200 is inserted into the chassis 100, and the elastic member 290 may be compressed by the stop of the chassis 100 to move to the unlocking position when the panel 200 is gradually inserted into the chassis 100.
When the faceplate 200 is detached, the button 270 is pressed to move the catch 241 to the unlocking position, so that the catch 241 is separated from the slot 100, thereby detaching the faceplate 200.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the catch 241 on the third sidewall 250 is located at the center of the third sidewall 250 in the length direction of the third sidewall 250, and the catch 241 on the fourth sidewall 260 is located at the center of the fourth sidewall 260 in the length direction of the fourth sidewall 260. In this way, the uniformity of the force applied in the length direction of the third sidewall 250 and the length direction of the fourth sidewall 260 is increased, and the gap between the first sidewall 210 and the chassis 100 is favorably reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, the third sidewall 250 is provided with a plurality of buckles 241 spaced along the length direction thereof, the fourth sidewall 260 is provided with a plurality of buckles 241 spaced along the length direction thereof, the number of slots 110 is multiple, and the plurality of buckles 241 are engaged with the plurality of slots 110 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. This increases the stability of the connection between the chassis 100 and the panel 200, and may further increase the uniformity of the stress on the panel 200.
The plurality of buckles 241 on the third sidewall 250 may be disposed on the same button 270 to move synchronously under the driving of the button 270, and the plurality of buckles 241 on the fourth sidewall 260 may be disposed on the same button 270 to move synchronously under the driving of the button 270.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the first sidewall 210 and the second sidewall 220 extend along the length direction of the panel 200 and are oppositely disposed in the width direction of the panel 200, and the third sidewall 250 and the fourth sidewall 260 extend along the width direction of the panel 200 and are oppositely disposed in the length direction of the panel 200.
For example, the first side wall 210, the third side wall 250, the second side wall 220, and the fourth side wall 260 are connected end to end, and one side in the thickness direction (the width direction of the panel 200) of the server 1 is a bottom surface and the other side is a top surface, so that the stability of placement is increased. And, the third and fourth sidewalls 250 and 260 are positioned at both sides of the server 1, which facilitates the operation of the button 270 and increases the convenience of use.

the third side wall and the fourth side wall are respectively provided with a button, the buckle is formed on the button, the button is movable at a locking position and an unlocking position, the buckle is clamped in the clamping groove when the button is located at the locking position, and the buckle is separated from the clamping groove when the button is located at the unlocking position.
