FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of a medical viewing clip according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a front view of a medical viewing clip according to one embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a top view of a medical viewing clip according to one embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a medical viewing clip according to one embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 5 is an exploded view of a medical viewing clip according to one embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a first housing of a medical viewing clip according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a second housing in the medical viewing clip according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides a medical viewing clip 100, wherein the medical viewing clip 100 includes a first housing 10, a second housing 20 and a suction cup assembly 30.
Specifically, the first shell 10 has a containing cavity, the second shell 20 is arranged in the containing cavity, and a central hole is arranged on the second shell 20; the suction cup assembly 30 comprises a connecting piece 31 and a suction cup 32 arranged at the bottom end of the connecting piece 31, and the top end of the connecting piece 31 penetrates through the central hole to be connected with the first shell 10; meanwhile, the first housing 10 may be moved relative to the second housing 20 in the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30 to recess the central portion of the suction cup 32 and form a vacuum suction region 323, and a clamping region 324 between the suction cup 32 and the second housing 20.
For example, the first casing 10, the second casing 20 and the connecting member 31 may be all plastic members, and the suction cup 32 may be a silicone member or a rubber member.
In the specific implementation, firstly, the suction cup 32 of the medical film viewing clip 100 is attached to the screen surface of the film viewing device, the first housing 10 is then moved in a direction away from the second housing 20 along the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30, and during the movement of the first housing 10, on one hand, the suction cup 32 can be pulled by the connecting piece 31, so that the central part of the suction cup 32 moves towards the direction far away from the screen surface of the film viewing device, so that the central portion of the side of the suction cup 32 facing the screen surface of the viewing device is depressed and forms a vacuum suction area 323, furthermore, the medical film viewing clip 100 is fixed on the screen surface of the film viewing device by utilizing the pressure difference between the external atmospheric pressure and the vacuum absorption area 323, and on the other hand, the second shell 20 can be pushed against so that the second shell 20 can press the upper edge of the CT film in the clip area 324 between the second shell 20 and the suction cup 32, thereby realizing the purpose of fixing the CT film on the screen surface of the film viewing device.
When the medical viewing sheet clamp 100 needs to be taken down, the first casing 10 is moved towards the direction close to the second casing 20 along the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30, the first casing 10 can push the suction cup 32 through the connecting piece 31 in the moving process, so that the central part of the suction cup 32 moves towards the direction close to the screen surface of the viewing device, the vacuum adsorption area 323 formed at the central part of one side of the suction cup 32 facing the screen surface of the viewing device is eliminated, and the medical viewing sheet clamp 100 can be easily taken down from the screen surface of the viewing device.
The medical viewing clip 100 of the present embodiment comprises a first housing 10, a second housing 20 and a suction cup assembly 30; the second housing 20 is disposed in the accommodating chamber by disposing the first housing 10 with the accommodating chamber, and the second housing 20 has a center hole; meanwhile, by arranging the suction cup assembly 30 comprising the connecting piece 31 and the suction cup 32 arranged at the bottom end of the connecting piece 31, the top end of the connecting piece 31 passes through the central hole and is connected with the first shell 10; during the process that the first housing 10 moves relative to the second housing 20 along the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30, on one hand, the first housing 10 can pull the suction cup 32 through the connection member 31 to make the central portion of the suction cup 32 concave and form a vacuum suction area 323, so that the suction cup 32 can be sucked on the screen surface of a viewing device, such as a display screen for viewing CT pictures; on the other hand, the first housing 10 can be pushed against the second housing 20 to tighten the clip area 324 formed between the second housing 20 and the suction cup 32 to clamp the CT film in the clip area 324, so that the CT film can be fixed on a screen surface of a viewing device, such as a large display screen, for viewing the CT film.
Compared with the prior art that the CT film is fixed by using a double-sided adhesive tape, the medical film viewing clip 100 is convenient and quick to adsorb and remove the CT film on the screen surface of the film viewing device, so that the position of the CT film on the screen surface of the film viewing device can be conveniently moved; in a second aspect, after the medical film viewing clip 100 is taken off from the screen surface of the film viewing device, no pollutant remains on the CT film or the screen surface of the film viewing device; in a third aspect, the medical viewing clip 100 facilitates medical personnel to manipulate and secure CT slices while wearing gloves.
In an alternative implementation, the first housing 10 can rotate relative to the second housing 20 around the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30, and when the first housing 10 rotates to different angles relative to the second housing 20, the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 have different axial distances therebetween.
In one implementation, when the first housing 10 rotates clockwise relative to the second housing 20 around the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30, the axial distance between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 increases, the central portion of the suction cup 32 gradually recesses and forms the vacuum absorption region 323; when the first housing 10 is rotated counterclockwise about the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30 with respect to the second housing 20, the axial distance between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 is reduced, and the central portion of the suction cup 32 is gradually restored to eliminate the vacuum suction region 323.
Alternatively, when the first housing 10 is rotated counterclockwise around the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30 relative to the second housing 20, the axial distance between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 increases, the central portion of the suction cup 32 gradually recesses and forms the vacuum suction region 323; when the first housing 10 is rotated clockwise relative to the second housing 20 about the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30, the axial distance between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 is reduced, and the central portion of the suction cup 32 is gradually restored to eliminate the vacuum suction region 323.
For example, the rotation starting point may be set when the axial distance between the first casing 10 and the second casing 20 is the smallest, and the rotation end point may be set when the axial distance between the first casing 10 and the second casing 20 is the largest, and the angle through which the first casing 10 rotates from the rotation starting point to the rotation end point may be set according to actual needs, and may be set to any value such as 60 degrees, 90 degrees, or 120 degrees, for example.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 7, in particular, the second housing 20 may include a rotary clamping portion 22, and the rotary clamping portion 22 protrudes toward the top of the first housing 10; the rotary clamping portion 22 may include a plurality of clamping sections 221 extending along the circumferential direction of the second housing 20, for example, the clamping sections 221 may be two, three, four, six or more, the plurality of clamping sections 221 are connected end to end, and one end of each clamping section 221 is higher than the other end of the clamping section 221 along the axial height of the chuck assembly 30; meanwhile, a stopper step 222 is formed between adjacent clamping sections 221.
Corresponding to the clamping section 221 of the second housing 20, the inner wall of the first housing 10 is provided with an abutting part 11 protruding towards the second housing 20, and the bottom of the abutting part 11 abuts against the clamping section 221; when the first housing 10 rotates relative to the second housing 20, the abutting portion 11 can move along the contour of the clamping section 221, that is, the bottom of the abutting portion 11 can move from one end of the clamping section 221 to the other end of the clamping section 221, so that the first housing 10 moves relative to the second housing 20 along the axial direction of the chuck assembly 30. The stop step 222 disposed between the adjacent clamping sections 221 can limit the moving range of the abutting portion 11 on the clamping section 221, so as to prevent the abutting portion 11 from slipping off the clamping section 221 abutting against the abutting portion 11.
Further, the abutting portion 11 may be plural, the abutting portions 11 may be arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first housing 10, and the abutting portions 11 have the same height along the axial direction of the chuck assembly 30.
Optionally, the number of the abutting portions 11 may be the same as the number of the clamping sections 221, and one abutting portion 11 is arranged corresponding to one clamping section 221, so as to be beneficial to ensuring the reliability when the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 rotate relatively and drive the chuck assembly 30 to perform normal operation. Of course, the number of the abutting portions 11 may be different from the number of the clamping sections 221 according to actual needs, as long as the requirements of the present embodiment can be met, and the description is omitted here.
In another alternative implementation, the first housing 10 can be translated relative to the second housing 20 along the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30 to provide different axial distances between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20, and when the first housing 10 is translated along the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30 toward a direction away from the second housing 20, the first housing 10 can pull the suction cup 32 through the connection member 31 to move the central portion of the suction cup 32 toward a direction away from the screen surface of the viewing device, so that the central portion of the suction cup 32 is recessed and forms the vacuum suction area 323; when the first housing 10 is translated in the direction of approaching the second housing 20 along the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30, the first housing 10 can push the suction cup 32 through the connection member 31, so that the central portion of the suction cup 32 moves in the direction of approaching the screen surface of the viewing device, thereby eliminating the vacuum suction area 323 formed at the central portion of the suction cup 32.
Referring to fig. 4, specifically, the connecting member 31 may be clamped with the first housing 10, for example, the connecting member 31 may be cylindrical, an annular clamping groove 321 is formed at the top end of the cylindrical connecting member 31 along the circumferential direction, a plurality of clamping protrusions extending toward the connecting member 31 are arranged in the accommodating cavity of the first housing 10, and the plurality of clamping protrusions are clamped in the annular clamping groove 321 of the cylindrical connecting member 31 along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical connecting member 31.
In a specific implementation, during the rotation of the first housing 10 relative to the second housing 20 around the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30, the connecting member 31 is pulled or pushed while the snap ring rotates around the ring-shaped snap groove 321, so as to change the axial distance between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20. During the translation of the first housing 10 relative to the second housing 20 along the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30, the snap projection directly pulls or pushes the connecting member 31 to change the axial distance between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20. The connection of the connecting member 31 and the first housing 10 is simple in structure and easy to assemble.
It is understood that, when the first housing 10 is translated relative to the second housing 20 along the axial direction of the suction cup assembly 30 to change the axial distance between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20, the connecting member 31 and the first housing 10 may be connected together by screwing, bonding or other means, as long as the first housing 10 can move the suction cup 32 close to or away from the screen surface of the viewing device through the connecting member 31 during the translation.
Referring to fig. 4, a stopper 23 may be provided at the bottom of the second housing 20; meanwhile, the clamping groove 321 is formed in the top of the suction cup 32, and the stopping part 23 is clamped in the clamping groove 321, so that on one hand, the suction cup 32 can be prevented from being excessively retracted to the center, the sealing performance of the vacuum adsorption area 323 formed by the suction cup 32 can be ensured, and the suction cup 32 can be reliably adsorbed on the screen surface of the film observing device; on the other hand, the CT film extending into the clamping area 324 can be limited, so that the CT film can be smoothly fixed in the clamping area 324.
Specifically, the stopping portion 23 may be a boss surrounding the bottom of the second casing 20, and for example, the boss may be a continuous annular boss surrounding the bottom of the second casing 20, or may be a plurality of bosses spaced around the bottom of the second casing 20; the clamping groove 321 can be an annular groove, or a plurality of clamping grooves 321 corresponding to a plurality of bosses, so that the stopping portion 23 can limit the suction cup 32 along the circumferential direction of the second housing 20, thereby further avoiding the suction cup 32 from retracting too much to the central portion, and further facilitating the guarantee of the sealing performance of the vacuum adsorption area 323 formed by the suction cup 32, so that the suction cup 32 is more reliably adsorbed on the screen surface of the film observing device.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 and 7, the second casing 20 has a flange 24 in a circumferential direction, the flange 24 extending to a circumferential outer side of the first casing 10, and a clip region 324 is formed between the flange 24 and the suction cup 32.
