Technical Field

Background
The electric water heater in the market at present mainly uses a water storage type electric water heater, namely, an inner container with a large volume is arranged in the electric water heater and used for storing hot water. When the electric water heater is used, the required water temperature is set firstly, then the electric heating tube is started to heat, and when the water temperature reaches the preset water temperature, the temperature control device of the electric water heater controls the power supply of the electric heating tube to be cut off, so that the heating is stopped. According to the hot water layering principle, the electric heating pipe needs to be arranged at the bottom of the inner container for heating, after heating is completed, the whole inner container of the electric water heater is hot water, if the number of people for bathing is small or the bathing water is less, waste of excessive hot water can be caused, and the energy waste condition is caused.
In addition, according to the heating principle of the electric water heater, when the water temperature is heated to a preset water temperature, the electric water heater enters a heat preservation state, and when the water temperature is reduced by a certain temperature, the temperature control device of the electric water heater is restarted for heating, and the operation is repeated according to the cycle. Because the temperature control device of the electric water heater is mostly arranged in the middle of the liner, and because of hot water stratification, the upper part of the electric water heater is hot water, and the lower part of the electric water heater is cold water, when continuous water use is met, especially when the temperature of cold inlet water is low, after the temperature control device senses that the temperature is reduced by a certain value, the heating time is seriously lagged, and a great deal of cold water is also fed into the bottom of the liner, so that the quantity of hot water continuously output by the electric water heater is less, and the bathing comfort degree is seriously influenced. In addition, considering that the electric heating tube is positioned at the bottom of the inner container to heat the water in the inner container, the temperature rise in unit time is small due to large water amount, and the condition that a large hot water increment is needed in the continuous bathing process cannot be met.

In addition, the water inlet pipe 3 of the electric water heater is provided with the flow sensor 10, the first electric heating pipe 4 and the second electric heating pipe 5 in the upper liner 1 can be started immediately according to the bathing water signal for heating, the problem of delayed heating starting time can be solved, the heating speed can be increased, namely the heating temperature rise in unit time is increased, and therefore the total amount of hot water is greatly increased when water is continuously used.
