The control module controls the first servo motor 9 to adjust the angle and controls the second servo motor 7-2 to adjust the height; and receiving a current signal sent by the photodiode, and judging whether the current signal is in a correct sequence. The input pin stored in the control module corresponds to the color type of received light, and when the signal of the diode is received, the corresponding light color is searched. And judging the sequence according to the receiving time, judging the detection result after finishing the sequence judgment, emptying the currently stored color and sequence, and judging the next three-phase electric energy meter.
And judging whether yellow light, green light and blue light are included, if so, indicating that the awakening function of the three-phase electric energy meter is normal. In some cases, there may be a case that the detection of the three-color light is incomplete, for example, due to a transmission time error and a difference in response speed of each three-phase electric energy meter, the detection module flickers to blue light after awakening, in this case, after detecting the blue light, the detection module waits for 0.2s, and then the detection module detects yellow light → green light → blue light again, which indicates that the awakening function is normal, and if the detection module waits for 0.2s, the detection module determines that the awakening function is abnormal, and outputs an alarm message. Also if green light is initially detected, wait 0.2s, and go to the next blinking cycle to detect again.
As shown in fig. 4, the output ends of each group of photodiodes with the same color filter are connected to the control module through the diodes, and are output to the main control chip after filtering and amplitude adjustment, corresponding to one pin of the main control chip, so that any photodiode can inform the main control chip when detecting an optical signal, and the pin of the main control chip is saved.
If no light is detected within 0.2s, it may be either not woken up or not detected, thus possibly causing a false alarm. To avoid false alarms, an auxiliary decision needs to be made. In one embodiment, an auxiliary judgment module is arranged, the auxiliary judgment module comprises a light emitting diode and a photodiode corresponding to a color filter, orange light is emitted, the orange light is received and converted into an electric signal by a plurality of corresponding additional orange photodiodes after being reflected by the three-phase electric energy meter, the electric signal is sent to the control module, and the control module judges that the three-phase electric energy meter exists. If no three-phase electric energy meter is arranged at the detection position, orange light cannot be reflected, and further the orange light cannot be detected and obtained by additionally arranging an orange photodiode. Therefore, if no light is detected within 0.2s, and the detection signal sent by the auxiliary judgment module indicates that no three-phase electric energy meter is arranged at the detection position, no alarm signal is output, and vacancy reminding information is output.
And if the signal of the sequence of yellow light → green light → blue light is not detected within 0.2s, judging that the awakening function is abnormal. Because various instantaneous interference light sources may exist in the environment, judgment is carried out through the three-color light source and the light emitting sequence, and misjudgment is avoided. In one embodiment, if there is less interference in the environment, any two lights can be detected and the correct sequence can be used to determine that the wake-up function is normal.
Furthermore, after receiving the instruction of the control module, the first servo motor rotates according to the actual environment, the angle is automatically adjusted, the precision of the rotation angle is 1 degree, and the rotation range is adjusted by the angle from 0 degree to 90 degrees clockwise and from 0 degree to 90 degrees anticlockwise. After receiving the instruction of the control module, the second servo motor rotates according to the actual environment, automatically adjusts the angle, and the precision of the rotation angle is 1 degree, and the rotation range is clockwise 0-180 degrees and anticlockwise 0-180 degrees.
In one embodiment, 18 infrared light emitting diodes comprise an infrared light emitting array; each kind of light is detected by at least 4 photodiodes, and any photodiode acquires a signal and outputs the signal to the control module.
