Background
At present, products in the water meter industry are various, and in the process of using the water meter, a part of users can privately disassemble the water meter to adjust data in the water meter, so that loss is caused to a water supply company, the water meter is easily damaged, and the use cost is increased;
the patent application number CN201220133442.X of institute of inspection announces a water meter anti-disassembly device, including the water meter, the water meter is with threaded connection with the water pipe, the threaded connection department of water meter and water pipe is equipped with two shell that detain that can buckle each other, two detain the shell and be equipped with two semicircle pipe sockets, the threaded connection department of water meter and water pipe is wrapped in to two pipe sockets, two detain the shell and pass through the block part joint on the casing, the block part is the disposable part that can't normally loosen; the device can not be loosened after locking, and the locking device in the water meter needs to be replaced again after the water meter is locked, so that the waste of resources is caused, and the cyclic utilization can not be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides an anti-disassembly intelligent water meter, which prevents a user from disassembling the water meter privately.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an anti-disassembly intelligent water meter comprises a shell, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a turbine and a dial plate, wherein the water inlet pipe is arranged on one side of the shell, a fixed cylinder is arranged inside the shell, the turbine is arranged inside the fixed cylinder, a rotating shaft I is arranged on one side of the turbine, one end of the rotating shaft I is movably connected onto the fixed cylinder through a bearing, a gear I is arranged on the other end of the rotating shaft I, a supporting groove is formed in the upper portion of the gear I, a rotating shaft II is arranged on one side of the supporting groove, the rotating shaft is movably connected onto the supporting groove through the bearing, a gear II is arranged; when water flows through the turbine through the water inlet pipe, the turbine is driven to rotate by the water flow, the gear I is driven to rotate by the turbine through the rotating shaft I, and the dial plate is driven to rotate by the gear I through the gear II and the rotating shaft II; a support plate I is arranged at the upper part of the support groove and is movably connected to the shell through a pin shaft; a user cleans, maintains and replaces the inside of the water meter by rotating the support plate I along the pin shaft, so that the staff can conveniently maintain the inside of the water meter;
a guide pipe is arranged at the lower part of the fixed cylinder, one end of the guide pipe is connected to the fixed cylinder, and the other end of the guide pipe is provided with a water outlet pipe; the upper part of the water outlet pipe is provided with a locking device which is connected to the shell through a supporting shell, and the upper part of the supporting shell is provided with a top cover;
the locking device comprises a rotary disc I, a support rod I, a positioning block, a motor, a toothed plate II, a support rod III, a torsional spring I, a positioning rod I and a valve I, wherein the valve I is arranged inside the water outlet pipe, the valve I is movably connected to the support shell through a rotating shaft V, the torsional spring I is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft V, the support rod III is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft V, the positioning rod I is arranged on the other side of the rotating shaft V, the toothed plate II is arranged on one side of the support rod III, the toothed plate II is movably arranged on the support shell through a pin shaft, the spring III is arranged on the lower portion of one end of the toothed plate II, the positioning block is arranged on the upper portion of the toothed plate II, the rotary disc I is movably connected to the positioning block through the rotating shaft III, the support rod I is arranged on the, the motor is connected to the support shell through a support plate II; one side of the toothed plate II is provided with a supporting block, and the supporting block is connected to the supporting plate I; when a user rotates the supporting plate I, the supporting block pushes one end of the toothed plate II, the torsional spring I drives the rotating shaft V to rotate after the other end of the toothed plate II tilts, the rotating shaft V drives the valve I to rotate to close the valve, when the worker needs to open the valve, the motor is controlled to rotate, the motor drives the rotating shaft III to rotate through the bevel gear II and the bevel gear I, the rotating shaft II drives the supporting rod II to rotate through the turntable I, the supporting rod II pushes the positioning rod I to enable the rotating shaft V to drive the supporting rod III to rotate, and the spring III pushes the toothed plate II to fix the supporting rod III to enable the; avoiding the user to open the water meter privately.
Preferably, a fixed shell II is arranged outside the water outlet pipe, a fixed shell I is arranged inside the fixed shell II, and the fixed shell I is movably connected to the fixed shell II through a screw; the automatic positioning device is characterized in that a valve II is arranged on one side of the valve I, the valve II is movably connected onto a supporting shell through a rotating shaft VI, a supporting rod V is arranged at the lower part of the rotating shaft VI, a torsion spring II is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft IV, a supporting rod IV is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft VI, a positioning rod II is arranged on the other side of the rotating shaft VI, a toothed plate I is arranged on one side of the supporting rod IV, the toothed plate I is movably arranged on the supporting shell through a pin shaft, a spring II is arranged at the lower part of one end of the toothed plate I, an electric telescopic rod is arranged at the upper part of the toothed plate; the fixed shell I pushes the support rod V to enable the rotating shaft VI to rotate, the valve II is in an open state, when a user moves the fixed shell I, the torsional spring II drives the rotating shaft VI to rotate to enable the valve II to be closed, the tooth-shaped plate I fixes the support rod IV to prevent the rotating shaft VI from rotating, when a worker opens the valve II, the electric telescopic rod pushes the tooth-shaped plate I, the motor rotates to drive the rotating disc II to rotate through the rotating disc I, and the rotating disc II pushes the positioning rod II through the support rod II to enable the rotating shaft VI to rotate, so that the valve II is opened; the first cover of set casing is in outlet pipe connection department, avoids the user to dismantle the water gauge from the water pipe.
Preferably, I one end of the supporting plate is connected to the shell through a screw, and the working personnel fix the supporting plate I to the shell through the screw, so that the supporting plate I is tightly attached to the shell, and the water meter is prevented from leaking in the using process.

An anti-disassembly intelligent water meter using method comprises the following steps:
s1: connecting a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe with a water pipe, pushing the fixing shell I to be in contact with the rotating shaft VI, and fixing the fixing shell I on the fixing shell II through a rotating screw;
s2: the supporting plate I is fixed on the shell through a rotating screw, the control module controls the motor to rotate, so that the valve I and the valve II are in an opening state and then reverse to return to the original position, and the electric telescopic rod is contracted;
s3: when the water meter needs to be disassembled, cleaned or maintained, the screw is rotated to enable the rotating support plate I to open the water meter, the interior of the water meter is cleaned or maintained, the fixing shell I is separated from the fixing shell II through the rotating screw, and the joint of the water outlet pipe is replaced;
s4: after cleaning or maintenance is finished, the control module controls the electric telescopic rod to extend, the motor is controlled to rotate to enable the valve I and the valve II to be in an opening state, then the motor is reversed to return to the original position, and the electric telescopic rod is contracted;
s5: the fixed shell I is pushed to be in contact with the rotating shaft VI and is fixed on the fixed shell II through a rotating screw.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the locking device prevents a user from opening the water meter privately in the use process, prevents the user from adjusting the reading of the water meter privately, and prevents the user from damaging the inside of the water meter after detaching;
2) the support plate I is rotated along the pin shaft by a worker through rotating the screw, so that the worker can conveniently observe and maintain the interior of the water meter, and the worker can clean the interior of the water meter;
3) and a transmission device is arranged on the upper part of the rotating shaft II, so that the phenomenon that the dial plate is reversed by manually rotating the rotating shaft II to influence the reading of the water meter is avoided.

An anti-disassembly intelligent water meter comprises a shell 4, a water inlet pipe 5, a water outlet pipe 8, a turbine 13 and a dial 14, wherein the water inlet pipe 5 is arranged on one side of the shell 4, a fixed cylinder 12 is arranged inside the shell 4, the turbine 13 is arranged inside the fixed cylinder 12, a rotating shaft I131 is arranged on one side of the turbine 13, one end of the rotating shaft I131 is movably connected onto the fixed cylinder 12 through a bearing, a gear I132 is arranged on the other end of the rotating shaft I131, a supporting groove 11 is arranged on the upper portion of the gear I132, a rotating shaft II 16 is arranged on one side of the supporting groove 11, the rotating shaft is movably connected onto the supporting groove 11 through a bearing, a gear II 17 is arranged at one end of; when water flows through the turbine 13 through the water inlet pipe 5, the turbine 13 is driven to rotate by the water flow, the gear I132 is driven to rotate by the turbine 13 through the rotating shaft I131, and the dial 14 is driven to rotate by the gear I132 through the gear II 17 and the rotating shaft II 16; a supporting plate I3 is arranged at the upper part of the supporting groove 11, and the supporting plate I3 is movably connected to the shell 4 through a pin shaft; a user cleans, maintains and replaces the inside of the water meter by rotating the support plate I3 along the pin shaft, so that the staff can maintain the inside of the water meter conveniently;

A fixed shell II 7 is arranged outside the water outlet pipe 8, a fixed shell I6 is arranged inside the fixed shell II 7, and the fixed shell I6 is movably connected to the fixed shell II 7 through a screw; a valve II 22 is arranged on one side of the valve I21, the valve II 22 is movably connected to the supporting shell 1 through a rotating shaft VI 121, a supporting rod V124 is arranged on the lower portion of the rotating shaft VI 121, a torsion spring II 122 is arranged on one side of a rotating shaft IV 109, a supporting rod IV 123 is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft VI 121, a positioning rod II 120 is arranged on the other side of the rotating shaft VI 121, a toothed plate I112 is arranged on one side of the supporting rod IV 123, the toothed plate I112 is movably connected to the supporting shell 1 through a pin shaft, a spring II 113 is arranged on the lower portion of one end of the toothed plate I112, an electric telescopic rod 111 is arranged on the upper portion of the toothed plate I112, a rotary disc II 110 is arranged on one side of the rotary; when a user moves the fixed shell I6, the torsional spring II 122 drives the rotating shaft VI 121 to rotate so as to close the valve II 22, the toothed plate I112 fixes the supporting rod IV 123 to prevent the rotating shaft VI 121 from rotating, when the worker opens the valve II 22, the electric telescopic rod 111 pushes the toothed plate I112, the motor 107 rotates to drive the turntable II 110 to rotate through the turntable I101, and the turntable II 110 pushes the positioning rod II 120 through the supporting rod II 108 so as to rotate the rotating shaft VI 121, so that the valve II 22 is opened; the fixed shell I6 is sleeved at the joint of the water outlet pipe 8, so that a user is prevented from detaching the water meter from the water pipe.
The screw connection is passed through on shell 4 to backup pad I3 one end, and the staff passes through the screw and fixes backup pad I3 on shell 4, makes backup pad I3 hug closely shell 4, avoids making the water gauge leak in the use.
Backup pad I3 lower part is equipped with sealing washer 41, and sealing washer 41 avoids water to spill through backup pad I3 edge.
The upper part of the rotating shaft II 16 is provided with a transmission device 15, and the transmission device 15 is connected to the dial 14; when the rotating shaft II 16 rotates forwards, the dial 14 is driven to rotate through the transmission device 15, when the rotating shaft II 16 rotates backwards, the transmission device 15 realizes the idle running of the rotating shaft, and the dial 14 is prevented from being rotated backwards by a user privately, so that the reading of the using process is prevented from being influenced.
The transmission device 15 comprises a spring I151, support pieces 152, a connecting disc 153 and a fixing ring 154, wherein the fixing ring 154 is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft II 16, the connecting disc 153 is arranged on the outer side of the fixing ring 154, the connecting disc 153 is connected to the dial 14, the support pieces 152 are arranged inside the connecting disc 153, the support pieces 152 are movably connected to the fixing ring 154 through pin shafts, and the spring I151 is arranged on one side of each support piece 152; when the rotating shaft II 16 rotates forwards, the fixed ring 154 drives the connecting disc 153 to rotate through the supporting sheet 152, and when the rotating shaft II 16 rotates backwards, the connecting disc 153 pushes the supporting sheet 152 to rotate around the pin shaft, so that the rotating shaft II 16 idles, and the dial 14 is prevented from reversing.
The inside control module 18 that is equipped with of support shell 1, when the user dismantles the water gauge privately and makes locking device 100 start, control module 18 sends the signal to the staff when detecting pivot V117, pivot VI 121 and rotate, notifies the staff.
One side of the conduit 9 is provided with a power generation device 10, and the power generation device 10 generates electric energy for the control module 18 to use.
The valve I21 comprises an outer sleeve I211 and a rotating ball I212, the rotating ball I212 is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft V117, the outer sleeves I211 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rotating ball I212, the outer sleeves I211 are connected to the inside of a water outlet pipe, the valve II 22 comprises an outer sleeve II 221 and a rotating ball II 222, the rotating ball II 222 is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft VI 121, the outer sleeves II 221 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rotating ball II 222, and the outer sleeves II 221 are connected to the inside of the water outlet pipe; the opening and closing of the control valve I21 are rotated through the rotating shaft V117, and the opening and closing of the control valve VI are rotated through the rotating shaft VI 121.
An anti-disassembly intelligent water meter, the working process as follows: when a worker installs the water meter, the fixing shell I6 is sleeved on a water pipe to be connected, the water pipe is connected with the water meter, the worker controls the electric telescopic pipe to push the toothed plate I112, the valve II 22 is in an opening state by pushing the fixing shell I6 into the fixing shell II 7, the fixing shell I6 is fixed on the fixing shell II 7 through a screw, and the electric telescopic rod 111 is recovered; the locking device 100 prevents a user from opening the water meter privately in the use process, prevents the user from adjusting the reading of the water meter privately, and prevents the user from damaging the inside of the water meter after detaching; the support plate I3 is rotated along the pin shaft by a worker through rotating the screw, so that the worker can conveniently observe and maintain the interior of the water meter, and the worker can clean the interior of the water meter; the transmission device 15 is arranged at the upper part of the rotating shaft II 16, so that the dial 14 is prevented from being reversed by manually rotating the rotating shaft II 16, and the reading of the water meter is prevented from being influenced.
