Abstract
The invention discloses a NOx gas concentration detection platform, which comprises a light source, a gas chamber, a spectrometer, a light source and an installation platform, wherein the gas chamber, the spectrometer and the light source are installed on the installation platform in a modular mode, the light source is connected with the gas chamber through optical fibers, the gas chamber is connected with the spectrometer through the optical fibers, a heating device is arranged on the gas chamber and used for heating gas in the gas chamber, a temperature sensor is also arranged in the gas chamber and used for measuring the temperature in the gas chamber, the invention adopts an ultraviolet differential absorption spectrum detection technology, can directly measure the concentration of NOx gas in the gas, has a heating temperature control function, prevents water vapor from influencing the detection effect, and has a buffer device to prevent the detection of the installation platform from being influenced by environmental vibration.

Background
Along with the development of national economy, the automobile sales volume in China is rapidly increased, the exhaust emission of motor vehicles accounts for 60-70% of the whole atmospheric pollution, the automobile exhaust is one of the most important factors for causing air pollution, and NOx gas in the exhaust can cause poisoning and endanger the health and safety of people. The prevention and control of the automobile pollution become the requirements of ecological development and economic and social development in China, and the detection of the tail gas of the motor vehicle is one of the most effective means in the aspect of controlling the pollution of the motor vehicle.
At present, the tail gas analyzer in the society mainly adopts an infrared principle to detect oxynitride, needs an independent nitrogen dioxide to be converted into a nitrogen oxide converter, and the equipment conversion rate can be gradually reduced along with the lapse of time, and can not directly measure nitrogen dioxide, and response time is longer, has still increased the cost to can mix with water vapor in the tail gas usually, influence detection effect.
Therefore, the invention provides a NOx gas concentration detection platform which can well solve the pain points.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a NOx gas concentration detection platform, which is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, nitrogen dioxide cannot be directly measured, the response time is long, the cost is increased, and the detection effect is influenced because water vapor is usually mixed in tail gas.

Optionally, the light source comprises an ultraviolet generator.
Optionally, the mounting platform is further provided with a buffer device, the buffer device is fixedly mounted at four corners of the ground end of the mounting platform, and the buffer device is used for reducing the influence of environmental vibration on the mounting platform.
Optionally, the buffer device comprises a spring buffer, a rubber buffer, a hydraulic buffer.
Optionally, a lens is arranged in the gas chamber, the lens is a convex lens, and the lens is used for converging light rays transmitted from the light source and entering the spectrometer.
Optionally, a gas inlet and a gas outlet are arranged in the gas chamber, and the gas inlet and the gas outlet are respectively used for gas to enter the gas chamber and to be discharged from the gas chamber.
In the embodiment of the invention, compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects are as follows: the NOx gas concentration detection platform provided by the invention can directly measure the concentrations of nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide in gas, replaces the existing detection mode of a converter and an infrared platform, can detect the concentrations of other different gas components by selecting different spectral wave bands, has the advantages of modularization, low cost, high flexibility, high stability, high detection precision, short response time, long service life and the like, has the functions of heating and temperature control, prevents water vapor from influencing the detection effect, and has a buffer device to prevent the detection of an installation platform from being influenced by environmental vibration.

Further, the light source 6 includes an ultraviolet ray generator.
Further, mounting platform 7 still is provided with buffer 8, and buffer 8 fixed mounting is in the four corners of mounting platform 7 ground end, and buffer 8 is used for reducing the influence of environmental impact to mounting platform 7.
Further, the damper device 8 includes a spring damper, a rubber damper, and a hydraulic damper.
Further, a lens is arranged in the gas chamber 1, the lens is a convex lens, and the lens is used for converging light rays transmitted from the light source 6 and entering the spectrometer 5.
Further, a gas inlet and a gas outlet are arranged in the gas chamber 1, and the gas inlet and the gas outlet are respectively used for gas to enter the gas chamber 1 and to be discharged from the gas chamber 1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the light source 6 is connected with the gas chamber 1 and the spectrometer 5 through the optical fiber 4, ultraviolet light emitted by the light source 6 enters the gas chamber 1 through the optical fiber 4, when the ultraviolet light passes through the optical path of the gas chamber 1, different gas molecules have obvious absorption characteristics in a specific spectral band, so that the received light intensity is weakened, the received light is converged through the lens and enters the spectrometer 5 to obtain the absorption spectrum of the gas, and then data processing is performed through a related algorithm, so that the concentration data of the gas to be detected is obtained;
The invention adopts the ultraviolet differential absorption spectrum detection technology, can directly measure the concentration of nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide in gas, can detect the concentration of other different gas components by selecting different spectrum wave bands, has the functions of heating and temperature control, prevents water vapor from influencing the detection effect, has a buffer device, prevents environmental vibration from influencing the detection of an optical platform, and has the advantages of modularization, low cost, high flexibility, high stability, high detection precision, short response time, long service life and the like.

5. The NOx gas concentration detection platform according to claim 1, wherein: the gas cell (1) is internally provided with a lens which is a convex lens, and the lens is used for converging light rays transmitted from the light source (6) and enabling the light rays to enter the spectrometer (5).
