Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an auxiliary installation device and an installation method of a saddle type window machine.
Background
The saddle type window air conditioner is difficult to install compared with a common window air conditioner due to the special shape. Since the window sill is not a plane and the installation position of the saddle window machine needs to be a plane, a mechanism is required to convert the non-plane into a plane and fix the saddle window machine to the window sill so as to install the saddle window machine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems, and provides an auxiliary installation device and an installation method of a saddle window machine, which can convert the non-plane of a windowsill into a plane convenient for installing the saddle window machine, and have simple structure and high reliability.
The auxiliary mounting device is used for auxiliary mounting of the saddle type window machine and comprises two groups of L-shaped main supports and L-shaped auxiliary supports which are connected with each other, the main supports comprise a main transverse support and a main vertical support, the auxiliary supports comprise an auxiliary transverse support and an auxiliary vertical support, the main transverse support is connected with the auxiliary transverse support, the upper surface of the main transverse support connected with the auxiliary transverse support is a plane, the distance between the main vertical support and the auxiliary vertical support is adjustable, the main transverse support and the auxiliary transverse support are respectively positioned at the upper part of a window sill, the main vertical support is positioned at the outer side of a wall below the window sill, the auxiliary vertical support is positioned at the inner side of the wall below the window sill, a bracket is arranged at the outer side of the main vertical support, a clamping groove is formed in a chassis of an outdoor part of the saddle type window machine, and the bracket is clamped in the clamping groove.

The invention also provides an installation method of the saddle type window machine, which adopts the auxiliary installation device of the saddle type window machine and comprises the following installation steps:
(1) Stretching the length of the connecting part of the saddle type window machine to adjust the distance between the indoor part and the outdoor part of the saddle type window machine to the maximum size, and placing the outdoor part on the upper parts of the main transverse bracket and the auxiliary transverse bracket;
(2) Pushing the saddle window machine to the outdoor direction until the clamping groove at the lower part of the chassis at the outdoor part is clamped with the bracket;
(3) The outdoor part slowly descends to a proper position along with the bracket, and the connecting part is abutted with the upper surfaces of the main transverse bracket and the auxiliary transverse bracket;
(4) The length of the connecting part of the saddle type window machine is shortened, so that the indoor part of the saddle type window machine is abutted against the auxiliary vertical support.

The invention provides an auxiliary mounting device and a mounting method of a saddle type window machine, wherein the auxiliary mounting device comprises two groups of L-shaped main brackets and L-shaped auxiliary brackets which are connected with each other, the main transverse brackets are connected with the auxiliary transverse brackets, the upper surface of the main transverse brackets is a plane after the main transverse brackets are connected with the auxiliary transverse brackets, the connecting part of the saddle type window machine is located on the plane, and the main transverse brackets and the auxiliary transverse brackets can relatively move, so that the distance between the main vertical brackets and the auxiliary vertical brackets can be adjusted to adapt to windows with different sizes, and the applicability is strong. During installation, the main transverse support and the auxiliary transverse support are respectively located on the upper portion of the windowsill, the main vertical support is located on the outer side of the wall below the windowsill, and the auxiliary vertical support is located on the inner side of the wall below the windowsill. The outside of main vertical support is equipped with the bracket, is equipped with the draw-in groove on the chassis of the outdoor portion of saddle formula window machine, and the bracket card is located in the draw-in groove, makes saddle formula window machine installation back more reliable, is difficult for rocking, slope.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention discloses an auxiliary installation device of a saddle type window machine, which is used for auxiliary installation of the saddle type window machine. Saddle window unit 200 includes an indoor portion 210, an outdoor portion 220, and a connecting portion 230, connecting portion 230 for connecting indoor portion 210 and outdoor portion 220 together. The auxiliary installation apparatus 100 is installed to the window sill, and the connection part 230 is seated on the auxiliary installation apparatus 100, so that the saddle type window machine 200 is installed by making structural modifications to the auxiliary installation apparatus 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the auxiliary mounting device 100 includes two sets of L-shaped main brackets 110 and L-shaped sub brackets 120 connected to each other, the main brackets 110 including main lateral brackets 111 and main vertical brackets 112, and the sub brackets 120 including sub lateral brackets 121 and sub vertical brackets 122. The main lateral bracket 111 is connected to the sub lateral bracket 121, and the upper surface of the main lateral bracket 111 after being connected to the sub lateral bracket 121 is a plane to convert the non-plane on the window sill into a plane on which the connection part 230 sits. The main transverse bracket 111 and the auxiliary transverse bracket 121 can relatively move, so that the distance between the main vertical bracket 112 and the auxiliary vertical bracket 122 can be adjusted to adapt to windows with different sizes, and the applicability is high. When installed, the main transverse bracket 111 and the auxiliary transverse bracket 121 are respectively positioned at the upper part of the windowsill, the main vertical bracket 112 is positioned at the outer side of the wall below the windowsill, and the auxiliary vertical bracket 122 is positioned at the inner side of the wall below the windowsill. Referring to fig. 4, a bracket 131 is provided on the outer side of the main vertical bracket 112, a clamping groove 2211 is provided on the chassis 221 of the outdoor portion 220 of the saddle window unit 200, and the bracket 131 is clamped in the clamping groove 2211, so that the saddle window unit 200 is more reliable after being mounted and is not easy to shake and tilt.
Referring to fig. 9, the main bracket 110 has first flanges 113 facing the inside of the main bracket 110 on both sides, that is, the first flanges 113 on both sides of the main lateral bracket 111 face the direction of the main vertical bracket 112, and the first flanges 113 on both sides of the main vertical bracket 112 face the direction of the main lateral bracket 111. In contrast to the main bracket 110, referring to fig. 10, the sub-bracket 120 has second flanges 123 on both sides thereof facing the outside of the sub-bracket 120, that is, the second flanges 123 on both sides of the sub-transverse bracket 121 face away from the direction of the sub-vertical bracket 122, and the second flanges 123 on both sides of the sub-vertical bracket 122 face away from the direction of the main transverse bracket 111. The first flange 113 located on the main transverse bracket 111 is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped first through holes 1131 along the length direction thereof, the second flange 123 located on the auxiliary transverse bracket 121 is provided with a plurality of first screw holes 1231 along the length direction thereof, and screws (not shown) are simultaneously inserted into the first through holes 1131 and the first screw holes 1231, so that the main transverse bracket 111 and the auxiliary transverse bracket 121 are fixedly connected. By adjusting the mounting positions of the screws in the first through holes 1131 and the first screw holes 1231, the relative movement between the main lateral bracket 111 and the sub lateral bracket 121 is achieved, so that the distance between the main vertical bracket 112 and the sub vertical bracket 122 can be adjusted. After the main lateral bracket 111 and the sub lateral bracket 121 are fixedly connected, the second flange 123 on the sub lateral bracket 121 abuts against the inner side of the first flange 113 on the main lateral bracket 111.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a descent control device 130 is provided on the main support 110, and the descent control device 130 includes a bracket 131, a pressing plate 132, a wire rope 133, a spring 134, and a bearing 135. The spring 134 is provided at a lower position of the main vertical support 112 in a vertical direction, and the spring 134 is provided at an inner side of the main vertical support 112 for aesthetic purposes. Bearings 135 are provided at the corners of the main support 110, i.e. at the junction of the main transverse support 111 and the main vertical support 112. While the wire rope 133 bypasses the bearing 135, one end of the wire rope 133 is fixedly connected with the spring 134, and the other end of the wire rope 133 is fixedly connected with the pressing plate 132 or the bracket 131. The pressing plate 132 is fixedly connected with the bracket 131 through a screw, a gap (not shown) is formed between the pressing plate 132 and the bracket 131 after the pressing plate 132 is fixedly connected with the bracket 131, a strip-shaped opening 1121 is formed in the main vertical bracket 112 along the height direction of the main vertical bracket, the gap between the pressing plate 132 and the bracket 131 is clamped on the side wall of the opening 1121, and the bracket 131 and the pressing plate 132 can move up and down along the side wall of the opening 1121 at the same time.
When the spring 134 is in the return state, the bracket 131 is located at an upper position of the main vertical bracket 112.
After the auxiliary installation device 100 is fixedly installed on the windowsill, when the saddle window machine 200 is installed, the main steps are as follows:
(1) Referring to fig. 5, the connection part 230 of the saddle type window unit 200 is adjusted such that the distance between the indoor part 210 and the outdoor part 220 of the saddle type window unit 200 is adjusted to the maximum size, and the outdoor part 220 is placed on the upper parts of the main and sub lateral brackets 111 and 121;
(2) Referring to fig. 6, the saddle window unit 200 is pushed in the outdoor direction until the engaging groove 2211 at the lower part of the bottom plate 221 of the outdoor portion 220 engages with the bracket 131;
(3) Referring to fig. 7, the outdoor part 220 moves downward under the action of gravity, pushing the bracket 131 downward, and the bracket 131 slowly descends through the wire rope 133 under the tension of the spring 134 until the outdoor part 220 slowly descends to a proper position, at which time the connection part 230 abuts against the upper surfaces of the main and sub lateral brackets 111 and 121;
(4) The length of the connecting portion 230 of the saddle window unit 200 is shortened to bring the indoor portion 210 into abutment with the sub-vertical bracket 122, and thus the installation is completed.
The corner of the main support 110 is provided with a pin hole 115, a cylindrical pin 136 is penetrated in the pin hole 115, a bearing 135 is sleeved on the cylindrical pin 136, and the bearing 135 rotates around the cylindrical pin 136, so that the sliding movement of the steel wire rope 133 is facilitated.
The main vertical bracket 112 is provided with the hook 1122, the opening direction of the hook 1122 is downward, one end of the spring 134 is clamped with the hook 1122, and the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 8, one end of the wire rope 133 is provided with a flat connection portion 1331, the pressing plate 132 is provided with a groove 1321, and the connection portion 1331 is clamped in the groove 1321. After the pressing plate 132 and the bracket 131 are fixedly connected, the connecting portion 1331 is limited between the pressing plate 132 and the bracket 131, so that the fixing connection is realized, and the falling off is not easy. Of course, in other embodiments, the recess 1321 may be provided on the bracket 131, and the same effect can be achieved.
A sill pressing plate 140 is arranged between the two main supports 110, the sill pressing plate 140 is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a horizontal portion 141 and a vertical portion 142 which are connected with each other, the horizontal portion 141 abuts against the sill, and two ends of the vertical portion 142 are respectively connected with the main vertical supports 112. The mounting position of the two ends of the vertical portion 142 on the main vertical support 112 is related to the window frame height, which is measured before the sill pressure 140 is installed, to ensure that the main lateral support 111 is located at the upper portion of the window frame.
The first flanges 113 on two sides of the main vertical support 112 are provided with a plurality of second screw holes 1132 along the height direction, two ends of the vertical portion 142 are respectively provided with two connecting plates 1421 arranged at intervals, each connecting plate 1421 is provided with a strip-shaped second through hole 1422, and screws are arranged between the second through holes 1422 and the second screw holes 1132 in a penetrating manner, so that fixed connection between the windowsill pressing plate 140 and the main vertical support 112 is realized. The adjustment of the mounting position of the sill pressure plate 140 is realized by adjusting the mounting positions of the screws in the second through holes 1422 and the second screw holes 1132 so as to adapt to the window frame sizes of different heights, and the applicability is strong.
A lower guide rail 150 is arranged between the two auxiliary transverse brackets 121, a curtain drawing frame 160 is respectively inserted at two sides of the lower guide rail 150, the curtain drawing frame 160 moves along the lower guide rail 150, and the end part of the curtain drawing frame 160 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the window through a screw. The lower guide rail 150 is fixedly connected with the auxiliary transverse bracket 121 through screws.
The free end of the main vertical bracket 112 is provided with a first adjusting screw 114 in a penetrating way, and the first adjusting screw 114 is abutted against the outer side of the wall below the windowsill; the free end of the secondary vertical support 122 is pierced with a second adjusting screw 124, the second adjusting screw 124 being in abutment with the inside of the wall below the sill.
The assembly steps of the auxiliary mounting device 100 of the present embodiment are as follows:
(1) Mounting the descent control assembly 130 to the main support 110;
(2) Measuring the thickness dimension of the windowsill, and fixedly connecting the main transverse bracket 111 and the auxiliary transverse bracket 121 through screws according to the thickness dimension of the windowsill so that the distance between the main vertical bracket 112 and the auxiliary vertical bracket 122 is equal to or slightly larger than the thickness dimension of the windowsill;
(3) Measuring the height of the window frame, and fixedly mounting a windowsill pressing plate 140 to the main vertical support 112 through screws according to the height of the window frame, so as to ensure that the main transverse support 111 is positioned at the upper part of the window frame;
(4) The lower rail 150 is fixedly mounted to the lower portion of the sub lateral bracket 121 by screws;
(5) Two curtain frames 160 are respectively inserted into two ends of the lower guide rail 150;
(6) Measuring the spacing between the outer wall and the sill, adjusting the first adjustment screw 114 to a suitable position based on the spacing, it should be understood herein that the outer wall is retracted within the sill, and when the distance between the primary vertical support 112 and the secondary vertical support 122 is equal to the sill thickness dimension, the extension dimension of the first adjustment screw 114 relative to the primary vertical support 112 is equal to the retraction dimension of the outer wall relative to the sill;
(7) The auxiliary installation device 100 is placed on the windowsill, the main transverse bracket 111 is located on the window frame, the main vertical bracket 112 is located on the outdoor side, and the second adjusting screw 124 is adjusted to abut against the indoor side wall, so that the auxiliary installation device 100 is assembled.
