The invention relates to the field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a waterway system and refrigeration equipment with the same. The water path system comprises an ice maker and a water supply pipeline used for supplying water to the ice maker, and further comprises a water pumping pipeline communicated with the water supply pipeline and a water pump arranged on the water pumping pipeline, wherein the water pump is used for pumping and discharging water in the water supply pipeline outwards from the water pumping pipeline. Background
Currently, in order to facilitate the use of the refrigerator by users, many refrigerators are provided with a plurality of water supply lines therein to supply water for different user demands, such as an ice maker and a dispenser.
However, when the user travels or goes on a business trip for a long time, the water in the water supply pipeline may be retained in the pipeline for a long time and deteriorate, and at this time, if the dispenser or the ice maker is used again, the health of the user may be unfavorable. In the prior art, users often adopt a mode that deteriorated water is poured out from a cup to a cup at the water outlet end of an ice maker or a distributor so as to clean the deteriorated water retained in a pipeline. In the above manner, since a user cannot grasp whether the deteriorated water in the pipeline is completely cleaned, there is still a case that the deteriorated water is not completely discharged or clean water is cleaned, resulting in waste of time and manpower.

According to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the water path system 100 further includes a water pumping pipeline 2 communicating with the water supply pipeline 1, and a water pump 3 disposed on the water pumping pipeline 2, wherein the water pump 3 is configured to pump and discharge water in the water supply pipeline 1 from the water pumping pipeline 2. Through the arrangement of the water pumping pipeline 2 and the water pump 3, deteriorated water remained in the water supply pipeline 1 due to long-time outing of a user is pumped and discharged outwards, and the sanitation of the whole water channel system 100 is ensured. Further, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the waterway system 100 further includes a distributor 120; the water supply pipeline 1 comprises a water inlet pipeline 11, a first branch pipeline 12 and a second branch pipeline 13 which are connected to the water inlet pipeline 11; the first branch line 12 is used to supply water to the ice maker 110, and the second branch line 13 is used to supply water to the dispenser 120. The water pumping pipe 2 and the water pump 3 are disposed to pump not only the water discharged from the first branch pipe 12 but also the water discharged from the second branch pipe 13, thereby ensuring that fresh water flows to the ice maker 110 and the dispenser 120.
It should be noted that the water inlet pipeline 11 is provided with a filter 5. Harmful impurities in the water are filtered by the filter 5 so that the water flowing to the ice maker 110 and the dispenser 120 is drinking water up to standard.
Specifically, a first control valve 6 is arranged on the first branch pipeline 12, and a second control valve 7 is arranged on the second branch pipeline 13. Also, the first control valve 6 and the second control valve 7 are both two-way valves. When the first control valve 6 is opened, the first branch pipeline 12 is communicated with the water inlet pipe in a bidirectional mode; when the second control valve 7 is opened, the second branch pipe 13 is communicated with the water inlet pipe in a bidirectional mode. When water is supplied, the first control valve 6 and the second control valve 7 may be opened simultaneously or selectively to meet different requirements of a user, for example, when the user only needs to use the dispenser 120 and does not need to use the ice maker 110, only the second control valve 7 is opened, and the first control valve 6 is closed. Similarly, when the waterway system 100 is used to pump water, the first control valve 6 and the second control valve 7 may be opened simultaneously or selectively.
In addition, the water inlet pipeline 11 has a water inlet end 111 for connecting an external water source, and a water inlet valve 8 is arranged on the water inlet pipeline 11; the water pumping pipeline 2 is connected to the water inlet pipeline 11, and the connection position of the water pumping pipeline 2 and the water inlet pipeline 11 is located on one side of the water inlet valve 8, which is deviated from the water inlet end 111. Of course, the water pumping pipeline 2 may be connected to other positions in the water supply pipeline 1, as long as the effect of communicating with the water supply pipeline 1 to pump and discharge the modified water in the water supply pipeline 1 from the water pumping pipeline 2 can be achieved. When the water is drained, the water inlet valve 8 is closed to block the external water source from supplying water to the water supply system, and the connection between the water pumping pipeline 2 and the water inlet pipeline 11 is located at the side of the water inlet valve 8 away from the water inlet end 111, so that the water pumping pipeline 2 is not obstructed from pumping water from the water supply pipeline 1 by the closing of the water inlet valve 8.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the inlet valve 8 is a one-way valve and is configured to allow the external water source to flow to the water supply line 1 in one direction when opened, thereby restricting the water in the water supply line 1 from flowing back to the external water source. In this embodiment, the external water source is a faucet (not shown) connected to the water inlet end 111. Of course, the external water source may have other structures, such as a water storage tank (not shown), and the water inlet end 111 extends to a position below the liquid level of the water storage tank, so long as the purpose of providing water to the water supply pipeline 1 can be achieved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the waterway system 100 further includes a water storage box 9 for collecting water drained from the pumping pipeline 2. Specifically, the water pumping pipeline 2 has a water draining end 21, and the water draining end 21 is communicated with the water storage box 9. Of course, the object of the present invention can be achieved by externally connecting the drain end 21 of the water pumping pipe 2 to a drain pipe (not shown) without providing the water storage box 9 so that the pumped modified water is directly discharged out of the refrigeration equipment.
Further, in order to evaporate the water in the water storage box 9, the present invention may adopt, but is not limited to, the following structure: a heating wire (not shown) is arranged for the water storage box 9 to evaporate water in the water storage box; or the water storage box 9 is arranged above the compressor so as to evaporate water in the water storage box 9 by utilizing heat generated by the work of the compressor; or the water storage box 9 is arranged near the condenser so as to evaporate the water in the water storage box 9 by utilizing the heat generated by the operation of the condenser. Of course, the invention can also adopt the way that the detachable water storage box 9 is arranged on the refrigeration equipment, and after the water is drained, the water storage box 9 is detached to pour the water in the water storage box.
The specific process of supplying and discharging water using the waterway system 100 is as follows:
when water needs to be supplied to the dispenser 120 and the ice maker 110, the drain valve 4 is kept closed, the water inlet valve 8, the first control valve 6 and the second control valve 7 are opened, an external water source starts to supply water to the water supply pipeline 1, and water is branched from the water inlet pipeline 11 to the first branch pipeline 12 and the second branch pipeline 13 to realize water supply; when water needs to be drained, the water inlet valve 8 is closed, the first control valve 6 and the second control valve 7 are kept open, the water drain valve 4 is opened, the water pump 3 is started, and water is sucked back from the first branch pipeline 12 and the second branch pipeline 13 to the water inlet pipeline 11 and finally reaches the water pumping pipeline 2 and then is drained outwards. Of course, the above-mentioned water supply and drainage processes may be performed at intervals to perform the function of the cleaning water path system 100.
